NEW RECIPE WAS A HUGE SUCCESS

This week during my menu planning I decided to try out a couple of new recipes. I didn’t get a chance to make the Tater Topped Casserole, but I did get a chance to cook the Ay Caramba! Chicken Spaghetti and I have to say that it turned out so delicious. I was kind of skeptical when cooking it at first because I am not a fan of bell peppers or jalapenos and my fiance is not a fan of onions, so I bought a frozen pizza just in case it didn’t go well.

Anyways, I started out with a recipe and my faithful helper:

I cooked the chicken and the bell peppers in butter. (I decided at the last minute to leave out the onions.)

I added the cream of mushroom soup, Velveeta, milk, taco seasoning and diced tomatoes until melted.

After everything was melted, I mixed it together with the cooked spaghetti and popped it in the oven. 30 minutes and some garlic bread later, I had dinner ready.

It was delicious and so good. Everybody loved it and I even promised to take my mom some tomorrow when I drop off the boys in the morning.
