MENU PLANNING MONDAY

When I first saw this on another blog, I was too excited to start posting my menus on my own blog. I have always been one to “over plan” sometimes, and that also extends into my cooking. There is just something that makes cooking dinner so much easier when you already know what you are having for the rest of the week. I am also NOT a big fan of spending too much time in the kitchen, so every recipe that I have ever come across I have adapted it to be cooked in 30 minutes or less. (Unless it can be cooked in the oven or in the slow cooker. In which I don’t care how long it takes because I don’t have to stand over it and watch it.) I have learned the hard way that being in the kitchen longer then 30 minutes can cause certain young gentlemen to get into lots of trouble.
