TO THE LOVE OF MY LIFE

Today is February 14th. The one day where everyone takes the time out to honor the person that they’re with. I want to shout it from the rooftops. I’m in love and I plan on staying this way. I don’t need a holiday to remind me that I’m in love. I don’t need one special day out of the year to shower him with my affection. I show it to him everyday. I make sure that he knows that he is my everything and that my love knows no boundaries. So this is my letter to him:

Hey babe!

We have been together for quite some time now. Through all of our ups and downs. Through thick and thin. You have been my backbone long before we ever fell in love. You are my best friend. You’re the one I go to when I’m happy. You’re the one who comforts me when I’m hurting. You’re the one who encourages me when I feel overwhelmed. I love you inspite all of your faults, and you in turn love me the same. You are a blessing to me. Here’s to you.

Spend today with the people that you love. Keep them close and show them that they are your world.
