And average sized spaghetti squash can easily feed 4-5 people. That’s with medium sized portions. If you go smaller, I would say up to 8 if it isn’t a part of your main course.

How many people does one average size spaghetti squash feed? I will be cooking for 7. Should I buy more than one?

Dang I wish I would have seen this before I made
spaghetti again this week. This seems to be the only thing
the boys will eat and not waste and have me throwing
away food. I’ve never seen it in the markets were I’m located, I’m gonna
have to probally go to Wholefoods or Wegmans.

Alexis a lot of times if you just prepare the food
and not give away your recipe they will eat it and not even know
that you are cooking it a different way. When you say “dinners ready”
that’s all they are usually concerned about.

I just reviewed a book with this in there so I ran out picked one up and then it’s sitting there. LOL so gung ho to do it then hubs didn’t want to try it so I didn’t make it. I’ll have to try it this week. Thanks!

I’ve never had spaghetti squash but I’ve been wanting to try it. I finally found a store that carries it and will be buying some on my next shopping trip. Thanks for the cooking directions.
