Diapers.com does not recognize cloth diapers as diapers on their website. You will have to create an account and place your order by phone. You can call 1-800-342-7377. They will offer to use their default referral code but I would really appreciate it if you’d ask them to use PPDIVA2010 instead. Please let me know how it goes!

      In order for me to help you I need a little more details. Can you tell me what is going wrong? Have you registered for a Diapers.com account? You will need to do that first in order for the discounts to take effect.

    I registered for an account, added three bumgenius to my cart and then typed in the code PPDIVA2010 in the box marked “Promotion & Referral” It says “You need to purchase $49 of diapers to qualify for referral code.” The subtotal is showing $53.85 and the shipping is free.

    Sorry for lack of details the first time :D

      I called tonight. You have to create an account and call customer service in order for them to apply the discount to your order. Have the size and type of diapers handy and give them the referral code PPDIVA2010.

      Dear Rebecca,

      If you read further down the page it lets you know that if you don’t want to receive the free subscription to Parents magazine you can fill out the form and submit it for a $14.97 rebate (the value of the one year subscription).
