Wow, we just got notice by mail it’s time to renew our membership. This would be awesome! I love Sam’s for things like GoGurt. With 4 kids, the 8 pk from the grocery only lasts 2 days, Sam’s has the 32 count, which means less trips to the grocery store.
I can definitely relate to your GoGurt comment. I’ve got 3 boys who brown bag their lunch and love GoGurt. Here’s a tip, you may or may not use freeze ‘em and drop ‘em in their lunch bags and they unthaw by lunchtime. The boys luv ‘em.
I really enjoy shopping Sam’s and saving money. However, if your not careful, you can spend more instead of saving!
One of my favorite items that I always buy at Sam’s is the 2 loaf bread packs. I really enjoy the Sara Lee 45 calorie bread but I don’t like the price tag at my local grocery store, but at Sam’s it’s really a good deal.

I love Sam’s Club! My family brown bags and so we buy in bulk quite often. Our Sam’s Club card also comes in handy for church functions. Everyone loves their bakery and the photo cakes are tasty and inexpensive when compared to other bakeries.
It’s hard to find a good bakery! Thanks for the tip on the photo cakes! One of my sons is turning 5 soon and he’d love a photo cake.
A Samn Club membership would allow me to shop in bulk for less than I’m paying at my local grocery stores. More product for less money is always a good thing! With winter coming up, I also like having a bit of a stockpile in case of inclement weather.
Local grocery stores can be very expensive. Buying in bulk surely saves money!

I love Sams and its just time to renew my membership! I use my membership for birthdays and to get food supplies for large functions. I can’t always get there but this would give me a great incentive to go over there. I have two sons and a husband in the military. Needless to say, everybody in here loves to eat. Especially my two year old. This gift card would go a LONG way. I’m tired of having to buy 3 boxes of granola bars just to get through a couple weeks.

I love Sams! I’m a struggling divorced single mother of two and homeowner. Sams allows me to buy and cook in bulk. This saves time and money during the week as I’m able to freeze whole meals and take them out during the week as needed for quick home made meals! With homework, housework, professional work, mommy-time and everything else, its a necessity at my house!
We were Sam’s Club members for years but let the membership lapse a few years ago. We saved a lot of money and TIME (which has a monetary value!!) on parties by buying boxes of frozen items for party food such as mini eclairs and petit fours, mini quiches, etc. and just heating or thawing them before serving.
Eclairs and petit fours…now you’re speaking my language! I love those little pigs in a blanket, too, for parties. Sam’s must have a great selection for group celebrations.
We live in a very small town, but there is a Sam’s about 20 minutes away…We would LOVE a Sam’s membership. We get the free membership day sometimes, but they tack on a 10% “service charge” – so we stopped using it! Crazy! I am a crazy-coupon clipper, but think a Sam’s club mmbership would be wonderful!

What’s great about Sam’s and other bulk discount stores is the BULK factor. Not only are you saving money but there is less product waste as well. A huge box of cereal wastes less trees and plastic then having to buy two or even three of the same thing at the grocery store.

The nearest Sam’s is about 15 minutes from our house.
I would use the card to feed the family and buy pull ups and wipes in bulk to stack up and not have to worry about that. Also I would use it to help finish up with Christmas shopping and try to find little things that I could use for my wedding there!

Yes And they are delicious. As a matter of fact. Most of their food is good. Their deli is great. I had to buy a Princess cake for my grandbaby at the last minute and I called one night and it was ready the next day.

Yes, they sell electronics like Wii & DS, especially around the holidays. Because these items are price fixed by the manufacturer, they aren’t usually less at Sam’s. Instead Sam’s has bundles with accessories & more games to increase the value. Still saving $, just in a different way.

I currently save by using coupons when I can or stick to Walmart superstore since I have a household of six including two small animals. I’ve never been fortunate to have a Sam Club Card but I have been in there before years ago and I really like the fact that you can buy in bulk and save money and the store is nice and organized.I have been unemployed since March 2009 do to having a disabled son who requires alot of my attention and all the living expense has fallen on my husband and I feel that any help that is given would be greatly appreciated.
I’d love to shop at Sam’s for all our Christmas get togethers and potlucks.

I save money now by mostly using coupons and shopping the deals of the week! Sometimes I run across a really good sale and buy every one of them that’s on the shelf! There’s always going to be a time I need to just pull something off the shelf for dinner, and it’s good to stock up like that and always have something available!

Another good idea is to stock up on some of the paper items. I noticed the more you buy the more you save!
I agree with Veronica that it’s great to stock up on paper items. After all, they don’t have an expiration date! If a large pack is too many for your family, you could always split a large pack with family or friends and you could both enjoy the savings!
I also buy dvds from Sams!! I like the frozen fish, chicken, and breakfast products. We all have a fairly large window in the mornings so being able to pop something into the toaster or microwave is great. I find that buying in bulk and making it at home becomes much more reasonable than stoping at a coffee house, or WAWA.
I have only been to Sam’s Club a couple of times, but with two little ones, this would definitely come in handy to stock up on some diapers, wipes and school lunch stuff for my oldest daughter! Thanks so much for the chance!

I really enjoy shopping at Samsclub and my son loves when I purchase the bag of hotwings. The items I buy usually keeps on going for two weeks which is good on the budget. This card would be a blessing at this time.

It’s great to stock up, Freda! Stocking up is wonderful – just like having money in the bank! If you have a good stockpile of items you’ve gotten on sale, you only have to shop for your perishable items like milk, bread etc.
With this sam’s card I could make sure my family has everything they need for christmas with me going to school full time and student teaching during the day it is all on my fiance I like being able to help him so he is not so stressed.

The furniture selection is always good quality pieces. I’ve seen patio sets at other stores that would require a payment plan. They have options that fit all budgets.

I shop at Sam’s almost every week for my church and for myself. I buy the mini danish for my church breakfast served during sunday school. The members love them. They are a bargain. The in-store samples are the best!

Buying in bulk is such a great way to save money. My husband eats alot and Sam’s is a great way for us to get a ton of items for almost half the cost.
I am always stocking up on water, eggs, juice, meats, fish, olive oil, seasonings, household items, paper goods and their Genes lotion is incredible. Additionally, socks and even jockey underwear for the hubby. We are also trying for a baby and I plan to purchase baby items in bulk like diapers, wipes, etc.
I actually asked for a Sam’s gift card for my birthday, lol.

I love Sam’s Club fresh produce! The crate of grapes Mrs. Ivory got for $5 sounds fabulous. Grapes are such a healthy treat and you can’t beat that price!

With a crate of grapes from Sam’s Club for only $5, you could try them out frozen solid, slightly frozen, refrigerated or room-temperature! I have heard of eating frozen grapes, but have not tried it. With Sam’s Club low prices, you could experiment and find your favorite temperature for grapes!

I did try a sample of a company that was there a few weeks ago…it was called The Old Mediterranean Baking Company and they were sampling several of their foccacia breads.
It was sooooo amazing…for $13.88 I bought 3 (packages of 3), lol!!!
I purchased the ones I tasted; garlic and cheese, spinach and cheese and a red sauce one. The first 2 were great w/spaghetti! My husband made his own pizza with the red sauce one.
They were delicious but I am not sure they did well in my area because I haven’t seen them and their website is under construction.
I like that they have such a good variety and there are some items that change periodically.
I agree. You can always find a nice variety of regular and basic items at Sam’s Club. They always have several new items I want to try whenever we go. It’s nice to find new and interesting items when you shop!

It is always an adventure shopping with children! I appreciate the large aisles Sam’s Club has. It is easy to navigate the shopping cart to get all those great bargains!
Freda- I agree that’s a great idea to split things up. sometimes I don’t buy specific items in bulk because we would never eat all of it by the expiration date but if I split it with friends/family it would be a great deal!
It is easy to split up so many items at Sam’s Club to share with family or neighbors. These days so many prepared or frozen food items are in individually wrapped packages inside a large bag or box. I’d just suggest that everyone remember to share the cooking instructions also – time and temperature, etc – if it is an item than needs to be cooked! It is so mcuh fun to find bargains at Sam’s Club!
I would be the one who forgot to give them the cooking instructions and have them calling me the day they want to make it trying to figure out how!
I just recently purchased some bananas from there for $1.26.
We definitely have to switch it up on the fruit…the strawberries are delicious…can’t recall the price because I haven’t bought any in a while.
Well, if you forgot the cooking instructions, that would be one reason for friends and family to stay in touch! LOL! Actually if you regularly purchased the same bulk items at Sam’s Club to share, you could e-mail them the instructions once – and tell them to print them out in case of computer failure -and that would be it. Once and it’s done! Just another reason to shop at Sam’s Club!
I have to add that I don’t find myself waiting in long lines at Sam’s either…if the line gets long, an associate will usually come over and scan all your items onto your card so when you get to the register they scan it and you pay.
That’s always nice.
I have seen them doing that before (scanning the items onto the card). I think that’s pretty cool. I am usually not in that line but that’s okay

I have been going to Sam’s club since a little girl. It’s the greatest place to shop, sample new products, and just discover new and exciting things. Sam’s club always has something going on & you can’t beat the deals there. Sometimes they have good deals on diapers and they carry baby food and formula. I haven’t looked at what baby stuff they have online but they may sell furniture etc. Sometimes they will have car seats and exasaucers.
I’ve been there and done that, so I know you don’t have time for much extra reading! After you finish grad school, you know where to go to get up-to-the-minute inexpensive reading material! Or in the mean-time, maybe you could use a new quick-n-easy type cookbook or a 2010 calendar – they usually have attractive calendars too!

Here’s an idea for a holiday gift! If you were going to order a magazine subscription for someone for a gift, you could buy a current issue from Sam’s Club, wrap it and include a note about the subscription you bought for them that would arrive in about six weeks.

Actually I think a gift card is a very thoughful gift. Unless someone knows you perfectly well – like 100% – it would be hard to get a better gift than a Sam’s Club gift card. Unless, of course, you’d been dropping some very big hints about something you wanted at Sam’s and they were clever enought to pick up on it! About your MIL’s odd gifts to you, here’s something to cheer you up. A friend of mine had a very wacky MIL who gave her a wooden spoon for Christmas – a used wooden spoon! Feel better?

I made a list for my gift card and I also had them purchase the cutest London Fog coat…it is so sexy.
They have black (which I have), tan and red! It’s really nice…I think it was $29.88. I always get compliments when I wear it. It has a tie belt at the waist, buttons down and has a hood. It’s lightweight, but it keeps me warm

I believe the going rate is about $12 for 30 cupcakes. We do this for birthdays. We freeze about half to save for the actual birthday for our family celebration, usually our friend party is weekend before birthday. Saves $ & time to not have to make another cake for the real birthday.

Mrs. Ivory we always order the three meat pizza, my son won’t order any different, but I like the taste. It is a rather large pizza but for growing boys they enjoy it.

I have a special small shelf in my refrigerator dedicated to left-overs, so that helps me use them up. With all the sauces, gravies, rice, pasta, and veggies available at Sam’s Club it is easy to turn left-overs into something “new” for other meals!

Goodmorning, I’ve been thinking about that Sam’s Club card all night. I started wondering if they have the picture counter anymore. I ordered all of my sons graduation pics as an invitation and everyone loved them.

That’s the only way I order photos anymore. It takes too long to look at them in the store and if someone else is using the machine you have to wait. With 2 little ones I need to get in and get out of the store quickly!

I’ve ordered my 1st photo’s on-line with Sam’s Club and it was awesome to come in and just pick it up. I even purchased the Sunday paper for less than regular price at Sam’s.

Just a thought – be sure to date the photos on the back before you put them in the frame. It makes “remembering when” in later years much easier. (Can you tell my kids are grown?) I bet you can get some great deals on frames at Sam’s Club, if you need to buy those also!
They may have a set of frames but i haven’t looked. Maybe I should list the names too. My mom is going through some of her moms old photos and we have no idea who some of the people are!
I think adding the names also is fabulous! If you have ever looked at a batch of very old photographs from family, many times you may have no idea at all who you are gazing at! I know that is true for more informal photographs taken by friends or family members that I have from older family members. Although some may not be important, one may be the only family photo of Uncle What’s His Name! I bet Sam’s Club has some great photograph albums too, for those who want to get all their smaller photos together!

I’ve seen workbooks & I know people who have used them for homeschooled. I’m not sure if they are a year-round or a seasonal (Aug/Sept) item.
We bake a ton in the winter and I’d love to buy all our baking supplies at sam’s!
I believe that I have seen children’s workbook at Sam’s Club in the past. They might be seasonal items: at the start of the traditional school year and near the end of the traditionaj school year so kids could keep up their skills over the summer. It’s worth a look!
I haven’t had a Sam’s Club membership in a few years. I couldn’t justify the annual fee. However, I did always love the produce and the seasonal sales and yes, the wonderful selection of books. Thanks for the giveaway offer.

I want to do some homeschooling with my kids too. Mainly to supplement and for my youngest to do some preschool workbooks. Hope they have the workbooks at Sam’s!
Here’s a hint for you if your children use workbooks. If it is something that they could do more than once- like writing numbers or letters or practicing math facts – try this. Get a clear plastic tranparency sheet like teachers use on overhead projectors and a wipe-off marker. Place the clear plastic sheet over the page and have your child write on the plastic sheet. If they make a mistake, just wipe it off the transparency. When they have mastered the concept, you can have them do their final and best work on the workbook page itself. Of course, when you buy the workbooks at Sam’s Club you save a lot! This tip might help you stretch out your use of the workbook a little bit more!
This is such a grest idea never thought of it. When I go to Sam’s I will pick up a few tranparencys. I could also impliment this in my classroom next year when I am a teacher just to allow that children to practice.

When you are using some other on-line stores, their high shipping costs out-weigh any other savings. It deflates your “happy shopper” feelings! I am glad Sam’s Club includes their shipping in the prices online. That’s fair!

It also helps on practing math facts, counting, spelling and so on. That way you can use some of your savings to buy something else at Sam’s Club besides many, many workbooks! LOL! And we know Sam’s Club has lots of items to choose from!

A while back I asked if anyone had gift ideas for shopping at Sam’s Club. Several people responded. Since I can’t think of anything more to say about shipping costs, I’ll start some gift ideas. I think that the recliner chairs Sam’s Club sometimes sells would be a great gift for anyone who is tired after working all day – and I guess that’s everyone! Talk about a one-size -fits – all gift idea!

I really like the premade gift sets they have with candy, cookies and drink mixes. I think these range from 20-60 depending on the size. These are a good family gift with a blockbuster gift card or DVD included.
How about a birthstone pendant for a lady in your life? Sam’s has a great selection of lovely jewelry.
Another idea would to buy spice sets with spices for newly-weds, recent college grads, or someone going out on their own for the first time! Even seasoned cooks (forgive my pun) need to replace their spices at regular intervals! As we all know, it takes a lot of money to set up your first kitchen. A spice set – maybe in a nice rack or holder – would be decorative in the kitchen as well as adding variety to their cooking. Who knows, the cook may kiss you when you give them this gift! When you buy that spice rack at Sam’s Club, you’re saving, too!

I think there are 5 flavors with a few packs each. Pair these with some mugs and you have some great teacher gifts!

Corn on the Cobb (can’t remember the quantity) $5.68
Orowheat Sandwich Thins (16ct) $4.68
The sandwich thins are 100 calories per serving (2 slices) and they are super yummy. I have used them to make sandwiches (breakfast/lunch)and as hamburger buns. They are all purposes!!!
I also would love some new serving peices, like pretty bowls, for our get togethers.

Sometimes they will have entertaining pieces there. I do find that if you see something you like buy it because sometimes they don’t restock all the items they get different ones in.
That’s a great low price on the Orowheat Sandwich Thins. Have you every thought about using them for small mini pizzas – adding pizza sauce and veggies, cheese, etc? I think that would work well and would be a few less calories than making mini pizzas using English Muffins. Yeah for Sam’s low prices and great variety!

We make mini pizzas using our breadmaker to make the dough. Its actually very easy and it is so yummy! It is also very little $$ to make, and takes just a few ingredients to make a batch of pizza dough that makes enough dough for 2-3 regular size pizzas or 12-15 minis. Fun!
Stephanie, I think this would be perfect for him. The bread is soft, not tough like some pizza crusts. I think the serving size would be perfect for him – one round circle “slice” or 2, depending on his age and appetite would be “just right”. Another triumph for the great products of Sam’s Club! We know you can get whatever toppings he likes best at low prices at Sam’s Club, too!
I also love to stock up on pantry meals, I always buy lots of chicken stock, pasta, beans, canned corn, canned green beans, canned tomatoes and tomato sauce….I can always make an easy meal from what I have on hand, in case the weather is bad and I don’t want to go to the store. It also saves lots of money if I am able to buy by the case.
Shawn you are so right! I love to cook using my stockpile in my pantry and freezer. That is exactly what I did today because our weather was cold and dreary. If case you’re sick, the weather’s bad, you are busy doing a project at work or at home – no worries! The inexpensive food items you have stockpiled from Sam’s Club will see you through many delicious meals!
i’ve thought about getting an extra freezer…I think it would save lots of money and time in the long run, I could fill it with frozen foods from Sams and be all set! I think Sam’s probably would sell the freezers at a great price, too!

I think an extra freezer from Sam’s Club is a great idea. I have a small extra chest freezer that I fill with exceptional bargains! With energy costs so high, it is also good to get a new freezer because they are so much more efficient than very old (maybe handed-down) models. Keep an eye out for one that might be discounted extra because it is perhaps has a small scratch or tiny dent. (Who cares if it’s a freezer and hardly noticeable, right?) Good luck! We know the best deals will be at Sam’s Club!
When we bought our stainless steel refrigerator, it had a small dent in the door and the store gave us a discount.
That’s great. I love the one I have seen on the commercials with the lid that clips on so it’s easy to take anywhere. slow cookers are great for making no fuss meals!
I love my slow cooker. I am sure the new models at Sam’s Club have all the “bells and whistles”. Slow cookers are perfect anytime, but I especially love them for cooking in the fall and winter!
They are great for putting apple cider in or making hot soups. Some of the ones know are programmable!

That’s another plus when you use the slow cooker – it smells great! A slow cooker from Sam’s Club would also be a great gift for newly weds, a family with a new baby, the grandparents, or anyone who wants a hot meal already cooked at the end of the day. Yep, I got mine as a wedding gift 7 yrs ago! Maybe I could buy a new one. The apples would be great w some ice cream. I have heard you can put cloves, cinnamon sticks and water in a crockpot to make the house smell good during a party etc.

Shawn, I love cook once and eat twice (or more) meals! I did that today with the bones and left over meat from a chicken I roasted. It’s our soup for dinner! Easy and inexpensive. All the meats from the meat market at Sam’s Club are lovely and the prices can’t be beat!

Yes it us! Whenever we shop near mealtime we pick up a rotisserie chicken & a veggie tray. Instant healthy dinner fir the price of drive-thru, with one less place to stop.

I think Crock Pot is actually the trade-marked brand name and slow cooker is the generic name – similar to Kleenex vs facial tissue. No matter what you call them, you can get a great deal on these cookers at Sam’s Club!

I know they must have a fabulous selection of slow cookers with all sorts of features! I have to laugh when I think of the slow cooker I got when we were first married over 30 years ago. You could not remove the liner or the electric cord and plug, so washing this electrical appliance was a real “joy”. I was always afraid I would get water in the wrong place and get zapped later on! LOL! We have advanced light years since then in small appliances! And you can get them all at Sam’s Club!

Someone else is bringing dessert as well & I don’t want a ton of leftover sweets…especially after all this hard work in the gym!!!

This was in the refrigerated section. I think they had some tomato bisque too (not panera brand) that I would like to try!
I also love that their slow cooker comes with a free tiny slow cooker…we have one that we’ve used for parties…we’ve melted chocolate in it and got things for the kids to dip…so yummy! We’ve also used it to make a fondue for the kids…a big hit!
that is a great bonus. We have one too and I love making fudge sauce for my cheesecake!

I was looking at the vacumms online because I need a new one too and they all seemed a little high in price so I am thinking maybe they have a more reasonable one in the store.
Stephanie, we are reading each other minds. We just ate out baked apples with a dab of vanilla ice cream on top = yummy! I think the slow cookers could do just fine with cinnamon sticks, some cinnamon, orange and lemon peel, etc to make a nice scent for a party. Just make sure nobody tries to drink it – LOL! The tiny free slow cookers are so cute. I’d like to have one. It’s nice you buy a big one and get a tiny one with it at Sam’s!
Baked apples sound yummy! What’s the best apple to use for that? I’ve been wanting to make an apple crunch dessert, like a cobbler but have to find a recipe. Maybe there is a good recipe book at Sam’s for easy and yummy desserts!
I’m sure there is! I like this quick apple crisp.
5 Granny Smith apples
1 package (9 ounces) yellow cake mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Vanilla ice cream or thawed, frozen whipped topping (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel, core and slice apples. Cut apples in half. Place apples in Deep Dish Baker.
2. Combine cake mix, sugar, cinnamon, butter and nuts in Bowl. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture evenly over apples.
3. Bake 35-40 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping, if desired.
Sounds delicious! I’ll be hosting Thanksgiving this year for extended family and it would be great to get the menu items at Sam’s.
I think I used Gala apples tonight. Some apples are best eaten raw, others can be used either in cooking or in eating out of hand and others are usually just for cooking. I like the ones that can be eaten raw or cooked – more versatility that way! I am sure you could find some great recipe books at Sam’s. You don’t have to have a recipe for apple crunch – I can tell you how to do it.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 by 8 inch or larger pan with cooking spray. Place about 6 layers of sliced apples ( 4 – 6 apples )in the pan; sprinkle apples with a little sugar and some cinnamon. Stir apples in pan to distribute sugar and cinnamon mixture. In a small bowl combine some oatmeal, some flour, some brown sugar (about 1/2 cup of each), cinnamon, and some butter (4 pats). Mix until mixture is crumbly. Spread mixture over sliced apples. Bake in oven about 40 minutes or until apples are tender. Enjoy!

Just think – it will be something to look forward to another day! There are lots of days left in autumn! I was using up some of my last brown sugar to make the baked apples. Time to stockpile again at Sam’s Club!

Mrs Ivory, this is a suggestion for your potluck dilemma (a number of posts above) Take some small plastic zip-closing sandwich bags and insist people take home left-overs for kids, husbands or wives, etc. Alternatively, ask you prof if there is a staff lounge or commons room where people might enjoy them. Ask the custodial staff if they’d like an evening treat. If you try those options , I bet you won’t have to take any home. Applause for your restraint after your gym workouts! Sam’s is a great place to get items for sharing!

Yeah we always keep some frozen appetizers in our freezer, they come in so handy with unexpected guests! Sometimes we even use them just for us, kind of a dinner of different appetizers. The kids love it! And its easy for me! But I’d love to buy them at SAm’s instead, they’re so expensive at the regular stores!

I like the frozen food section too. They have a multi pack of digorno pizzas and that’s the only kind hubby likes!
Digiorno pizzas are just as good or better than ordering a pizza from a restaurant, but much cheaper!

Well, at least with the ease of the Internet, you can research various model and features and decide what you’d like. It’s easy to compare prices between stores online now. That way you can be sure you are getting what you want at a fair price. I’m betting that SClub will have it at the best price! (They’re like that!)
I love that samsclub.com lets you know if the item you want is in stock at your nearest Sam’s club. Saves a lot of running around!
I am a real believer in making phone calls or checking online that products are available before I hop in the car. With gas prices these day, you don’t want to make futile shopping trips if you can avoid them. How thoughtful of Samsclub.com to make that info known to the consumers. It makes sense!

It seem like a logical thing for them to do, with the amount of product they would buy nation-wide. I know ours in town do not have gas pumps. Anybody else know?

I’ll admit I’m not great at hiding presents. I better get creative this year. It’s nice to stock up early and take advantage of the best sales.
I’d like to see if they have any pretty cheap coats, I like to keep extras in the car in case it gets cold unexpectedly or the kids forget a coat…but I don’t like to buy expensive ones to keep as back ups.
Shawn, I guess later in the season they would start to clear their coats. Here’s a thought for emergency/back up coats – would it work to buy a size up for their emergency coat and roll up the sleeves now? Then you could get at least 2 years worth of use out of their coat. Does that make sense? Sam’s should have a great coat selection now!
That’s a great idea! My kids seem to grow so fast, that would really help, buying the back up coats a size too big.
We tend to do a lot of hand-me-downs in our house (with 3 kids). It’s great to find deals on coats!
I would also do the same for jeans (roll up the bottoms), PJ’s (a little large), sweaters, T-shirts, sweat pants and sweatshirts, etc. Especially if it is an emergency/back-up pair or for just wearing at home now, it worked for us! Check out the clearance selection at the end of each season at Sam’s Club. I used to buy 1 or 2 sizes up or even more if it was basic stuff at a giveaway price!

I just saw a Lego car on the Sam’s web site. It normally retails for $10 or $11 and Sam’s has it for $7. Definitely a savings there!

It seems all kids love Legos. I’m not surprised Sam’s has such a great price! I love the creative toys best.Be sure to get a storage box for Legos so you don’t have to step on them on the floor barefooted -ouch!

I have noticed that they have a huge selection of wine. I went once and my hubby wanted beer I forgot and didn’t get a cart was just walking around with my 2 year old. I remembered and thought I could carry it while holding my 2 year olds hand. Didn’t work out so well and I had to go get a cart!
