PICTURE POST: A SWEET MOMENT BETWEEN A MOTHER & HER SON
I don’t often post pictures of myself. Instead, I like to focus on my sons. They are growing up so fast and it seems like everyday that are learning or doing something new. Especially my baby boys. It seems like only yesterday they were born. Now, they’re about to be two and three years old. Where has the time gone?
Here are some pictures that my sister caught when me and my baby boy were enjoying some time outside. It is stolen moments like these that I will appreciate forever.
Dandelions grow all over the backyard at my parent’s house. I was showing my baby boy Bammy (that’s his nickname) how to blow them.
He was really studying me. Either that, or the sun was shining in his face. *smiles*
Then I handed him one of his own to see if he could do it.
This exchange took only a few minutes, but it was worth every second. So often I take the time that I have with my children for granted. Amidst all of the things that go on everyday I have to constantly remind myself to breath and enjoy them while they’re children; while they’re innocent. I’m trying to no longer take for granted today because tomorrow is never promised.

That is precious… In such a large household, I know how difficult it is to find one-on-one time with your kids but when you do, it’s worth the wait when it turns so magical, even in its simplicity. You’re an amazing mother.
This picture brought back memories. Enjoy every moment you can. They grow up so fast. I taught my CC to say who inthe ring to make bubbles.
Thanks for the sweet post, I can relate and what a cute little boy!
That is so sweet. That brought back memories when my son was two years old, he tried to bring one of those danderloins to me as a flower and the wind kept blowing it away. He would go back and get another one, it took him a moment but he got it to me. He had such a big smile on his face…that is a moment I will carry in my heart always. He is now 19 years old. Time goes by fast.
