with her illness, she always told me to make sure you take care of yourself, and always get your checkup's. She was a blessing to care and leave that with me, and now with my experiencing this too, I try to be a blessing to someone eals. Please get regular exams, and keep a check on yourself, and keep God in the mist of it all.

I just had my yearly mammogram this morning. They are now utilizing digital technology which gives a much clearer image and wider area of the breast is screened. Ladies, there is no excuse to not have your yearly screenings. If you are without insurance, there are programs and services in place which offer free screenings. We are our own best advocate!
"Don't just be blessed, be a blessing."
