Diva,

I am new to this coupon thing. I’m a bit confused….. whenever I go to say Kroger, I’m only allowed to use one coupon per item, even if I have 2 manufactuer’s coupons. Doe sthe policy vary store to store?

Hi Ashley, I think it is because krogers has different policies on how many coupons someone can use at one transaction. Perhaps it limit one coupon per purchase, per person. CVS seem to care at how many items you buy if you buy 3 items and use 3 coupons for that item.
