  1. I work full-time from home and have a 1-year-old so the Michael Angelo’s would be great to pop in the oven as I’m finishing up work :)

  2. We have 3 kids at home (20 in college – eats all the time, 11, and 6 years old). I work 7AM to 5Pm and usually prepare meals ahead of time for my wife and kids for the next day as my wife went back to college and no longer has time to prepare meals. Anyhow, having a free meal a week would certainly make my life so much easier as well as my wife when I don’t have time to prepare the meal ahead of time.

  3. Not cooking one night a week will allow me to get the laundry done.
My favorite Michael Angelo meal is Vegetable lasagna.

  4. I am not the busiest mom in the world but I do stay very busy with working 2 jobs and keeping up with my girls school activities and sports and being a Girl Scout leader too. Seems like my family is always on the go with something. I tried to fix good meals at home, but sometimes it is difficult to come up with new exciting ideas, so having a great pre-cooked meal once a week would be very appreciated by the entire family.

  5. I would be able to spend more time with my family. That would be nice to enjoy each other rather than cooking.

  6. 52 weeks x 1 hour to fix dinner = more than 2 complete additional days to spend with my family. Priceless.

  7. Like many grandmothers today we care for our grandkids while their parents work. We take care of the needs of two families and two homes. It’s a little harder this go round at our age, but still we are happy to give up our free time for our children. A free meal each week would be so helpful! Thanks.

  8. I have two small children and a teenager. My teenager is super active in sports and we seem to be going in one direction or the other every day at dinner time. One night off from cooking a week would be such a welcome break!

  9. 1 free night a week not having to cook for an entire year would be great! It would mean one meal that wouldn’t be rushed and could simply be enjoyed. With the kids’ busy schedules sometimes weekday meals are quick as we are on the go constantly during the week with practice and after school activities. Good luck everyone and thanks PPDiva for hosting this fab giveaway!

  10. I’m a church music director/organist and I have choir practices and meetings at night that keep me away from my family (2 girls ages 9 and 12). I have to plan dinners as my husband does not cook, and often works late himself. Unfortunately many times it’s Wendy’s drive thru or pizza delivery. Having to not worry about one meal a week, would be so totally awesome and would take a great deal of pressure off of me.

  11. My fave meal to prepare is simply chicken and broccoli. The kids love it and it’s quick and easy to prepare.

  12. Having dinner supplied for one night a week for a year would be wonderful! I would be able to spend that time with my children, instead of trying to cook! What could be better than something that allowed me more time with my kids!

  13. With working and homeschooling – it would just be nice to have a night where the “preparation” part of the meal was already taken care of.

  14. Since I work full time, alot of nights I don’t feel like cooking when I come home. We usually end up eating out. It would save us a lot of money if we just had a tasty, easy meal to eat without the hassle!

  15. I would love to have one free night of cooking a week! I would choose Sundays because I get home late from church and it would be great to come home to a nice quick meal!

  16. Not having to cook one night a week would give me more time with my little girls.

  17. As a SAHM to two girls under two (ages 19 months and 6 months) I rarely have time to pee or shower…let alone have 5 minutes to myself! Not having to cook one night a week for year would give me a night to spend some time in my sewing room, or at my craft table, or reading a novel…the possibilities are endless!! : )

  18. I would have time to spend with my children before they no longer want to spend time with their mom!

  19. My favorite meal to prepare is anything quick, easy, and healthy! Now that we are in full-blown summer here in SC, I’m a big fan of fresh fruits and veggies for dinner!

  20. My favorite meal to make is homemade pizza… my kids love it!

  21. How would a years supply of dinners impact me? Wow! Immensely!! I’m a mother of four—ages 7, 6, almost 5 and 3. This coming fall I will have three of the kids in school. So when four o’clock rolls around I like to be busy with the kids—not busy making dinner. Yet it’s still important amidst all the activities to make dinner time happen as a family. We like to talk–all at one time mostly–and linger a bit. Or read the Bible and discuss some of the issues that come up like, “Exactly how do you get to heaven when you die? Do you float there?”

Time is one of the most valuable things we have these days. Dinners for a year would provide for me a few more of these precious minutes.

  22. I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE NECK PROCEDURES AND @ TIMES UNABLE TO MOVE MY HUSBAND WORKS 2 JOBS (A BLESSING TO SAY THE LEAST ,GOG BLESS ALL)

  23. I would nominate our PTA secretary. She, like me, is a wife, mother, full-time student and on top of that she takes care of her ailing mom. This would mean a lil’ extra time with her family.

    • One night a week not cooking would give me precious time to spend with my husband and kids!

  24. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is soup. I can put it altogether at lunch, and allow it to cook on low the rest of the day. That way, I do not have to be in the supper rush trying to get something ready at the last minute! Plus, all the veggies are good for us!

  25. Not cooking one night a week would give me more time to help my mildly autistic son with his school work. I enjoy making homemade chicken pot pie with a homemade biscuit crust…. when I can find the time!

  26. My husband works nights 4 days a week. On those nights I really struggle with what to cook for myself and my two kids. It’s hard to prepare a meal just for us, but if I won this I could just pop it in the oven, and have a healthy meal with no work, with probably enough left overs for the next day. This would help me SO MUCH! Hope I win!~! :)

  27. My best friend, Jess, deserves this year of meals just as much as I do. She works full-time, has a daughter one week older than my older daughter, has a hubby who’s constantly doing a project, and two dogs that drive her nuts. Oh yeah…and she’s in school full-time! She could DEFINITELY use a free year’s worth of meals!

  28. Working 10 hour shifts coming coming cooking, eating , cleaning, and then excersing, doing lawnwork in the evening and talking to my children who are overseas gets a little exhausting by time it’s Friday. When the kids were young we declared Friday night Free night. We made it international night. We laugh today because they were both in Germany last year, One is going to Italy and the other is in S. Korea. They said those Friday nights paid off.

  29. Cooking usually takes up a lot of my time, so when my son wants to go riding his bike or just hang out, it has to get put off because dinner ends up taking so long to make. Less time on dinner would make him very happy.

  30. I would nominate my mother. She put great meals on the table for us for years!

  31. My husband and I both work full time jobs outside of the house. We have 3 kids (2,5 and 7). Having just 1 night a week without having to cook would be priceless! This would allow for extra time with kids either playing or helping with homework and would mean that at least 1 night each week the lids would not have to hear the usual response of “Mommy can’t do that right now because I am cooking” (or cleaning). There would be very little clean up involved in this meal too…so even more extra family time!

  32. I am having my first baby in August and it would be so helpful to have one night a week not to cook. I can only imagine how tired, grumpy, and overwhelmed I will be!

  33. It would be wonderful to not have to come home and cook one night a week or even better…keep us from having to resort to fast food! Having 4 active children and working full time doesn’t always promote having a home cooked meal. It would be nice to NOT have to extensively plan for the evening’s meal once a week.

  34. My favorite meal to make for my family is Pizza. Because it is quick, easy and all 5 us eat it and love it (with all 3 boys having food allergies it’s hard to find a single food everyone can eat and enjoy).

  35. Not having to cook for a night would give me a chance to play with my boys when my husband is home. So often we “tag team” parent when he gets home I take over doing something else. To be able to play a little longer as a family each week would be wonderful!

  36. I would have to nominate my mom! She is the hardest working woman you could ever meet. Often times, she and my dad work so late that cooking is no option if they want to eat before bedtime. This would be a wonderful gift for her, and one I know she would appreciate!

  37. Knowing that there was one night a week when I didnt have to worry about fighting traffic to run to the store, and get home and get cooking before everyone starved would allow me to spend time with my family as a normal person and not a stressed out crazy woman.

  38. Not cooking one night a week will free up time with the family for a nice evening bike ride.

  39. My husband and I both worked for a company forced to downsize, and we both lost our jobs. We receive $50 too much to receive food stamps. With 2 children to feed I don’t know what we would do without coupons. A free meal a week would take some financial stress off of both of us….not to mention it’s delicious and nutritios!

  40. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is jambalaya. I love making it because it is super easy and my boys all love it! My oldest calls it “litte hot dogs” and eats so much!

  41. My fav meal to prepare is lasagna. I spend a good three hours making the ingredients from scratch (like from tomatoes) and prepping. then it takes another two hours to assemble and bake. I pour my heart into it and my family absolutly loves it.

  42. If I didn’t have to cook one night a week, this would provide a much healthier alternative to the pizza that is easy to pick up. It would allow me to feed my kids faster without having to give them fattening fast food. Thanks!

  43. I have 3 kids, one son 24 yrs. old and still at home, another son 19 and in college who wipes my cabinet net every weekend, and a 16 yr. old daughter who keeps me guessing as to who and how many will be over for supper. I work in admissions for a private school touring people all day long and need some relieve at least once a week to pop something in the oven and sit for a moment and gather myself together before my husband comes home. Can somebody please help me!

  44. I work fulltime, go to school fulltime, and I am the mother of a 2 year old. Being able to take one night a week off from cooking would allow me to be able to spend more time with my family.

  45. My boys love the lasagna!

  46. I work full time, have a farm with animals to take care of, and keep my home and family. I would love a break one night a week. Thanks for a great giveaway!

  47. Hmmm… One night not having to cook would be a miracle :) I have 4 young boys… 8, 5, 2 and 8 mo and my husband to cook for. They are always keeping me on my feet. One night to not have to slave over the stove would be a dream come true ever week! Let’s see what I would do.. I would pamper myself in a bath with bath salts and bubbles (from my free Nivea body wash) while dinner cooked! I live in FL, but my A/C has been broken since last yr and I can’t afford the close to $10,000 for a new unit… so I have to suffer at night when it comes to cooking :( It stays around 92-95 daily and by 6pm it’s down to 87 degrees and my house feels like a sauna. I have the fans running and pushing the hot air around and they seem to not work at all. It’s miserable… but just one night a week away from the stove would make those other nights worth it! Especially if I pamper myself :)
    P.S. I love lunch!!! Cold sandwiches :)

    • My grandma lives with me and my cousin (he’s 23) as well… but this is temporary. But those are still mouths I have to feed each and every day and night!

  48. i work at home with 3 small children (all under 4) and its very hard to find the time to cook a good meal for my family. having a meal all ready prepared that i can just pop in the oven would be amazing!

  49. My sister-n-law, Lori, is the greatest and hardest working Mom I know. Pregnant with her 8th child now, she also has a special needs child who is 6 and a husband who, even with brittle diabetes and heart disease, works so much!! They have been through so much- hospitals more times than you can count, almost losing Abby (the 6-yr-old), and SO much more. What an amazing gift, and I cannot think of anyone but Lori that deserves it more. We love you, Phillip and Lori Good family!! <3

  50. My friend Jami i so deserving of a year of free meals. She is due in July with her third child. She will have three under the age of 4 when she comes. She works full time as a teacher and her husband is a cop. They have both had pay cuts ths last year and a free meal a week would help them struggle through the financial cost of another new baby.

  51. Having one free night per week not having to cook would enable me to have more time to obsess over chocolate that I can’t have. What’s more fun than that?

  52. My favorite meal is chicken spagetti. My family loves it and that makes me feel great!

  53. This would be great to win. It would mean that when I come home from work I could get alittle computer time in, instead of making supper!

  54. Wow…where to start! My husband works around 60 hours a week and volunteers at our church. I teach during the day and tutor in the afternoons. Our 9-month old son is our pride and joy…and not having to make a meal each week would allow my husband an I time TOGETHER to spend with our son!

  55. Having the time saved on one dinner a week would be some *quality* time spent with my 2yr old daughter. No “here help Mama put the laundry in the basket” or “help Mama put your toys back in the box”, but some real “hey, let’s go play on the swing” or “it’s coloring time!” face to face stuff :o )

  56. My husband and I have 7 children and we both work outside the home full-time. Winning this contest would free me up to spend some quality time with them. Whether it is helping with extra credit projects, going for a walk or just hanging out! Thanks!

  57. I have four children and they all play sports. My husband owns his own company and works so hard to provide for us! $400 Is a great savings!
I would go out on a date with my hubby while the kids have a great meal not prepared by me!!!

  58. My favorite meal to prepare is definitely Chicken Enchiladas. I boil and shred the chicken myself, then stew it in a tomato and chili compote. It typically takes me about an hour and a half prep time for this meal because I make all my own sauces. I am crazy for this dish and so is my family.

  59. My favorite meal to prepare is Sheppherd Pie. My mother used to prepare it for me once a week and I loved it! I used to want her to prepare this meal every other day… but after realizing how much really goes into it I wish I was happy with just once a week as a kid.

Nothing is ever the same as mom’s cooking, but I certaily come real close to hers!
I learn from the best :)
She passed away in June 2006 from Cancer, so I love to continue her tradition!!!

  60. Not having to cook one night would give me one more night to spend an hour in the gym and then get to come home and put our daughter to bed and then relax. It would be wonderful

  61. I am a stay at home mother of twin girls that are 6 yrs old, and a energetic little boy that will be 3 yrs old on the 27th of May. My husband works 24hr shifts for his primary job, but also holds down 2 other part time jobs. We homeschool are twin girls, & we just planted a huge garden to organically grow all of our own veggies and herbs, and teach our children the importance of gardening. I would love a quick meal to toss in the oven on one of those busy days when I still have daylight at 8:30pm and find myself in the garden with no supper plans yet!!!! Thanks

  62. I work one full time job and 3 part time jobs currently. One free meal one night a week would just give me a chance to breathe! It would not only save me money but give me a chance to catch up on the little things around the house that get neglected because I am so exhausted when I finally get home!

  63. It is important to me that we have a family dinner every night. I would love to have a night to teach my daughter to “cook” a simple but wholesome meal and still have plenty of time to relax & laugh & have fun with her. She is growing up so quickly. I am not the busiest mom, but I am active all the time!

  64. My favorite meal to make for my family is grilled chicken breast, lima beans and fried icecream dessert. They absolutely love it, and it all gets eaten up.

  65. My favorite meal to make is lasagna because although it goes straight to the hips, me and the kids sing while we eat it. Can’t you just hear my 2 year old and 9 year old singing off-key?! Good times, I tell ya!

  66. Ooooh! How blissful it would be if I could cross off one dinner per week. I would hope that I would put this time to full use–playing with my son, going to the pool, etc.–rather than frittering it away here and there, accomplishing nothing. I think the freedom might go to my head initially, but over the course of an entire year, I would be able to do things that sometimes get pushed to the wayside.

  67. I would definitely love to nominate my sister Kim Dowdle. She is a single Mom and she works full time as a manager at a grocery store at night. On the few nights she has off a week it would be great for her to be able to sit down with her little girl and NOT have to cook.

  68. As far as nominating another mother: I would have to nominate my mother-in-law. She is wonderful! She helps me as much as she can and even gives me nights off during the week and on weekends rfom the boys. She works hard all day long and still finds time to help me out :)
    Thanks for everything, Norma!!!

  69. I would have to nominate my daughter Krista for this. She just had her first baby 3 weeks ago, and this would be great for her when she goes back to work as a nurse.

  70. Having a meal supplied once a week would be great because I work 7pm -7am every F,S,& S night. My commute is approx 45 min so having one night taken care of would be awesome. Plus it would keep my husband from ordering out for him and our 3 kids.(6,4,1)

  71. My favorite meal to prepare is chicken & dumplings. It is my family’s favorite, so I love to make it and see them get excited! It is a simple comfort food, just like Michael Angelo’s entrees.

  72. I would like to nominate my sister. She is a busy single mother of a 2 year old. She works two jobs and rarely cooks for herself. I think she eats cereal for dinner. These would be great and the leftovers good for lunch!

  73. Not having to cook dinner would be wonderful. I have an autistic 5 year old daugther and we are AlWAYS rushed trying to make time to fit in dinner between her school and an additional 35+ hours of therapy a week. I also have a 2 1/2 year old girl and a new 2 month old baby boy. So life around our house in ALWAYS CRAZY!!!! But I wouldn’t change it for anything. It would give us time to play outside or a family game together.
    Thanks

  74. My favorite meal to fix for my family is spaghetti. I make and freeze meatballs in advance, so it is just the process of throwing it all together! It makes for an easy cooking night and eveyone loves it!

  75. With two young children we are out of the house 5 days a week with our activities and that usually means a fast food drive thru at least once a day.
I know I want to provide better options for my children but when it’s getting to be 5 pm and we’re just on our way home, I know how long it will take to prepare and cook dinner and choose the “fast” option instead.
Having these dinners one night a week would make me feel much better about the food I’m feeding them.
    Thank you :-)

  76. Wow, one meal a week already prepared would be AMAZING!!! I work in retail so my schedule is always changing from week-to-week. My husband works midnights, so it’s a hit and miss if we’re together or not for dinner. This would be truly great for the nights i get off and when i get home he’s rushing to go to work. it would take the stress off of trying to figure out whats for dinner!

  77. I am getting married on June 20, 2010 and my soon-to-be husband is a U.S. Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune in Wilmington, NC. I love couponing and look for ways to save money. I am also a full-time college student and work a part-time job. While I stay busy, I enjoy life! Winning this giveaway would enable me to pinch even more pennies!

  78. Getting a night off from cooking each week would give me more time for my husband and I to just chat and hang out.

  79. Being a single mom with a one hour commute to my daughter’s school and my office (each way!), dinner time is usually eaten from bag. If I prepare meals it’s done the night before at 10pm after homework and housework are done to be heated up the next evening. Needless to say, a quick delicious meal would help financially and emotionally!

  80. This would be so helpful to all families – to have a meal ready to go once a week! I would enjoy having a break from being in the kitchen and therefore get to spend more time with my little kids (3 and 11 mo.) while it’s heating up in the oven. I enjoy cooking, and we especially enjoy Italian food – but I do feel like I spend half my day in the kitchen between preparing food for the baby and a picky toddler and my husband and I!

  81. If i were to nominate one person who would deserve this giveaway, i would have to be my mom, who is the most amazing woman in the world. she helps us by watching our son so I can go to work to help reduce our debt!

  82. My favorite meal to prepare is marinated salmon filets with mustard sauce, with baked potatoes and sugar snap peas. I think it’s my favorite because it’s so easy yet so tasty and good for you.

  83. I would love the extra 1 hour a week to spend with my kids!

  84. My favorite meal is hamburgers because it is the one meal that we all enjoy (except for the baby). My two older boys will both eat hamburgers, and who doesn’t love a good bag of chips. Last time we mixed ground turkey with ground buffalo, and the burgers were awesome!! I would love to have more time with my boys and husband.

  85. My favorite meal to prepare is tacos! it is my absolute fav meal and is the one time i eat way more than i should! I can’t help myself, it’s so YUMMY!

  86. Having one night off per week would allow me to clean and organize those areas of our home that I can’t seem to find the time to get to. (closets, drawers, etc.)

  87. My husband lost his job two years ago and is currently a full-time student while I work full-time. We have two active children and are constantly at a ball game or practice of some type. My husband also suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder, (he is a former police officer) which forces me to cook every meal we eat due to his fear of food contamination. Any relief I can get in the form of easy to prepare meals is greatly appreciated. Michael Angleo’s once a week would be a big stress reliever for myself and my family!

  88. With 3 active children, and games 2-4 nights a week, it would be nice to have one yummy meal taken care of. No planning necessary!

  89. I would have to say it would be my mother-in-law, who is really like my mom. I have a special needs daughter and she always there to help me with doctor’s, therapy, and school pick up. She is the BEST!!!!

  90. I’m nominating my friend Lisa. She is a wonderful single mom of two beautiful special needs boys. The last two years of her life has brought about a lot of pain and change. She now works full time (3 twelve hour shifts), homeschools her oldest, attends 3 to 5 apt. a week for her boys and does a wonderful job of staying positive and on top of a very busy difficult life. Nobody every taught her how to cook so having a good prepared meal a week would bless this family financially and would bless them with more time together.

  91. Having one free night a week would give me the ability to do more baking for freezing snacks, pancakes for breakfasts, etc. It’s hard to do that when I’m making dinner every night too!

  92. Having not to cook one night a week would be a dream come true! We are a family on a tight budget and cannot afford to eat out often, so I cook pretty much every night. I am a mom of two young boys and I work full time as an English teacher. In addition to my full time job, I mentor new teachers and serve as department chair. I also just started my master’s degree. My husband just started a new full time job that takes him from home a lot. He is also finishing his bachelors degree. As you can see, fitting cooking in is HARD! One night to not cook? That would be heaven!

  93. Our favorite meal would probably be taco pie. My kids love it and it such a comfort food. It can be made ahead of time and cooked when ready. And it is no where as messy as tacos can be.

  94. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is anything healthy. I love when I have a mix of colors on a plate. I love a yummy pasta with red sauce and green spinach mixed in it. Follow it by a side of pineapple and a colorful mixed salad. I love knowing they are eating healthy food and love to see it all arranged on a plate.

  95. My favorite meal to make for my family is homemade pizza because everyone, even the 2 and 4 year olds, loves it! It’s hard to make a meal that everyone enjoys, but is very gratifying to see that I have no leftovers!

  96. I am a stay at home mom of a two year old and a 7 month old. I also babysit a 20 month old three days a week. I strive to be a mom who prepares fresh, healthful meals most nights of the week but it is difficult to do that all the time and Michaelangelo’s could save me one night a week to spend more quality time with my family!

  97. Hard at work I am all day…how I would love to steal away…for a moment, maybe two….Michael Angelo…I love you !

  98. My wife is a stay at home Mother and works harder taking care of our three boys than she would at any 9 to 5 job. In fact she says quite often that hers is a 24/7 job. One of the chores she always struggles with is finding enough food to feed our three growing boys. Having Michael Angelo’s family size meals to prepare and feed once a week for an entire year would go far in reducing her stress and would allow her to enjoy time with her family.

  99. I have 3 toddlers. A meal a week would free valuable time to spend training them. We are also renovating our kitchen all on our own. This would help keep the stress level and eating out budget low.

  100. Just one night a week, free from rushing would be a blessing to say the least. ESPECIALLY on church nights which can be 3 to 4 nights a week. With 3 small children and a husband that is getting ready to deploy for his 3rd tour of Operation Enduring Freedom, my life scheadule is very busy.. (putting it mildly!) I would LOVE just one small night a week to spend with my husband, with what little time we have left together. And even once he’s gone, I would love some relief of caring for all three girls by myself. One night a week where my dinner is healthy, and easy, would make my day. Often more times than not when he’s deployed my stress level is at a max, and I forget to sit down and enjoy my children while they are small. So if somebody gave me one night with them, God Bless You! And from my family to yours, THANK YOU!

  101. A favorite meal that i cook for my family is sheppards pie – its one meal that my husband loves and my kids will eat :)

  102. It would allow me to be “mom” for one night and not “clean, rush to games, work, check homework, water plants, take out trash, vacuum, dishes,….etc..” that sweep me away from just enjoying the wonderful people my kids are turning into.

  103. I would nominate my mother in law. She has a servant’s heart. We eat there once a week, and she watches the kids once a week while we have a meeting. Somehow when she watches the boys, not only does she give them a ton of attention and fun play, but my house is always a lot cleaner than when I left. I don’t know how she does it.

  104. I would like to nominate my mom for this giveaway. She works full time and takes care of my niece and nephew. She is so tired at the end of the day, it would be nice for her not to have to cook one night a week.

  105. I have a 4 month old beautiful baby girl and it would really help with our busy schedule to just be able to through something in the oven and let it cook! It would also give me more time with my baby girl and wonderful husband!! Thanks!

  106. Being a single mom of 2 teenaged boys, working 2 jobs, and trying to continue my education makes dinner time a little hectic and quite often “fast”. Not having to cook 1 night a week would be a fantastic treat for all of us!

  107. As a working mother of 3 a free night without cooking would give me more time to spend with the kids!

  108. We have two boys, eight and 18 months, so it’s always wild around our house. My husband is a stay-at-home dad and needs one night that he doesn’t have to think about cooking.

  109. Having one night a week off for cooking dinner would give my wife a much-needed break. She’s home with the kids (ages 3 1/2, 2, and 9 weeks old, all boys!) all day and could use a break.

  110. My favorite meal to make is baked spaghetti. It is so yummy and easy to prepare. The whole family loves it. It is also dressed up enough that is nice enough to have when company is coming for dinner.

  111. This request is for my brother and sister n law and 2 kids with one on the way. They r getting ready to make the long drive from Tampa to Utah in 2 days. 2 night ago, their truck/moving trailer was stolen. It was recovered the same day, but with damage to the ignition and inside of the truck(he has to drive it now with a screw driver), all his tools stolen, and damage to the moving trailer. With this being said, after they move, they could use these meals, since they now have even more things to do trying to get settled in. she is 32 weeks pregnant and will be very busy with a new baby and taking care of 2 other kids. They enjoy eating anything made with vegetables, meats, pasta, beans, and rice. They always eat dinner together as a family. Less time cooking would be more time spending with the family. They are a hard working family who could really use and would apprecitiate this gift.

  112. I love to eat wonderful food, but not-so-much when it comes to the cooking dept. :o P Now, especially with summer coming, many afternoons, I’m outside either working in the yard or playing with my all-boy 6-yr. old son. It’s such a bummer to have to stop and clean up early and come in a put a full dinner together. How nice if we could put it in the oven and keep playing for a little while longer! Thanks Michael Angelo! Come to my house for dinner for a year!!!

  113. With 3 kids, a husband, and 2 jobs outside the home….an evening already with dinner prepared would be absolutely undescribably great! I feel so often that my evenings consist of cooking, and cleaning…no real quality time.

  114. I have 4 children and work full time. I am also very involved at my church and often have only an hour to be from work to home and then to church. It is very difficult to come up with meals that can be prepared in just minutes. Having one night a week that I wouldn’t have to worry about what to cook would be wonderful!

  115. I nominate my mom. She works and takes care of my nephew and still smiles all the time! She is the go to person in our family and our rock… she rocks!

  116. I would nominate my wife. As i said, she is at homne with the kids all day (ages 3 1/2, 2, and 9 weeks old), does all the shopping, cooks and cleans all while I’m gone so we can have weekends as family time. She’s wonderful!

  117. My favorite meal to make is taco salad. Everyone likes it and it’s easy to make for a large bunch!

  118. I would love to nominate my Mom. She is what every daughter would love. She has always been there for me anytime I need anything. Babysitting, how to make a recipe, a ride to work, even cash. And, she never asks for anything in return…She loves with all her heart and soul and I love her dearly.

  119. winning these would make me feel really good as O would not cook for one night and donate the other 51 to our local food bank.

  120. My favorite meal to fix for my family is taco night, I know it seems so easy, but its the one meal EVERYONE loves, so instead of any complaining at the table we actually have good conversation!

  121. My wife is a SAHM of two children and a proud Air Force wife. We are always on the move and currently had to downsize to a 2bdrm apt because we are moving again in the fall. (Home is where the military sends us! LOL) She is a very active Air Force spouse- she volunteers with the Enlisted Spouse Club, Key Spouse to the 20th Med Group on base, MOPS member, School Improvement Council member, PTA member, team mom for my sons tball team, all while finishing her Masters degree ! Not to mention she cooks every meal, chauffeurs my family around and cleans non stop! LOL- I’d love for my wife to have one night off a week and not have to worry about what to make for dinner!!!

  122. I would like to nominate my friend Maria. She is very deserving since she is a great second grade teacher who goes far beyond her duties. Besides working 3 jobs to make ends meet, she also is taking care or a troubled 13 year old that came from another country. What an amazing mom she has become even though she doesn’t have any children of her own.

  123. My Favorite meal to make is Spaghetti or anything italian. My family is one of nine, competing in a challenge with our bank. The winning family will win $10,000. We are on a strict budget and with a a two year old is challenging. Having a free meal a week would be so helpful.

  124. I would have 52 more nights to spend quality time with my child without having to come home and cook after a long day of teaching school.

  125. We homeschool during the day and I work at the hospital at night so we would use these meals on the nights that I work. It would save money and give me a little bit of extra time with my husband and kids on those nights. A little bit of sanity would be saved as well since there would be one less thing to do before going off to work!

  126. I would love for my sister to win this! She has 3 kids and is very busy! She homeschools them so she doesn’t have any time to herself. Her husband is in the Army and is currently deployed so she has to do it ALL! An easy to cook meal every week would be a blessing for her!

  127. My husband and I have three boys and he is a teacher and football coach. Not having to worry about a meal each week would be great! Between practices and games at least three days out of the week I need all the help I can get.

  128. Having an extra night a week would be wonderful. I could free up time to take that online college course that I have been wanting to, but haven’t had time to being a single mom with a full time job and a 1 yr old a 5 yr old. Between dance class, field trips, play dates, church, and family obligations there is less and less time for family meals. I believe family meals are so important in retaining that family unit and keep you connected.

  129. Id use the one night off a week to be able to sit back and relax with my family! Sometimes with sports, homework, chores and more we often rush right thru the night. I’d love to be able to play a game or read a book while dinner is all prepared on its own!!!

  130. Being a full-time working mom with a husband who works 6 days a week I don’t have as much time with my kids as I would like. If I didn’t have to cook for 1 day/week I would use that time to solely focus on my kids and spending more quality time with them at night.

This would be a great stress reliever.

  131. My favorite meal to cook for my family is chicken casserole, green beans, and crescent rolls because it is easy and they love to eat it.

  132. I have an almost 7 year old son, a 7 month old daughter, work full time, and a husband who is a regional truck driver and only home on the weekends, so to have 1 meal each week that I didn’t have to prepare would be awesome!!! Could they throw in a maid as well! LOL. I know everyone is tight with money, but with daycare, diapers, afterschool camp, it’s really tight and this would be a great help!
One of my favorite easy recipes is quickly browning boneless porkchops and then putting them into a 9 x 13 glass pan with 1 cup white rice, 1 can french onion soup, and one can beef consume. Cover and bake about 45-50 minutes at 350 until liquid is absorbed. I also like to throw in some mushrooms too. Very easy!!

  133. My husband works two jobs, a lot times this means 7 days a week! WE have 3 children. Between scouts, church, teaching church classes, we are busy.. WE also care for his 93 year old grandmother. plus help our parents! One night a week without having to cook, would mean a night for all us to spend with daddy! and that would mean the world to my kids!!!

  134. A night off from cooking each week would allow me to take a breather between the hours of 5:30 & 8pm! Between cooking, eating, cleaning up, bathtimes & then bedtime – that is the busiest time of the day, by far!

    Great giveaway!

  135. My husband and I work full-time jobs. He also has a side business at home so he usually comes in at 5 p.m. and works until 7:30 or 8:00 p.m. at least five days a week. I am finishing up my Master’s degree online, and have just begun a SND certification through UGA. We have two kids, 14 and 2. Taylor, the 14 year old, is busy most of the year with football, basketball, golf, and track. So if we could win a meal a week for a year, we would have time to sit down and relax!

  136. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is pot roast with potatoes and carrots. The reason is that it is so simple. I cut up everything, put it and french onion soup mix in my crockpot before work and by the time we get home we have a wonderful meal.

  137. I would love to have this offer because I am a mom with two busy little girls, have recently been remarried. My husband has just had to have surgery and is in recovery stage, and the money is not coming in. Workers Comp has stopped all payments and we are living off my salary right now. Having one night a week that I would not have to worry about dinner would be a great help to our family!

  138. Having dinner taken care of, I could spend more time with my wonderful family!!

  139. One night a week without cooking would be one night my kids dont have to eat a sandwich! With a full time job, a house to run, a 3yr and a 2 yr old, and a husband (that I need to spend more time with), things get pretty busy! We always sit down at the table together to eat dinner but if something didnt go in the crockpot that morning it is usually sandwiches. A warm dinner would be a welcomed change!!!

  140. This would allow me to fix a good meal for my family without any effort – which would allow more time with my children which is so nice.

  141. If I did not need to cook one night a week,I would take a much welcomed break and relax and enjoy the extra time. I think it would do me good.

  142. I am a full-time teacher and my husband is a police officer working odd shift hours. Not having to prepare one meal each week would be a much needed break and would give me more of a chance to spend quality time with my husband and 2 year old son.

  143. I like to make homemade pizza. Mostly because I can make it so its healthy AND my kids like it. I always feel better when they eat a good dinner.

  144. I am a single mother of 8 year old twins that are very active in everything! Im a RN and I own my own company…making me ‘on call’ 24/7. I do not have family in this state…so i’m completely on my own. Life is crazy. Food would be good.

  145. My favorite meal to prepare is roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli…yum!

  146. I would like to nominate my friend Amy – she’s an amazing mom to four girls. And she’s a loyal friend. And so funny.

  147. I am a mom of 4 children that works part time out of the home. My children are ages 2, 4, 6, and 18. When I work my husband stays home. When I work I work very long shifts, so my husband has to provide all the kids meals that day. I usually spend my day prior to working not only making our meals for that day, but also making meals to leave for my husband to fee the kids the next day. I would love to have a meal that was ready to go for my husband so I wouldn’t have to cook so many meals in advance. I am so busy with my 4 kids each day, I would love a break from cooking for when I am gone.

  148. My friend and co-worker (Mrs. Debra) could benefit from this prize also. She has two children and her husband is in the military. He has been deployed to Iraq on two different occasions and she has had some hard times to deal with. He is home now but working 40 hours a week and making sure her kids get to piano practice, choir practice, softball practice, (I’m sure you get the idea :) ) she could certainly benefit from this gift. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

  149. My favorite meal to cook? I’m embarrassed to say as a mother to 2 young kids that I don’t have a favorite meal to cook. I generally don’t like cooking at all. I really struggle with trying to make healthy meals for my family while all along not enjoying the task of cooking.

  150. I work every night, while my husband takes care of our 2.5 year old daughter and 1.5 year old son. Just knowing that there is a wonderful meal already prepared in the freezer will bring me peace of mind, not to mention not having to prepare something before I leave home. Thanks for the opportunity.

  151. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is Chicken Dressing Casserold. Everyone in the family likes it. I can prepare it ahead of time and then just put it in the oven for about 30-45 minutes and it is time to eat!

  152. I would like to nominate my mother in law. She watches my children for my while I work. It’s not easy doing that for me every day. It’s a huge service and I would love to give back to her. Helping her not have to cook one night a week would be awesome!

  153. One night a week not having to cook would be wonderful.I am a full time student with 4 kids and right now my husbands job is iffy-Having at least one meal a week taken care of would be helpful and reassuring right now with things so uncertian. Thank you.

  154. Having a cook-free night would be so great! I have a three year old son and an eight year old daughter who is disabled/special needs and requires constant care like an infant, in addition to keeping up with her meds schedule, dr appts, and lifting her etc. I am always so busy, and worn out at the end of the day, but my kids are so worth it :) They are my heart.

  155. I am a very busy mom of an 18 month old and 22 weeks pregnant. I work full time while my husband keeps our son during the day then when I get home, I care for him and all the household duties while my husband works. I stay busy as the Director of Research, coupon searching, and working Dave Ramsey’s plan to be DEBT FREE. I also help family and friends when needed including babysitting and other things. I would share this with my mother who is a single parent of 3 and grandmother of 4. She works full time as well as helping out people in the community and keeping up with 5.5 acres of farmland. She has her own produce, eggs, and animals to care for. She would love to share this yummy food with us.

  156. I’d like to nominate my friend and coworker Lore-Anne. While Lore-Anne’s schedule is very busy with 2 young kids of her own she has an open door policy with dropping by with the family and visiting. My kids love to play with her kids and we try to get together often. I’d nominate her for a year of meals because even as a busy mom herself she always opens her home so freely to any of her friends to stop by and eat dinner with them.

  157. Having a night where dinner was already planned would allow my husband and kids and I to eat then go for a family hike and make it a tradition!

  158. I cherish every moment with my often-deployed man, so not having to worry about dinner would give us more time to do all the other things we miss out on while he’s away!

  159. Not cooking one night per week would allow me to spend more time with family.

  160. I would nominate my daughter. She has given birth twice, but neither of the babies survived. She is a disabled cancer survivor. Not having to prepare a meal one day each week would be a tremendous help to her.

  161. If I did not have to cook for one night a week — that would mean that I would be able to reduce the STRESS in my household for one night! I stay home with my two children. However, that does not mean that I have a lot of time on my hands. I am an avid volunteer in my church home as well as the Sunday School teacher’s wife. We host several groups at our house on a weekly basis. I also volunteer in my son’s school on a monthly basis. Having to not cook for one night would be BLISSFUL!! Thank you for this opportunity. Bless you!

  162. My favorite meal to cook for my family is salmon (seasoned with either lemon pepper or garlic and butter), Wild rice and broccoli with butter. This meal is quick and healthy! I can have it done in 20 minutes with little mess to clean up too.

Season the salmon, broil it for about 9 minutes, while that is cooking, put the rice in the microwave, and the broccoli on the stove. Easy!

  163. One free prepared meal a week would be very appreciated and would leave me speechless. I’m a single mother of 2 and I work 2 jobs and have no family to assist. I get home late every night and it is very hard to prepare meals. I would LOVE to be able to show some extra TLC to my kids before bath and bedtime. Thanks for all your help:)

  164. I would like to enter my friend Ember. She is very deserving because her husband has been out of work for about a year, so she works full time to provide for the family. She has a grown daughter and grandbaby who live with them as well as a teenage son. She is a very giving, loving person who always has a smile and kind word to offer even though her situation may not be what others would consider positive. She is a an example of humility and graciousness in the face of very hard circumstances.

  165. Not having to cook for one day a week for a year would mean MORE FAMILY TIME!

  166. I love to make grilled chicken, corn, salads, and bread for the family! Mostly because this typically happens in wonderful family-oriented summer months with family, neighbors, and friends!

  167. I can’t tell you what a thrill and relief this would be to win! I am a mom of 3 older still at home sons ( 20, 17 and 16). Don’t think that just because they are older that it is any easier. I often say that the reason people tell you that is so you don’t give them away while they are still cute! LOL! The two younger sons do not drive yet as we believe they should be 18 before driving unaccompanied by an adult. Due to that, I am constantly on the road shuffling them from school to work to social outings. I also gladly babysit my 2 year old second cousin during the week since both his parents work and cannot afford daycare and help care for my wonderful home bound mother.
Feeding 3 sons plus often girlfriends and their other friends can get crazy and expensive. ,My husband often ask how many kids I have “adopted” as I often send lunch food for upto 4 kids daily to school with my youngest son. In addition to that,, our “other children” know if they need dinner they can come to our house. I can go through a lot of food and often have to cook a full meal for anywhere from 7 to 12 people on a very tight schedule. One of my biggest stress factors is often answering the infamous question “What’s for dinner?” many many times. I love having all the kids around and them feeling comfortable enough to want to spend time with us. We often have very honest open conversations with the kids over dinner which is very special time.
This prize will help feed not only my gang, but will also be shared with other family and friends that are going through tough times. I have never been able to stand the idea of a hungry child and with this prize and your help,, I will be able to help fill even more tummies.
Thank you for taking the time to read my entry and for this wonderful opportunity to win a great prize..

  168. What would I do with a night free of cooking? With a 4 month old, the possibilities are endless. Give him a bath? Wash laundry? Probably just play on the floor with my little guy and laugh until our bellies hurt. Great giveaway!

  169. I work full time, go to school 2 nights a week, and homeschool 2 children. My husband is a pastor so we are busy with that as well. The dinners would be great to give us time to play a game or catch up with each other rather than spending so much time in the kitchen. Or another wonderful advantage would be to have them on hand for unexpected company. Thanks.

  170. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is Chicken N Dumplin’ Pie. It’s just chicken and dumplings in a casserole dish with a crust. I love preparing this for my family because everyone enjoys it and it is something my mom always made for us when I was growing up!

  171. My go-to meal is salsa chicken. Put frozen chicken breasts in a crockpot with a jar of salsa and, VOILA! By the end of a workday you have perfect mexican chicken for tacos or to eat on it’s own.

  172. If anyone else deserves this prize, it would have to be my mom. She helps take care of so many other folks, but still manages to put dinner on the table *most* nights! :) She deserves a night of rest per week and I know she would probably use that time to do more than she already does!

  173. I have an 8 year old and a 6 month old. After having a difficult pregnancy and what the doc calls a “high needs” and very spirited little girl I am at the point I can start doing more with my older son. One of the things that makes him feel special is “home cooked meals”. Meaning anything not takeout. So having one meal a week that i dont have to prepare but isnt takeout will be a blessing to the whole family. My favorite meal to cook is tacos because it is super fast and easy

  174. I would like to nominate my sister in law for this contest. She works all day cutting hair, then has activities with the church youth in the evenings, and weekends she has the church youth activities and her kids paintball games to attend. She is always busy! Even doing all that, she has been to visit us and bring us whatever we need while we are with our daughter in the hospital the past 9 days. She just gives and gives and does for others all the time.

  175. I would nominate my friend Stef to win a year of free dinners. She has a 6 month old baby and is pregnant again! In the next year, she will be lucky to get a warm meal!

  176. I am a busy homeschool mom of 4 children. It would be wonderful to have one meal a week taken off of my “to do” list.
    Thank you!

  178. I would nominate my friend for this prize. She just lost her husband and is now left to take care of her three small children. She would greatly benefit from this prize!

  179. I work 42 miles from home, and in metro Atlanta, that can be a 2 hour commute! My husband is a car salesman, so he works long hours 6 days a week. 183. To have one dinner covered each week would be a huge help physically and financially for our family of 5. Hope we win!!

  184. My favorite meal to cook right now is Indian or Thai curry. Its easy, you can make it in a crock pot for after church, it tastes good and my kids love it!

  185. I am a single mom with 3 children, work full time, and am going to school to become an RN. So, one free night of no cooking (or a real meal in general) would free up some much needed, quality time with my family.

  186. 20 parents and their families would be impacted greatly if I won the meals. I facilitate parenting class at my church. If we won, I would be able to assist 20 parents with meals on a work night. I would also be able to give coupons as door prizes and rewards to those making an extra effort to be good parents.

  187. I am a homeschooling mom of four who cringes when she hears “What’s for dinner, mom?” each day! I would love to have a night off from cooking and preparing!

  188. Not cooking once a week would be such a blessing/treat. I could start other projects that I don’t seem to be able to do and maybe have a little down-time with my family.

  189. My favorite meal to prepare is chicken casserole. It’s quick and easy and the kids love it.

  190. 1 effort-free meal a week would make me a happier person. That would then make the rest of the family happier people, too. Always a good thing!

  191. I am a mom to a beautiful toddler, a grad school student, and an intern (working for free. We are a low-income family as well, so having one free meal per week would not only save me time, but would also save a lot of money! Right now I coupon in order to feed our family and thanks to sites like yours and others, I have already saved an average of 70% on everything I have bought this year. Thank you!!

  192. I work full time. The first thing my kids ask when I walk thru the door is what’s for dinner? It would be wonderful to know that once a week I would know the answer, Michael Angelo’s. My kids have friends over quite often, so I cook for 6-7 people a night. Thanks.

  193. I work two jobs and am still always tight on money. One free and easy meal a week would be an awesome break from pasta and cereal!

  194. My mother-in-law has alzheimer’s and was in a nursing home a couple of hours away. It was difficult for us to see her often with work and kids in school. Last Sept. we moved her to live with us. It has been a wonderful for all of us, but there is more laundry and cooking! It would be great to have a night off once a week!

  195. I would nominate my mother. She has six children to take care of, and her hubby used to be a reservist and she would have to take care of the young children weeks at a time! She takes them to swimming every day (excluding sunday) during the summer from 8am-12. Her older daughter has Down Syndrome, and she takes care of her very lovingly. She also homeschools all of us! She doesn’t have a maid (although sometimes she wishes she does, ) and she cleans the house, does the laundry, and cooks the meals 7 nights a week. She would love to have a break, and spend some more time with her family. Thanks for hosting this giveaway!

  196. I have 4 children ages 1,3,5,7 I home school the older two. I decided that it would be good if I got out of the house. I decided to volunteer my time helping single moms and very low income families. When I am away it is hard to get a good dinner on the table. My husband is very helpful but only can cook pancakes and eggs. Having Michael Angelo’s dinners would be great. It would also save me money so I would be able to use more money to help the families I love to help. Thank you this contest is great

I’d like to nominate my friend, Christine Knowles, who has been really ill this past year, while trying to work full time to support her family. My favorite dinner to cook is Baked Ziti.

  199. I would like to nominate my mother for this contest. She is almost 70, works full time, and still prepares supper for my dad when she gets home from work. She could definitely use a free night!

  200. Words can not begin to express how a free meal for a year would impact my family! It would be a blessing in so many ways! As a stay home mom of two very active and involved children, we pinch pennies and eat most meals in the car on the way to whatever activity we have at the time! Having a meal that could be hot and ready would be wonderful!

  201. We have four boys ages 9,6,3, and 1. The older two are always playing some sport so we live at the ball fields. Making a quick and nutritious dinner is always a challenge so having a meal per week provided would be very appreciated!

  202. It would allow extra time to spend with my 4 little munchkins!

  203. If I had a night during the week in which I did not have to cook I would play card games with my 8 year old and my 3 year old. I homeschool both of them. We spend so much time education them and ensuring they have all they need that it is sometimes hard to work play time in.

  204. This single mom of three is excited about the idea of having a night off each week. Recently graduating from Clemson into an economy sparse with jobs, I had to take one an hour from home. My work day from wake time to arrive at home time is 12 hours. Top that with evenings that are currently spent remodeling my children’s rooms so that they will have a feeling of HOME… and you can imagine what a difference a simple dinner can make – even once a week. Our favorite meal to make is actually “breakfast for supper”, but when we do Italian, Lasagna with a side of garlic bread is the choice. Thanks for the opportunity to enter!!

  205. Just one night a week! I’ve been begging for that! I’m a single mom of a four year old and I take care of my mother that suffers from dementia. I work full time at a funeral home and stress plays a huge factor in my day. Between t-ball games after work, doctor’s apt. with my mom, (did I mention I’m an only child) housework, and three dogs you can imagine my life is crazy. But that’s not the reason one meal a week you be soooo hepful; it’s that my mom use to be an amazing cook, now her dementia prevents her from remembering how to prepare meals and from doing very much at all. She use to take pride in cooking and being independant and now she is unable to. However, meals like this that I can turn the oven on, set the timer and let her have the responsibility of “preparing” dinner. It’s as simple as her hearing the timer go off and taking it out and putting it on dishes to serve. My four year old loves Micheal Angelos as well as the rest of us and the great thing is there are usually enough leftovers for his lunch the next day. And of course is so excited to see granny become herself for a moment and take pride in helping out so I can handle laundry, or spend some one on one time with him. So this would be an incredible blessing to myself as well as my mother and son. And I encourage and acknowledge all the other mom’s & dad’s that do the daily duties of raising a family and best wishes to everyone that has left a comment!

  206. Having one night off from cooking would lift such a weight! Having 4 kids is enough to juggle and having a little help always makes things more pleasant around the kitchen!

  207. Hi! The reason a free meal a week would be good for our family is that we live on a small income because I am a stay at home mom of 5. Just last year I gained custody of my 13 yr old niece. And I am now taking care of my neighbors 13 yr. old. I am now homeschooling both of these girls plus my children. These girls were in need of a good stable environment and Motherly love. So, with 5 children, Church, housecleaning, shopping and home schooling, life is very busy. A night a week where I would not have to worry about whats for dinner would be a blessing. Thanks so much!

  208. I night a week with no cooking dinner at my house would probably mean we would eat italian every thursday night (my husband’s cooking night) but that’ld be great because he totally stresses about what to cook anyways.

  209. Michael Angelo’s Family Dinners help my family help themselves and others. My teens are able to prepare dinner with confidence, and the time saved allows time to volunteer in our community.

  210. I have an infant and a 6 year old and dealing with cancer treatment is exalting! On top of that my husband has a job where he has to travel out of town once a month. Not cooking once a week would be more than a blessing!!!

  211. I have 2 children (5 and 1… both boys), in the fall I will start homeschooling the 5 yr old. Having one dinner prepared will be helpful so I can spend more time with my family.

  212. One pop in the oven meal a week would be wonderful. I am a full time stay at home mom, I have homeschooled for the last 11 years. We usually have our big meal for the day at lunch time as my hubby works second shift, but he is on call 24/7 and there are times I get short notice as to when we will be going in to work that day, for the days I get short notice while trying to get schooling done this would be a life saver.

  213. My favorite meal right now is grilling. I love defrosting meat in the morning and grilling potatoes or sweet potatoes and making a salad, yum!

  214. Not having to cook one night a week would be absolutely wonderful since we have so many church and sports activities. To be able to have something already prepared would make leaving for practice a lot less stressful, especially when you realize at the last minute that you are out of the main thing you needed for supper!!!

  215. Not your “average” frozen dinner. With Michael Angelo’s, I don’t have to “doctor them up” as I do other frozen dinners saving me time and money. It is a perfect meal and my family loves them. It’s great to sit down and eat together.

  216. A free meal would mean just putting something in the oven and being able to spend valuable time with my family. My 2 year old daughter loves to play and it is very difficult to play with her when I am trying to cook dinner!

  217. I have 2 toddlers. This would simplify at least one meal a week. We rarely go out to eat, so I cook everyday. This would definitely help give me a break.

  218. I am a mother of a 9 month old. My husband works out of town a lot and this would be great for him to take and also for myself here at the house. So we would definately love a good supply of frozen pasta!!!!

  219. I could take that one night and use it to spend more time with the kids, especially on a week night where it’s always rush to eat, rush to bath, rush to bed.

  220. I think that not having to cook 1 night per weeks would allow to take a little time for myself one evening, which would really be nice. My life is so hectic w/ working a full time job plus overtime, 4 kids, 2 w/ ADHD. I feel like I never get to relax.

  221. My husband does not cook…AT ALL. So a break from having to cook every night would be great. I can’t imagine what one free night each week would be like! Plus I have a 14 month old who likes to get into anything and everything while I’m trying to cook. An easy, quick meal would relieve some stress and make fixing supper for the family a better experience.

  222. I am a single mother to a 4 year old boy. I work full time and help with my son’s baseball team, so we are very busy. I do not get child support either so the free meals would help me out extremely with my lack of time to cook and my budget. Thanks!! :)

  223. If I could nominate any mom it would be my sister in law, Laura. She has recently returned to work after being home with my nephew who is now 1 1/2 years old. On top of that my brother in law is an architech who travels around the world and is gone a lot. Re-entering the work force while raising a toddler and your husband being gone more weeks than not throughout the year should definitely be a winner.

  224. Winning would be AWESOME!! I have 3 kids and work full time.. when I get home at 6pm, my husband wants to know whats for dinner while I have a 14mo old screaming for me to hold her and my 3 and 6yr old asking whats for dinner.. So trying to make a meal while holding a baby is a little trying to say the least..Just another day in the life of a mom!

  225. My favorite meal to prepare is Spaghetti Night! It’s easy to make and everyone loves it.

  226. The best part would be that dinner would be ready when I got home at 7:30 pm because my son put it in the oven. Usually, it’s just getting started at that time.

  227. One free night a week would help tremendously with a 3 year old, 1 1/2 year old and another on the way!!!

  228. Although I’d love to win this for myself, I’m entering for a cousin (Deanna) who does not have internet access. A couple of years ago, she was asked by her sister-in-law (a drug addict) to take custody of her 2 nephews. Deanna and her husband were struggling to make ends meet prior to taking the boys, and obviously adding 2 mouths to the grocery bills makes things so much more difficult. They were originally told that they would get extra funds from the state to help out with bills, but they make $500 more per year than the maximum allowed for assistance. Since taking the boys, the mother has tried to regain custody and has failed due to her continued abuse of cocaine and other drugs. Deanna loves these boys as her own- she had a hysterectomy earlier this year, so these are the only children she will have. Having a free meal once a week and the ability to spend more time with her sons would mean the world to her. Deanna and her husband are working on payment plans with lawyers now to take parental rights away from the boys’ birth-mother. Winning would be wonderful for them, but so would prayers for a positive outcome.

  229. This giveaway would be perfect for my friend Erin. She’s currently pregnant with twin girls and come August when the babies arrive, she’ll definitely need a night off from cooking.

  230. I am a busy mom of 2 kids and 2 step-kids. Our schedule is just as hectic as other families. I do try, however, to cook healthy meals every night that are big enough so that my husband has left-overs the next day. Having a meal provided each week would give me some time not to rush and actually enjoy some more time with my kids or be more focused on their homework.

  231. My husband lost his job last year and isn’t making very much now. A free dinner each week would help our budget.

  232. Not having to cook one night a week would be like heaven! I might get some me time! I could take a shower before 10:00!!!! I am a working mother of 3 and run all day. There are never enough hours in the day to do what a mother needs to do. Please feed my family one night a week!

  233. I work full time and I also do direct sales. By the time I get home from work and help my daughter with her homework it is almost bed time. If I could just pop dinner in the oven then I would have a litte extra time with my family. Time with family is priceless and I cherish every little second extra I can get.

I would nominate my friend Christa. She works as a hair dresser and has 2 Children. Her husband does not go anywhere near the stove. So after she has been standing on her feet all day, she has to come home and stand up at the stove to cook dinner. She only gets a night off if she is invited to someone else’s house for dinner. I know she would greatly appreciate a night that she can just relax and let the oven do the work once a week.

  234. I have a 9 year old and 5 year old and work one part time job outside the home (during school hours) and one part time job at home (usually after bedtime). To make ends meet I will be keeping my 19 month old nephew and my newborn niece or nephew starting in August. I will also be getting a 7 year old off the bus with my kids to keep til his parents get home! Not having to cook one night a week would mean more time enjoying my kids! Thanks!!

  235. My easiest meal to prepare is Curried Lentils and Rice. Lentils take only about 30 min to cook with no soaking required. I add curry to taste, along with a little ginger, cardomom, salt and pepper and we are ready to eat!

  236. We love to grill out because the flavor of grilled food is great ( and so is clean-up)

  237. Having one extra night a week would be tremendous for us. We are newlyweds and it seems like we rush home from work and spend tons of time cooking dinner, eat, and then are so worn out that we crash in bed. If we had one night to just enjoy an evening together…Oh my!

  238. Not having to cook even just ONE night a week would help us out so much with 4 kids under 11 running in all sorts of direction. It would be healthier for us and save money instead of eating out when I don’t have time to cook.

  239. Currently our favorite meal is hamburgers on the grill with green beans and corn with a salad…A nice summer meal.

  240. I would nominate my best friend for this prize. She is the mother of 6 and a pastor’s wife. She is always ready with a listening ear for people who need to talk. She also homeschools all of her kids so one night a week of not having to think about dinner would be awesome!!!

  241. My husband and I own a small business that we run together. He is also a full time seminary student and a Children’s Minister. He is usually not at home in time to eat with me and our two boys who are six and two, so I really could use one night a week of an easy, good meal. Our budget is really tight with the economy affecting our business and my husband’s school expenses. Thank you so much for the chance to win!

  242. This would be a God send. I have been on disability for 18 mos and having a great nutritious meal that’s already ready to go in the oven, WOW.

  243. Having one meal a week pretty much prepared already? I think most hard working mothers, women or men can say that would be a dream come true! More time with family, and less time in the kitchen is always a plus. :-)

  244. For me, not having to cook 52 dinners translates to 52 hours not cooking and another 52 hours not cleaning up. Not to mention the time saved not shopping for groceries and planning a menu. the time savings would be astronomical and I would spend that time with my family.

  245. No having to cook one night a week would be a lifesaver. I am a full time student in ultrasound. This summer we have a full week of clinic an online class, Our first board (physics), papers, presentations, tests, and an ob portfolio. This would actually give me the chance to get it all done. OH yeah did I mention that I have a five year old who also has her activities and school.

  246. My favorite meal to prepare is lasagna. My mom is a fantastic cook, but lasagna is something she does not make.

  247. Having one night a week not having to cook would mean having a night to get recharged! I’m sure that even the energizer bunny has to be recharged every now and then.

  248. The mom I would like to nominate to win is my mom. She works 12 hour days 6 days a week and still insists on finding the time to take care of meals for me and my sister when we’re home.

  249. This would help a lot seeing that Wed. evenings are always rushed with getting to church on time. This would be wonderful!

  250. My favorite meal to cook right now, especially since we’ve been trying to work out and eat healthy is stick a frozen chicken in the oven, cook at low temperature and it’s done by the time we get home from the gym. Serve w/ a veggie and side of rice or pasta and it’s perfect and easy!

  251. i would restart sunday night family dinners. lately, we’ve all been so busy, we just eat what and where we can.

  252. I really love cooking but not having to think about what I’m going to cook would be wonderful. I could actually maybe work in my garden after work or read the newspaper or a book!

  253. My mom deserves to win this because she’s always on the go. She takes care of my grandmother full time and works a full time. This would give her a break at least once a week.

  254. my favorite meal to prepare is corn and shrimp bisque, sometimes made with crawfish. it’s warm and creamy and always makes the cold nights go away.

  255. My husband is a full time police officer who works nights. I have 2 young children. It is hard for me to cook a meal for them and get them ready for school the next day. I feel like a single parent at night. I work too, and could always use help in preparing a simple meal that my kids and I can eat!

  256. this giveaway would be great for my mom. she works so hard as a single parent to 2 girls.

  257. After my husband lost his job last year I took on a second full time job to help make ends meet. He has since found another job but the second job is still required for money purposes. Having a meal provided once a week would be wonderful. I have two teenage children one boy and one girl, as you can imagine the boy eats all the time. The value of not having to worry about whats for dinner one day a week is not measurable…

  258. Having one night off from cooking each week would allow me to have more time to focus on family, friends and life in general. It would definitely help me balance my priorities more!

  259. Just recently became unemployed from an Italian Restaurant. We love Italian. It would help with 1 less expense.

  260. I have two daughters and a husband that works 7 days a week from 7-7. I do all of the shopping, cleaning, cooking, etc. I stay busy with my online jewlery business and volunteering at my daughters schools. It would be amazing to know one day of each week I wouldn’t have to cook. I could just pop it in the oven and go. No cleanup, either!

  261. I would like to nominate my daughter, Lindsey, to win the meals. She is the wife of a youth pastor and mother of 2 small precious children. She has no time for herself, which is ok with her as she loves her job as wife & mommy. But, as her mom, I think she deserves a break! Her email address is llwoolard@gmail.com

  262. Cooking one less meal a week would eliminate fast food night at my house. Between work and extracurricular activities, there always seems to be one night that we resort to fast food for dinner.

  263. I absolutely love making my special korean barbecue for dinner. It’s always a treat and a big hit.

  264. Thanks, we need all the help we can get !

  265. I have identical triplets who are 2 months old. I think that is reason enough to get some cooking free days! :) But really, if i didn’t have to cook i can get some sleep!!!!!!!

  266. The person I would nominate to win this giveaway is my daugther. While she has no kids of her own, she has “adopted” a family that is having a hard time financially and routinely does “family dinner” nights at her apartment for the entire family.

  267. Having not to cook one night a week would allow us to take our 3 girls to the park instead. SUMMER IS COMING!! :)

  268. By the time I get home from work and picking up the kids (age 3, 3, 4, & 9) the little ones are usually pretty hungry. Being able to pop something in the oven or microwave and spend time with them instead of in the kitchen cooking one night a week would be a nice change.

  269. I have two growing teenage boys at home. They absolutely love pasta and would eat it every day of the week. If we won this my husband and I could plan for retirement and not worry about how much it would cost to feed them the next week.

  270. My favorite meal to prepare is ANY crockpot meal. I love to fix it and go, and our house smells like a home-cooked meal all afternoon. :)

  271. I would like to nominate my mother, Penny, for this awesome meal give-away. She deserves this because she has made meals for all of us for all these years. And what a fantastic Mother’s Day surprise, right?!

  272. 5 Little Boys + 1 Hard-working Hubby + Not Enough Hours in the Day= 1 Momma who would love a night of NO COOKING each week!! (She might get to take a bath & SHAVE HER LEGS that night!!)

  273. Having 1 free night will make my life 1 night easier that’s enough for me

  274. Met Mr. Right, married him, 10 years later, we’ve got 5 little boys. They would love these, and I would love a night free from cooking. What a treat & thanks for the opportunity!!

  275. If I win I am gifting this to my BFF who is a single mom raising a 4 and 3 year old. She works two jobs and I know not having to worry about one less meal would really help her out!

  276. Favorite meal is tacos because its something my girls actually eat all of

  277. As a single mom, working 3 jobs, taking care of the house, bills, etc it would be awesome not to have to worry about making one meal a week. My kids and I love Italian foods. We mostly like Chicken Alfredo with pasta, Spaghetti and pizza.

  278. Another mom who deserve this is my mom because she watches my girls for little money while I work full time

  279. One free night of dinner each week would stretch our family of 6 budget that much further! Not to mention how yummy that free dinner would be! :)

  280. Not having to cook once a week would allow me to take my kids out to play with their friends more; we’re home all day but their friends don’t get home until 5 when I’m trying to pull dinner together. Something easy that can cook in the oven while we play would be awesome!

  281. I’d like to nominate my sis-in-law to win this prize. She works outside of the home and currently has three little ones in daycare; extra time with the kids and the savings of 52 meals would really be a blessing for her.

  282. The impact of not having to cook at least one night a week is HUGE. I can plan it around one of the kid’s late practices, husbando’s always very important tennis matches, my definitely important book club night. Any help is always appreciated. Thanks!

  283. I work 7 nights a week from midnight till my work is done.
I Would love a night a week to have someone cook for me.. To relax with a movie and a great meal that i didn’t cook…

  284. Ahhhh, 1 night a week of dinner already prepared and to ready to serve my family of 5. It would be so relaxing to be able to eat dinner and then sit and share some family time with my husband and 3 kids. Making dinner and all that goes along with that can wear a girl out every night of the week!! :)

  285. I would love one night where I didn’t have to come up with a menu idea! Between football, soccer, and softball almost every weeknight and then games on the weekends, I would greatly appreciate an easy dinner once a week. Thanks!

  286. It’d give me a lot more time with my wife.

  287. Having one night a week to not cook would be AWESOME! I am a mother of a 8 year old and a 9 month old and I work full time. Our family is the caretakers of a camp, so during the mowing months we are busy every evening picking up sticks and mowing so we don’t get to have supper until about 9 p.m. This would make one night so much easier.

  288. Not having to cook 1 night/week would allow me to play WITH my kids! They get home from school and I start making dinner usually -without full interaction. Thanks

  289. Like most of the mom’s on here I work full time outside of the home. I don’t have alot of children, just one precious little girl who is 11 months. My husband and I both commute 35-40 minutes, one way, depending on traffic to work each day. So needless to say dropping my 11 month old off every morning around 7:00 and not getting home with her until 6:00 every night makes for a very long day. It would be so nice to have one meal a week that I didn’t have to worry about preparing. it’s already done for me! That extra time would allow us some precious time with our daughter which we get so little of during the week. Thanks for considering me!

  290. Not cooking 1 night a week will allow me more family time!

  291. I work full time and constantly on the run over the weekends so one free night of not cooking would allow me to spend more time with my son. I feel like we dont spend enough quality time because we are on the run so much!!

  292. I would nominate my good friend Jennifer. She has been a stay at home mom until her husband lost his job about a year ago. She then started working doing taxes and house cleaning. Her and her husband also clean our church and mow the grass. She also makes time to care for her husbands grandparents and aunt. She deserves one night a week not to have to think about whats for supper!

  293. My family enjoys beef manhattens. This is an easy meal because I just put the beef in the crockpot, then the rest is simple when I get home from work.

  294. What a treat it would be for us to enjoy an evening with our family where we could all just sit and talk and spend time together. We might even use paper plates and have a hassle free evening. Wow!

  295. With 3 kids 3 years old and under, any free time for me is worth its weight in gold! My children are such an enormous blessing, but if I did not have to cook even just one night a week, that is more I could spend just being with them. When it is time to cook, that is always a stressful time as at least one kid wants to be held (it gets really tricky when 2 or 3 want it though). Thanks so much for considering our wonderful family of 5!

  296. Having one night already planned and done could mean more time and energy for my kids, my husband and my home, all of which would be great!!

  297. It would give me that extra hour to spend some quality time with my husband and baby.

  298. I work nights to my husbands days, so this would make my load so much easier if I could just pop this in the oven and be done! Voila!

  299. NOT COOKING ONE NIGHT A WEEK…. WOW, THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!! BETWEEN WORKING AT MY SON’S SCHOOL, BEING A TBALL COACH TO 14 FOUR YEAR OLDS, RAISING 3 KIDS, A HUBBY THAT IS GONE ALL THE TIME DUE TO WORK, STARTING A SMALL CHILDRENS BUSINESS, AND HELP TAKING CARE OF MY GRANDMOTHER, ANYTHING THAT WOULD HELP WITH MORE TIME WITH THE KIDS AND LESS STRESS WOULD BE HEAVEN SENT!! THANKS!!

  300. i could spend additional time with family or taking care of much needed cleaning as well

  301. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is was also one of my favorites, chicken with peaches and biscuits. Homemade biscuits make a very happy husband here in the south!!!

  302. I would like to nominate my friend Lauren; she has two little toddlers and not a lot of family closeby, unlike myself. She definitely deserves it!

  303. Not having cook one night a week would free up some time just for our family to sit down and talk or play ! Can’t beat family time !

  304. I am a nurse, working two jobs and have one son still at home. My husband and I share the kitchen, but having one night a week taken care of would be a huge blessing. I love to volunteer at our church in different ministries, so the evenings are full too. So, having supper ready quickly, so we can all sit down together before the evening engagements start is our main objective. Family is the #1

  305. Having a night free of cooking would be wonderful. I could spend time playing with my husband and our sweet son, instead of listening in from the kitchen.

  306. Having one night a week without cooking would allow me more time to play with my 7 month old son and have time to talk with my husband.

  307. Not having to plan and prepare dinner one night a week would be a huge help! It would allow me more time and energy to keep up with my four boys.

  308. My favorite meal to prepare is cheesy chicken enchiladas. We just recently discovered this recipe, and it is heavenly. My husband raves over them every time, which really makes me feel good.

  309. I am a relatively new wife and mother. If you can imagine over the last three years, I got married and at the same time inherited motherhood. I have two step children 13 and 14. The live with us full time. I work a full time job and do all I can to manage a household. My life can sometimes be overwelming…especially going from single and taking care of just me to a full household. After a long day a work, it would be nice to go home one night a week and have dinner within a few minutes. I might get in bed by 10. Woohoo!

  310. Every season is some sport with my young boys. We still value the family meal together, around the table. Sometimes it’s tough to make happen but we do, even if it’s 9:00 and “microwaved.” A year of M. Angelos would just help us keep our family time around the table easier. Not to mention, the savings might buy a bat, glove, ball, uniform, etc.

  311. I am a mother of a 4 year old, I have one on the way, a college student and a Navy wife. My husband is gone a lot with the Navy so that leaves me to deal with everything; bills, car maintenance, kids, school, playing the roles of both mommy and daddy, etc. It would be so nice to have dinner marked off my list of things to worry about. Winning free dinner for a year would be so greatly needed and appreciated! Thanks

  312. I would like to nominate my sister, Becky. She has four small children and is very busy taking care of them. I know she would enjoy a night off from cooking! She is a wonderful mother and deserves a break. Thank you for considering her!

  313. I would like to nominate my friend Crystal Freemon. She is a stay at home mom to two girls 4, 2 and is always doing something to help someone else. I call her supermom because she seems to get so much done in a day for everyone else and also spends time with her girls. One night free a week would allow her some much needed time for herself.

  314. I work full time outside the home, stay quite busy with 3 girls and quite active at church. Having a free night of not having to worry about what dinner will be would be awesome!

  315. I nominate my friend Kiona who has ten children and stays VERY busy to say the least!

  316. Knowing that one night a week is taken care of would be a relief. We seem to be always rushing to do something or go somewhere. One night to put something in the oven and be able to spend time with my kids would be great!! Thank you so much:)

  317. It would be such a blessing! Having three young children makes it a little crazy to have supper each night. It would be much appreciated. Thanks!

  318. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is jollof rice, which is an African dish that’s pretty easy to make but quite tasty :)

  319. Having specifically Wednesday nights taken care of, food wise, would be a great help for our family so that we could actively participate in our church’s Wednesday night bible study at a local nursing home. With 3 under 4, trying to participate in that ministry is difficult when balancing my children’s meal schedule with the start time of the study.

My favorite meal to prepare is our Friday Family Fun night. We have fish sticks and french fries. My two boys love to eat them with their hands and look forward to Friday nights around the table.

I would like to nominate my friend Dinah. She has been an encouragement to me as she and her husband grow their family through adoption. She is always willing to share her time, compassion, and faith with those of us who are just getting started on the trail of life with children. She and her husband take in emergency needs children through his work in law enforcement as needed and provide immediate physical and mental needs for these children.

  320. Having one meal a week that I don’t have to cook would be incredible. I have 3 children 17, 13, and 5. I home school them. My 17 year old works very well independently but I have to spend a great deal of time working with my child who is blind on his lessons while trying to manage an active 5 year old who hasn’t started school yet(and of course trying to keep all my coupons organized and ready to go). I am also a pastor’s wife and it is a real struggle to get meals together on Wednesday nights especially if I have quartet practice before church. It would be so helpful to have a Michael Angelo’s gormet meal to pop in on Wednesday nights.

  321. Having a free night a week to not cook would have a tremendous impact on me. I am the mother of a household of 7 and also work 40 hours a week. I get home just after 6pm on weekdays and cook supper almost every night. My fiance is a firefighter, so he’s gone every third day as well as he does side jobs to make ends meet so 99% of the time I have to cook the meals. These free meals would allow him to cook dinner once a week to give me a much needed break…probably so I could get laundry done. :)

  322. If I didnt have to cook one night a week I would make that day Grandma day or Beach day for me and my 4 year old. With everything I get to do sometimes there is just not enuf time to make the 45 minute drive

  323. I would have more time with my family before bedtime!

  324. Wow! What could I do with some extra time in the afternoon while I’m NOT thinking about what to cook for supper! Scrapbook special memories in my kids’ lives, make homemade play dough with my sweet angelic kids, paint my toenails, jump on the trampoline, try to get caught up on never-ending laundry…..um, I guess that’s about it!! :)

  325. I would like to win this for my mom. We both work and volunteer for various groups in the art and animal rescue arena. Freeing up a night in the kitchen would help us have more time to create art and help the animals, not to mention quality time together. We have both taken pay cuts in this down economy, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for this opportunity.

  326. I really love preparing a big Sunday Roast Dinner for my family. It makes me feel nurturing & reminds me of when I was growing up!

  327. I have 3 kids ages 9, 6 and 3. I work full time and it would be wonderful to come home and not have to worry about making a dinner and cleaning up alot of dishes. Just pop in the oven and be done!

  328. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is terriyaki rotisserie chicken with either broccoli steamed or green bean casserole. I have a toaster oven that has a rotisserie and my 4 year old loves watching it turn around and around. I use my flavor injector and inject lawrys brand terriayki marinade mixed with garlic, and butter the skin, placing 4 slices of butter under the skin, and season with cavendars seasoning. 90 minutes later voila!

  329. I work (4) 10 hour days and always try to cook a meal every night. Some days are harder than others but it would be great to have a pre-cooked meal every day. My husband loves Lasagna. My Mom could also benefit from a these meals since they are on a fixed income and are always helping to take care of my nephews 2 childern under the age of 2.

  330. I am a mother of one and a step mother of four. My husband works second shift so its always just me cooking and caring for all five children. I love doing it but sometimes I dont have as much time doing fun things with them like I want to. Having just one night free from cooking would allow us to spend that time playing with eachother. Thank you.

  331. i want to nominate my sister. she is a stay at home mother of 3 wonderfully amazing kids! (yeah, i’m proud) madison & preston are in school so only reagan still chills with mommy all day! melanie is 30 & mature beyond her years. all of her children spoke full sentences at around 2.5 yrs old. they are all into soccer, tball, dancing, gymnastics, softball, karate & wrestling. she shuttles them to/from school & all activities, drs. appts., bday parties & everything in between! she cooks, cleans, shops, does yard work, helps neighbors & friends…& now she has started her own home-based small business. she is busy, but extremely happy with her life. one night a week would do wonders for her: she could give undivided attention instead of kids lining up in the kitchen for questions, hugs; whatever…not to mention that her family LOVES italian…pick her. she definately deserves it.

  332. I would LOVE to have one night a week not to worry about cooking! Spending time with family and freinds is priceless, and have a meal easy to prepare and share with them is a bonus!

  333. If I did not have to cook one night a week I would have my four grandchildren for dinner so my daughter who has two sets of twins and works full time could have a night out once a week. The grandchildren would have the opportunity to eat and spend a relaxing evening with their grandparents. It would be so great to win!

  334. It would be wonderful to have something so easy to prepare for Wednesday nights when we have to eat dinner early so we can get to church on time. I’m always fixing something like grilled cheese or sandwiches just to get us out the door on time. I’d be so happy to have something easy but still tastes like it’s homemade.

  335. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is tacos. I know it’s completely easy but everyone in the family loves it and I always feel good knowing that every single person enjoyed dinner.

  336. My family of five’s favorite meal is lasagna. This would give me a break from cooking once a week because I work fulltime inside & outside the home.

  337. I nominate my mother inlaw. She is the most selfless person I have ever known, spends all her time and energy around God, Church, her 3 kids 3 grand-kids. She is working on her doctorate and working full-time. She has put her own ambitions aside to help anyone whether its family, the neighbor down the street that needs a ride to the doctor or a stranger that no one else will even look at. I admire her and aspire to be like her in her servant-hood and her faith.

  338. One night a week of not fixing dinner would mean one night a week relaxing with my family and just enjoying each others company rather than scrambling trying to figure out what to fix for supper…

  339. We have 7 children, and having an hour free once a week not cooking means we can all play with dessert! Our 18yr old son holds bragging rights on his chocolate chip cookies, and his 8yr old brother loves spooning the dough onto the baking sheet (and licking the mess clean). Our 16yr old daughter is next in line at my cake-decorating business, and she practices on cupcakes that her 4yr old sister helps pour into the tins. Our 13yr old daughter makes things like Boston Cream Pie; trying new recipes is her thing, and her 10yr old brother is right there at her elbows coaxing her into putting chocolate chips into everything! LOL And lastly our Moose… our 21mo old son Max, moving from station to station, sampling this, relocating that, threatening eggs & stealing spoons. And what would mom and dad do since we weren’t having to cook? Videotape, take candids, and partake in this blessed chaos that will way too soon be a memory.

Our 10yr old swears he won’t eat that “creepy purple thing” (which from what we can recollect is the only veg NOT on “Veggie Tales”), but the eggplant parmesan is his favorite! LOLOLOL

  340. Not having to cook one night a week would be the greatest blessing! I have 2 small kids and my husband and I both work full time. We don’t eat out a lot so cooking is a big task when I get home. I would love to Michael ANgelo’s.

  341. A night of no cooking would mean less shopping, no prep, no slaving over a hot stove, and less clean up. This would save at least one hour out of my day. That would be 52 hours out of a year! That’s two extra days I could have during the year!!

  342. This would allow me one free night a week, where I know that I could easily find some time for MYSELF! Whether it’s for a concert, or for a trip on my own to library, or a date with my hubby, and this is what the sitter fixes… Shoot, having this available could come in handy in SO many ways. Thanks for the chance to win!

  343. I have 6 kids (ages 11 mths to 16. I am constantly on go driving to band, soccer, swim team, track, baseball, etc. My husband travels during the week, so I am basically a single mom 5 days each week. I also work part-time. Having one meal already prepared would be huge for me. I would have time to get tasks done around the house that I never find time to do (wash windows, go through Goodwill stuff, dust, etc.). I would LOVE to win!!

  344. Having one night a week not to cook would give this single mom more time to spend with my son.

  345. If I had one night a week in which I didn’t have to cook, I’d probably take that time and play a game with my kids, or go for a family walk, or sit on the porch chatting with my hubby! I’d love to have some extra time with my family!

  346. My favorite meal to prepare for my son and I is french toast. There are so many different flavors you can add to it, it’s expensive, and very easy to prepare.

  347. I am a full time working, single mom of two teenagers – one picky and one not. The picky eater loves pasta, so this would be great for us! Not to mention that I am always on the run between sporting events, running errands, shopping, cleaning, and just exhaustion.

  348. My favorite meal to prepare is baked ziti! My whole family loves it and I always make extra so I can freeze some for later!

  351. My favorite meal to fix is oven bbq chicken, potatoes, baked beans and salad.

  352. I would have a park night every week where I would take my kiddos to the park before dinner!

  353. My favorite meal to prepare for my kids is called Noodles and Cottage Cheese. It is definitely a comfort food. It is a dish I grew up with and was my favorite. Now, it is my children’s favorite. This meal brings us all together in the kitchen because they cannot wait for it to be done. Any leftovers are great for breakfast, but they don’t last after a day because they are quickly eaten!

  354. I would take that one evening a week and go outside to see God’s creation! I love to listen to the birds and look at the trees.

  355. A night free from cooking would give me more time to spend outside on our farm.

  356. I would like to nominate my friend, Nansi, who has 4 children who still live at home (and 3 away). She works full time plus, she’s also a pastor’s wife, she’s a community liason for a couple of groups, and she tries to still fulfill alot of motherly responsibilities at home. She stays up until all hours of the night to try to keep up with her busy life and household, and I know that having a healthy meal already prepared each week would make her life so much easier and would really bless her family!

  357. my husband works nights so we could have more time playing with our daughter together if one of us wasn’t cooking.

our fave recipe is jambalaya – it is quick, easy, good flavor and goes a long way.

  358. I am a mom who works full-time with 2 boys. A free meal once a week would be a blessing, and it would allow me to spend time playing with my boys instead of spending all that time cooking in the kitchen.

  359. Having a free night without cooking would be beyond divine!! We cook every night for us (myself, husband and son) as well as my parents. Trust me, being able to sit back and relax instead of rushing home to cook and clean would be terrific. Plus my Mom would appreciate it as she cleans after I cook. Less dishes always rock! :)

  360. I nominate Heidi F. because she is a single mother with three kids who never seems to catch a break! She would benifit hugly from a year’s supply of Michael Angelo Gourmet Meals

  361. I just had my first baby and my husband is in school still, trying to work part time. With not very much money coming in and a 6 week old baby, this would be a dream come true! I would take a much needed nap everyday instead of trying to come up with something for dinner quickly before my baby boy wakes up.

  362. One of my favorite meals to prepare for my family is homemade ham and potato soup! We love it!

  363. I would finally have time to clean the bathrooms . . . believe me, they really need it!

  364. One free night a week will help me make more memories with my kids!!! :) Any extra time together helps!!!

  365. It would be great to give me some extra time to spend with my family.

  366. What a dream to have one free night not to cook or plan a meal….I think I would take some time to play a game with my kiddos or scrapbook.

  367. My husband and I are both teachers, and our children are very busy! Having an extra night a week to not have to prepare a home cooked meal from scratch would be so beneficial. It would give us more time together without the prep and chaos of coming up with a balanced meal :)

  368. My schedule looks like this: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday I work night shift at the local hospital. I only get about 5 hours of sleep those day and then I have get up get my child off the bus get home, get my other child off the bus, help with homework, cook dinner, get them ready for school the next day, get my own self ready for work and then stay awake for at least 19 hours. Did I mention I go to school also. So for me to have a night of dinner already made would be great. Thanks

  369. My favorite meal to make would have to either be something in the crockpot (if I’m thinking that far ahead) or bacon and fried egg sandwiches. Easy and filling! Yum!

  370. My husband plays softball on Tuesday nights so having an easy dinner one day per week would give us more family time with the kids before going to watch the game!

  371. I am a stay-at-home mom to a 1 year old and I would love to have a free night for a year of not having to worry about what to fix for dinner. I would love to spend that time with my husband and son instead of being in the kitchen.

  372. Not having to cook one night a week would free me up to do laundry or get caught up on my coupon organizing!! I homeschool 2 of our children 12 & 7, and we have a 3 yr old who REALLY keeps us on our toes-plus the youngest is a super-picky eater & I know she wouldn’t complain about these meals!!

  373. What a great giveaway! Mondays would become my Michael Angelo’s night. We’re so busy with dance and Girl Scouts that it’s hard to provide a delicious and wholesome meal. By NOT having to cook on Mondays, I would be able to spend more time with my children before all of their activities. Thanks!

  374. The mom that I would nominate would be my best friend Megan. With a two year old crazy son and one on the way she is the most giving, thoughtful person I know.

  375. I think making dinner is so boring!! I am not very creative and it is such a chore for me to come up with SOMETHING to fix! If I had ONE night to give my brain a rest, it would be awesome!!

  376. Winning this for one year would allow me not to cook dinner one night a week and I would be able to play with my kids outside instead of being in the kitchen trying to get dinner ready. I would love a break to just hang out with them.

  377. Not Having to cook 1 night a week would be AMAZING. It happens way to often, that I have the fridge open and asking my husband and kids what sounds good for dinner!

  378. that would free up extra time to spend with my little one, that would be great.

  379. I work 10 hour days and don’t get home until 8PM. So I make my meals on the weekend and freeze them. It would be a life saver to have a meal already made in the freezer, so I did not have to worry about feeding my family one night a week. It would also help our family financial, since I struggle to make budget friendly food.

  380. I am a busy mom of 2 (ages 11 and 2) and busy wife. I work outside of the home,am going back to school, volunteer at many events including church, local club, girl scouts, library board..well you get the idea..the list could go on and on! :) Mealtime is super important to us. Each night I cook dinner and we all sit down together..every.single.night. Not having to cook (let alone not having to plan a meal one night a week and buy groceries) would allow me more time with my girls and husband. Our time together goes so fast so this would be a life saver. My favorite meal is anything grilled…since that’s the only meal my husband helps me cook! :)

  381. I am constantly running my 5 kids places and I have a hard time doing this while keeping up with homework and making dinner. My husband is out of town quite a bit and this would help relieve the stress.

  382. We LOVE taco salads. They are so easy to make and they are delicious! I nominate Jenn Carlson, she is an awesome friend and definitely could use the night off as well!!

  383. Working 4- 12 hour shifts a week makes it difficult to spend any quality time with my 17 month old. Not having to cook dinner every night of the week would be very helpful.

  384. My favorite meal to make for my family is stir fry. I love it because I can use leftovers from the week and throw them together to make something yummy! Even my picky toddler enjoys it! I also like to use my crock pot to cook. I love how it makes the house smell so wonderful all day long.

  385. I have a family of 7 with four growing boys. With homework, activities, and bedtime routines; a free night a week without prepping dinner would be awesome. Hope I win so I could use the night to spend more time with my kids.

  386. My favorite meal to prepare is frozen pizza because it is easy, easy clean-up, everyone likes it, and inexpensive. I only make it on high stress days.

  387. Having one free night a week would give me so much more time I can spend with my 5 kids. It seems I am always running here or there or trying to fix dinner and do homework with them at the same time. So having an extra night free would give us some much needed time togther to play, talk or just be together.

  388. Helps me on nights when the kids have after school activities to make sure they get a good meal.

  389. Not cooking one night a week will allow me to add one more workout.

  390. I don’t really love cooking, so one easy oven meal per week would be great!

  391. Like so many other, I’m a full-time working mom with two girls at home and another on the way. One less night a week to cook means more time to play with my girls.

  392. Having one meal a week that I don’t have to prepare would be wonderful! I have three kids and I am in college full time and when I’m not in school I’m studying rigorously, running errands, dr appts, paying bills, carpool kids to/from school, soccer practice, grocery shopping, etc. I also have a special needs son that has cerebral palsy and epilepsy his needs calls for alot of my time. My husband is in the navy and is a great help when he is home, but when he’s away boy do things get even busier for me. Although, I enjoy cooking, I have recently been exploring recipes for the slow cooker so my family can enjoy good healthy home cooked meals and at the same time save me time from standing at the stove cooking. Thank you for this opportunity to win this prize!

  393. My favorite meal to fix our family is a White Cheese and Chicken Lasagna! We use it as a family fix it meal, meaning we all take turns layering the lasagna. We always have somuch fun making and the results afterwards are delicious!

  394. Hello! My name is Amy Ross. I am a Special Services Teacher in a rural Ozarks Community for students K-8 grades with moderate disabilities. I also volunteer in the community and work with the eighth grade as a class sponsor as well as being the middle school cheer coach. This however, is my “day job”, I am also a busy mom of two active middle school children and a wife. We try and keep Monday night as our family meal and game night, but often it is hard to have a good home cooked meal that you want to feed your family. Having a year’s supply of Michael Angelo’s family size meals would help my family tremendously by allowing me to have the time it takes preparing meals to spend with my family. I know this is a selfish request, but family time is very precious to me and I hope that you select my family as your winner!

  395. WOW!!! TO WIN THIS WOULD BE A RAY OF HOPE IN MY ENTIRE FAMILIES LIFES!!! BETWEEN MY FAMILY, BROTHERS AND SISTERS EACH OF US HAVE ONE SPOUSE UNEMPLOYED. IF CHOOSEN I WOULD SHARE THIS WONDERFUL PRIZE WITH PEOPLE WHO REALLY COULD USE IT!!!

  396. I have two small children, two and four, and work full time. As a teacher I am always bringing work home or giving of my time after school. 397. My favorite meal to prepare is marinated salmon filets with rice and vegetables.

  398. What mom wouldn’t love to have one free night a week in which they didn’t have to cook! With running after my two boys, doing schoolwork, and trying to stay on top of the household duties… having a free meal each week in which I didn’t have to cook would be heaven sent!

  399. One night of meals would be a godsend… The $ that I would not have to spend on that meal would help me pay off some bills & allow my family to spend more time together. Thanks for the opportunity!

  400. I love to make green chicken enchiladas. My whole family loves these and never any leftovers :)

  401. It is hard for me to cook because of health, takes me extra time (sometimes hours) to prepare what some can in 30 min. One free night without having to go through all that and still be able to serve the family and myself a healthy meal would be a blessing. I have not had the pleasure of any Michael Angelo products as of yet.

  402. Well, let me start by saying thank you for even thinking of picking a lucky winner for a free meal ! Like many moms out there, we are all busy. Weather we have 1 child or 6 like I do. I love being a mom, but most nights after working as a school bus driver all day, and going back to college after many years, a free meal for my family would be a blessing in disguise! Some nights i just wanna crawl into bed the minute that I get home from a long day of being with “noise,” and then having to come home to a houseful of 6 “noisy’ children…I still make sure my whole family eats a meal, and one night ” Off from making dinner ” would be the best thing a “busy” mom like me could ask for. THANK YOU :)

  403. The mother I would nominate would be my Mom. She still has kids at home and even has grandkids come often. She is a widow and is very tired after a hard day at work. She has done a wonderful job of raising her 5 kids and not cooking one night a week for her would be something she deserves!

  404. I’m the mother of an 18 month old son and I work full time. Not only am I at the office from 8-5 daily, but add at least a 45 min. commute (both ways) to that. If I didn’t have to cook 1 night per week, I could spend that extra time with my son as quality time, instead of trying to keep him busy while I’m attempting to cook!

  405. I am a single mom who works during the day and goes to class a few nights a week. It would be such a relief to know that a tasty meal for my little one was already taken care of once a week!

  406. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is Dutch Oven Chicken and Potatoes. I love being able to spend time with my family out around the fire pit with our dutch ovens and cooking out in nature. We also always seem to find marshmellows to roast at the same time so that makes it even better.

  407. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is homemade pizza. My girls love to put on the olives & pineapple and make funny designs. We have fun making it & eating it too!

  408. My favorite meal to prepare for my family would have to be spaghetti with sausage and fresh basil and peppers. Served with salad and garlic bread… everyone loves it!

  409. My grandmother is the mother I want to nominate. She has raised 6 children, over 8 grand children, and is now watching over 10 great-grandchildren being raised. At 72, she still cares for my aunt who is mentally challenged and is also raising one of her great-grandchildren (a 5 year old!). Now that’s stamina! I would LOVE to see her have a guranteed night off from cooking every week. After all the things she’s accomplished, she deserves it!

  410. I could actually tackle some of the things that have been on my to do list for ages!

  411. An evening of not having to make dinner would allow for more outdoor time with the kiddos! It would also free up a bit of time for me to actually finish a knitting project once in a while ;)

  412. My favorite meal to make is roast with little red potatos and carrots. I grew up on that at my Grandmas. If I didn’t have to cook for 1 night, I would feel like a Princess! Plus I should of been born Italian, cause I LOVE Italian food!
I would nominate my Aunt. She is older and alone, has problems of her own, but is always so concerned about other people, and helps them out any way she can even though she has very limited funds.

  413. I love to cook lasagna for my family. Everyone loves it, and I make plenty for leftovers!

  414. My favorite meal to make is lemon chicken breasts, twice baked potatoes, and veggies. Although, if you asked my DD, she would say “noodles!” which is yet another reason we would love having lasagna once a week!

  415. I have 2 kids that have either homework or after school activities every night. This would make my night so much easier. I love to cook homemade spaghetti for my family.

  416. Having some free time instead of cooking dinner would be amazing! We could play board games instead!!!

  417. Honestly I have a hard time having dinner ready when my husband gets home from work, especially since as a pilot his schedule is so unpredictable and our child is a picky toddler who doesn’t eat what I make half the time. So having the dinner ready to throw into the oven as I hear the garage door open would be wonderful. Then sweet DH would at least walk through the door with the hope of something soon!

  418. My favorite meal to cook is chicken and broccoli alfredo noodles.

  419. The mother I would chose to nominate to win this prize would be my Aunt Tiff. She has 3 children of her own… and has adopted 7 foster kids (probably soon to be 8). The oldest of these kids is 12 so you can only imagine how crazy her life must be! She could sure use a night a week in which she didn’t have to cook!

  420. Not having to cook would be awesome we would be able to spend more time as a family playing outside not stuck in the house cooking. with meals provided it would also end the discussion that never ends “what do you want for dinner” “i don’t know what do you want” that goes on forever :)

  421. Not having to cook 1 night per week would allow me to catch up on some housework during the week instead of spending all weekend doing it. I have to cook dinner after the kids go to bed for the next day so all I have to do when we get home is heat it up. One of their favorite meals is meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans or spinach quiche.

  422. Not having to cook once a week would make my life so much easier for our family. My husband and I are both full time students and I work part time. He would be so happy knowing he has aan easy meal to prepare.

  423. I would like to nominate my sister, Karen. Between her job and commute, she works 12 hour days. Plus she is raising her 2 kids and helps out a lot with my DD as well. In fact, I would love if she won since we often feed the kids together. It would be like I won too! :)

  424. I would spend the extra time outside with my kids!

  425. Not having to cook a meal a week would leave me time to actually go grocery shopping at night to get my good deals!

  426. Our favorite meals are just about anything in the crock pot. It makes the meat nice and tender for my girls, who are 3 and 15 months and therefore picky and averse to anything that’s too chewy. Pasta is also a big one around here – the messier the better :D

  427. I’d like to nominate my sister-in-law. She is the mother of 2 (4 and 2) and has another baby on the way. She is technically a SAHM, but she also watches my 18 month old during the day and goes to a regular job a few evenings per week. She’s always busy and never gets a break or a sick day. She could certainly use these meals one night per week!

  428. Getting a free night of dinner and no cooking each week would not only help our food budget out a lot, but would also give me a much needed break! The other benefit would be on those nights when we just don’t have time to make dinner. Rather than eating junk food out, we could still have a nice dinner in at the family table.

  429. If I were fortunate enough to win this contest, I vow that I will stop going to Mickey D’s after work when the kids are starving and I’m too tired to cook….By the way, its National Nurses week and this would be a GREAT prize for a nurse like me ;)

  430. My favorite meal is within the casserole group. I try to utilze everything and use what we have (esp) leftovers. I companion items together to make whatever meals I can (also takes less time, etc) and call it “What’s in the refrigerator” casserole. The rest of the family even help prepare dinner on these nights.

  431. I like to make this stuffing chicken bake from Kraft magazine. Really quick and easy and super yummy!

  432. Our weekend is pretty hectic. It would be nice not to cook on Friday or Saturday so that our family can spend more time sharing with each other.

  438. I love to cook for my family, but I would really love a night off from cooking! Thanks!

  439. I would love to win this!! I am a married mother of a 17 mth old and I’m working full time as a nurse in a busy emergency room. I work 12 hr shifts which means I normally don’t get home until close to 8 pm on the nights I work. It’s very hard to come and cook something that late at night so it would be great to be able to have something on hand that my husband could put in the oven and have ready whenever I get home. It’s hard for him to cook dinner when I’m not there because my son is into everything.

  440. As a mom of 5 not having to prepare dinner on night a week would be so awesome! That would free up more time for family time.

  441. I love to make chicken enchiladas for my hubby because he loves them and it makes him happy. My boys are 3 and 1 right now so they don’t really care much, but I can’t wait to figure out what their favorite meal is.

  442. I would love to not have to cook for 1 night a week. We live outside of town so eating out isn’t usually and option for us. I cook every day at least once, so having these meals would save me alot of time and allow me to do something fun!

  443. Winning a years supply of dinners would be a HUGE help to us! I’m pregnant, and since my husband doesn’t cook, I will either have to fill our freezer before the baby comes, or we will be eating take-out every day for those first few weeks–not my favorite!
AND, both of us love Italian food, so this would be awesome!!

  444. My sister just had a new baby and had to move cross country with her husband. She could sure use any help with household duties!

  445. I am the mother of a 10 week old and have to return to work in a week as a kindergarten teacher. Not having to plan & cook dinner will allow me to spend a few more minutes with my precious little blessing and still provide dinner for my husband.

  446. I am a stay at home mom of a 1 1/2 and a 3 1/2 year old we are expecting a new addition in July and my husband has just been told this is his last month of work so having some meals covered while we are trying to find a job would be awesome

  447. I know so many great women that it is so hard to just nominate one. Although, I already decided if I won that I would share the wealth. So all those great ladies I know would be getting some coupons, too. :)

  449. I am a mom of 2 toddlers. somedays are just not meant for cooking. this would be amazing!

  450. me and my wife and sometimes she don`t cook,so this would me easy meal for me to cook

  451. I nominate my friend, Linda. Her 22 year old son is battling cancer right now and I know she deserves and would appreciate one easy meal a week, if not more!

  452. I would like to nominate my best friend Amy for this giveaway. She’s a busy mom to an eight-year-old son and a three-year-old daughter. Amy is truly one of the best moms I know. I believe she deserves this because is not all that fond of cooking and I know she’ll appreciate having an easy, yet tasty meal to prepare for her family.

  453. Having 1 free night a week away from cooking a meal would be a nice breath of fresh air. One night of not having to worry about what to make and if we have everything to make it. I have a 2 year old daugther and work full time. That extra hour or two not in the kitchen would be extra time with her, whether it be playing in the sandbox or reading books to her. Financially, this one free meal would also be a blessing.

  454. I will be returning to work full-time in 3 months after spending the past 3 years, working part-time and spending time time at home with my wonderful 3 year old twins. Having a night a week that I wouldn’t have to worry about what to fix for dinner and having the convenience of the Michael Angelo’s meals would help make this transition back to full-time work a lot easier.

  455. My favorite meal to cook for my family is homeade pizza! My girls and I love coming up with new things to try on our pizza! We are making memories!

  456. Having this for dinner once a week would free up some time for my wife and I to have some quality time.

  457. An extra night a week for myself would be priceless, however my daughter could benefit more. She has a 2 year old, trying to plan a wedding, work and find a house. She’s very stressed and constantly feeding her family fast food as she runs around town for the upcoming wedding. I would love to see them have a good dinner together as a family :)

  458. my mom didn’t cook much growing up so i’m trying to have more meals at home with my family but one thing i remember her making is chicken breast in gravy and baked potatos it was one of my favorite meals

  459. I have 3 teenagers and work 2 fulltime jobs. About 3-4 times a week I don’t get home before 9pm. The other nights, I work from home after my primary job. It would be great to have a meal one night a week already planned for my family! It would save some headache for sure!

  460. My favorite meal to make my family is breakfast for dinner because my whole family will eat it!

  461. My favorite meal to prepare is meatloaf. i can mix it while kids are napping and throw it in the fridge until i am ready to throw it in the oven!

  462. Both me and my husband work full time and also one additional full time job that we share. having prepared one meal a week would give us some time to spend with our little girl.It would be such a huge help.
    Thanks for the giveaway.

  463. As a busy mom of three, these meals would give me more quality time with my children…something we would all appreciate!

  464. i would play with my kids instead of shooing them out of the kitchen!!!

  465. Between sports, and homework, chores, appointments… I would love to have a meal ready to pull out of the freezer so there would be less stress in the house.

  466. I love to make steak and french fries. It’s delicious.

  467. I am a full-time teacher and advisor, as is my husband. I am also currently getting my second master’s degree. We have a one-year-old, and, since we at at work from 7:30-3:30, we trasure the family time we have together to play outside, investigate new toys, and just snuggle together. Being freed up from dinner would give us more time to enjoy our daughter and grow together as a family!

  468. Having a free-from cooking night one night a week for a year will give me extra time spend with my family, yeah!!!! (4 kids 8 mo to 5 yr + dh). Maybe we will do more “projects” (crafts) or other fun family things.

  469. I think my favorite thing to cook is chicken enchiladas. Quick and easy but they have a lot of flavor! Add a side of rice and beans and it’s one of our favorite meals! :)

  470. I am a very busy mom! I am a single parent, who works full time and attends college part-time. I also have an almost 11 year old daughter who is active in soccer and art lessons. Having a night where I don’t have to cook, or feed my daughter fast food, would be great! I just get so exhausted sometimes between working, doing homework (for both of us), and running around. Sometimes my days start at 6am and don’t finish until 10pm, but the time I get home from school.

  471. I would spend the extra time with my son who has classic autism. My favorite meal to cook is spaghetti.

  472. Having one night a week for a year NOT having to cook would leave a huge impact for my family. We would be able to spend much more quality time together. Eating a nutritious meal would really benefit the kiddos, they are pretty picky but DO love Italian food ;) All this and not to mention financially, it would be a huge blessing!! Thanks for the opportunity.

    • One of our favorite meals is Taco Salad.. very easy, quick, and pretty healthy too!

  473. Mealtime is very important family time for us because that’s the only time we are able to eat together. Me and my husband, we both work full time and our 21 month old goes to daycare. Once I come home, I am busy spending time making dinner and no matter how much I would like to spend time with my family, I am always overwhelmed by the chores I have to do. Making dinner and cleaning after that takes up the major chunk of time. So if I don’t have to cook one night, it would be amazing. I will spend the time with my daughter and husband.

  474. With four children, after school activities, housework, errands and a full-time job I would love any opportunity to not have to plan a meal! HELP ME PLEASE :)

  475. Having 1 free night a week would be AMAZING! It would mean that I’d have more time with my kids that day (not having to do meal prep) and more time with my husband at night (no clean up!). I’m also working on my RN so more study time!!! :)

  476. 1 free night would take a load off of my shoulders and save me some money too ;)
I would defiantly take the opportunity to have my son in the kitchen and dance while diner is in the oven or we would play trains or even watch his favorite show together as a family!

  477. we love to make nachos…the kids get to make them however they want.

  478. I’d nominate my sister-in-law who’s helping to care for her hospitalized sister and has no time to make dinner for her family.

  479. I want to nominate my younger daughter, working in Day care center with little children early in morning, going to college full time -nights-and few classes extend on the weekends and doing interviews & interning in afternoons, raising family and disabled husband. I know for a fact that she goes to bed w/o a real meal – getting home after 10 most nights and working on homework and day class materials, getting another load of laundry started and other needed things done – only snacking here and there. She barely gets enough sleep much less time for cooking daily.

  480. My favorite meal to make for my family is mock tacos, because they will eat it! They do like Italian food too though :) .

  481. It would allow me to spend that extra time with my kids and my husband who is such a hard worker and is very busy working full-time and going to school.

  482. Not having to cook one night a week would give me more time to play with my little girl and try to make it to the gym. Every mom deserves a night off!

  483. My favorite meal to prepare for the family is chicken pot pie with homemade crust. YUM!!! :)

  484. I am not a mother yet, but I do prepare supper every night for my husband. I shop with coupons and we rarely eat out because we’re trying to pay off our student loans quickly. Winning this would be great not only because I wouldn’t have to cook :) but also to help us save money!

  485. It would mean more time spent with my children instead of listening to them whine and cry while I prepare a meal.

  486. While we were moving in and settling in our house, our neighbors were so kind to invite us over for dinners, instead of having to get fast food for dinner because unpacking and remodeling the house took precident over cooking. I vowed that when the projects were done we would have everyone over and over and over. This would would be a lovely dinner to entertain with and show others the quality of ingredients. Barbara

  487. Having 1 night off a week would allow me to get more stuff done so I can enjoy my family more!

  488. This would give me extra time to spend with my kids after work

  489. A night off would be amazing! It would also mean saving money on the grocery bill which is always helpful! Thanks for doing this contest!

  490. My wife works so hard to keep our family happy and comfortable all while maintaining a budget. She is a queen and deserves any help she can get. I would love to give her a night off each week from cooking…and I promise to do the cleanup! Thanks!

  491. As a Stay at home mom of 2, my husband would finally be able to give me a night off from cooking. I have tried this brand and We love them! during the buy one get one free coupons and sales at our favorite store, we all would have a single each and sit and watch tv and talk about the show. I would like to be able to sit with the family with out having to get up andget stuff for everyone!

  492. Wow a free night a week w/o cooking that would give me at least 2 more hours a week to spend with my children with planning prep and cooking it takes me 2 hours a night to make a great home cooked meal for my family of 7

  493. i would nominate my mom…she’s the best!

  494. I’d like to nominate my friend Sarah. She’s a single mom and doesn’t have a lot of money, so these meals would help her in a few ways.

  495. My favorite meal to cook is pot roast, potatoes & carrots because I can throw it all in the crock pot and have it ready at the end of the day and it is yummy :)

  496. I would have the time to spend with my husband, kids (6,4,2)….it seems like when they get home it’s time for me to make dinner, then we eat, pick up the toys, and head to bed. If I would save the money that we spend on one dinner a week for a year….maybe we could do something fun as a family…like a vacation.

  497. Not having to cook dinner one night a week would probably save me on hair color–less grays! :)

  498. One night with out cooking, maybe I can go to bed on time.

  499. That is one night that I would have one less thing to worry about…less worries = happy mommy & wife :-)

  500. I work 2 jobs (a full time and a part time) and my hubby works 3 jobs. (1 full & 2 part times) Plus I have 2 kids. Not having to cook dinnder one night a week would be great for my family. It would mean more spending time with them and not rushing home cook dinner & putting them in front of a TV. I would actually be able to take them outside to play like my 3 year old begs me to do almost every night.

  501. I would nominate my friend Sherice. She has 4 children, ages 11, 9, 6, and 1 and she attends college, volunteers at her kids school, and the 3 older kids all play soccer. She is ALWAYS busy and I think she could definitely use a night off a week.

  502. One night a week with me not having to prepare dinner would mean a night of more family time! We could read together, work on homework, and maybe play some Wii (a favorite family activity). My husband and I and our three kids LOVE being together and having family time.

  503. I am a full time working mother of a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old. I work 1 1/2 hours away from home so I don’t get home in time to always cook dinner. We end up eating out alot which is hard on our budget. So having a night where I could make my family a good wholesome meal would be fantastic!

  504. Having one night a week “off” from dinner duty would give me extra time to spend with my children. I have 6 kids and I feel like I never have enough time to connect with them adequately during the day. We could use the “prep” and “clean up” time to talk more about their day.

  505. Really wish I could win this…I never have enough time to take care of myself because I spend too much time in the kitchen :(

  506. This would give me one evening to just spend with my husband and kiddo without worrying about meals!

  507. I would like to win this for my daughter. She is such a great mom. She takes care of her daughter and two step kids, and her sister’s two boys, as well as taking care of me. She has little time for herself and this would give her some time for herself. We love Michael Angelo’s lasagna and thank them for this contest. Yummy!

  508. I recently (in the last year) married a guy with 2 teenage daughters and both my husband and I work 8-10 hour days. Between work, running kids all over, keeping up with the house, and making dinner, we have very little time to just spend quality time together. Since I make all the meals, being able to not make dinner 1 night a week would free up that night for us to spend some time together as a family, which we desperately need! Thanks for considering us!

  509. It would be so nice being able to have something already made and not worry about planning a meal for one night a week! Since I have to watch every penny, I need to plan all my meals in advance, and that gets stressful and tiring after a while. Not having to cook one night would let me spend more time with my hubby and baby.

  510. My favorite meal to cook for my family is lasagne at Christmas time. My mom always made it for us for Christmas when I was growing up and now I get to carry on the tradition with my own family!

  511. My favorite meal to prepare is a great skillet-grilled burritos recipe from Southern Living. Its my favorite to make because my hubby likes it so much!! Oh, and its easy, too!

  512. My favorite meal that I love to prepare for my family is vegetable lasagna.

  513. it would make me happy!
    thanks

  514. I would nominate my mom because she is awesome

  515. I like to cook my family spaghetti because it doesn’t take very long and they enjoy it.

  516. I would save it for the nights that my kids had sporting events at different times, it’s so hard to find time to cook on those days. Or the days I’m sick, or the days I volunteered all day…

  517. I work a day job and teach in the evenings so the nights that I’m home are precious for time! It would be SO much easier to not have to cook AND to still save money by not going out to eat!

  518. My favorite meal to cook is pot roast with vegetables and gravy. Everyone is my family likes it!

  519. I would like to nominate my sister in law, she is a wonderful mother to 2 autistic boys. She is so busy with them and volunteering at their school and with a husband that works extremely hard to support them she does not have a whole lot of time to cook dinner especially with picky little boys. This really would be so great for her.

  520. I have a 2 year old and a 6 week old, so not having to cook one night a week would be a huge relief and blessing! Plus because of unexpected cuts we’re falling short on being able to pay our bills with our income. We’re surviving off of our small savings, which will run out soon! So to have the cost taken care of would a wonderful! Lastly, I LOVE Italian food!! It’s my favorite!

  521. Wow. One night a week not to cook = some hours to myself that I would otherwise use to plan, shop and cook those meals. I am a busy mom who homeschools four children. I’ve recently realized I’ve been pouring myself out caring for them and everyone else, but I take no time for myself. God is showing me that I need to take care of me, or I won’t be good for anyone else!

  522. Having one free night a week for a year NOT having to cook would provide my wife with a brief respite in her busy schedule. Since October, I travel for my Navy job most Mondays through Fridays so I am seldom around to give her a break. With 3 kids aged 10 to 15, she has her handful trying to run the household and take college coursework towards a teaching certificate.

  523. While I don’t have any children of my own, I am sort of the “extra mom” in my group of friends and I often spend evenings babysitting or entertaining friends and their families. My friends all know that there is always an extra plate for them whenever they want it (the single guys take advantage of this the most!). Having these meals would mean that I could spend more time with my guests instead of being in the kitchen, and if I had unexpected guests, I’d have a back-up plan.

  524. I love making stuff shells, my fav

  525. I would fix it every Wed. night for a year! That’s our busiest night. By the time my husband gets home from work, we eat quickly, then head to church!!

  526. I would nominate a friend of mine. She and her husband adopted a little boy with special needs when he was a baby. About a year after they adopted him, her husband passed away. Their little boy is in Kindergarten now (with my son). My friend works 3rd shift so she can be as active as possible in her son’s life, but she runs herself ragged. I know some healthy easy to fix meals would be a great blessing to her!

  527. I am a mother of 5, a school nurse and the Young Women’s Leader of our church youth group. Having dinner taken care of one night a week would mean that at least one night they wouldn’t have to eat cereal and toast for dinner. Thanks so much!

  528. I would nominate a friend of mine. She and her husband adopted a little boy with special needs when he was a baby. About a year after they adopted him, her husband passed away. Their little boy is in Kindergarten now (with my son). My friend works 3rd shift so she can be as active as possible in her son’s life, but she runs herself ragged trying to juggle it all. I know some healthy easy to fix meals would be a great blessing to her!

  529. I would like to nominate my sister, Amanda, to win the meals. She’s a mom to an 18-month old, and she also manages her husband’s dental practice, is a dental hygienist, and is working on remodeling the practice. She is SO busy this would be a huge help to her!

  530. I would love to have a night off from cooking because we could plan something with the kids that is fun and enjoyable. Evenings are usually so rushed with me making dinner, hubby getting home, messes and then bedtimes, that we don’t get to just sit and do something fun.

  531. I’ve been mclose to four years and once we moved in together I would come home after working and cook dinner. But my husband would always complain I did not do it right, add the right seasoning or brown the meat well. So I stopped cooking. Now unless he cooks we end up eating two different things. I eat how I cook something and he makes something that he wants to eat. On top of that I have to have a third meal for our son. I would like to pull my family together again, sit at the table and enjoy a nice warm meal that everyone can enjoy. So if nothing else, one night a week is a start.

  532. With three kiddos age 5 and under, my day somehow always gets away from me before I can get dinner planned and prepped ahead. I don’t know why, but kids just seem to get extra cranky when they know Mom is in the kitchen trying to make dinner. Having a meal ready each week would be WONDERFUL–I would love to head to the park and come home to an easy throw-in-the-oven healthy meal, rather than stress out about what to cook after a busy day of meeting my children’s needs!!

  533. mashed potatoes & steak is our favorite – we all like it

  534. My husband and I work opposite ends of the week. A night off from cooking would mean we would have more time to “reconnect” once a week.

  535. Being a mom of three fantastic kids and a super husband is great but can be tiring. My kids are ages 23, 20 and 17 and all still live at home. My 17 year old is a boy; so that about sums up why I would love a free night of not cooking. Have you ever had to keep a 17 year old boy satisfied and full? :)

  536. I am a substitute teacher. Kindergarten wears me out!

  537. I would love the extra time to just play with my daughter! Between running my business and my home and cooking responsibilities it seems as if there is just no time. It took me 10 years of trying to have her, I would sure like more time to enjoy her!

  538. Sometimes I don’t get home from work until after 6. Not having to plan on a meal on those late nights would be really helpful. I’d be able to spend more time with my family instead of making dinner.

  539. My favorite meal to make for the family is pretty simple – it’s homemade navy bean soup – it’s a favorite here… especially when served with grilled ham and cheese sandwiches on homemade bread. Yum!

  540. The woman I would like to nominate is my mom. She has 12 children (I am the oldest, 7 are still living at home), and both she and my dad have such a heart for kids. They have adopted 2 of the 12, and the rest are their own biological children. My mom is a stay-at-home mom who is just amazing. She homeschools the youngest ones, makes sure they’re involved in sports and church activities, yet always has time to listen when you need to talk. She is one of the most patient, kind, gentle, and loving people I know, and she definitely deserves a night off once a week. I know it would mean the world to her…

  541. Im a stay at home dad right now with me doing the shopping and the cooking and such. Winning this would make things alot easier for me to make meals. The best thing I make right now are tacos and I think my wife might be getting tired of those :)

  542. I currently work 50-60 hours a week and I have two little ones (3 yrs and 5 months) at home. By the time I get home and try to keep up on house work, laundry and everything else I feel that dinner is the last thing I really want to worry about. I try to do quick things that don’t cost a ton. My husband currently lives in a IA because he was able to find a job there but I am staying here because of family and my job. So when he comes home it is even worse because he is a vegetarian and I have to try to fix two meals and do everything else. I would love to be able to give my oldest daughter a nice meal at least once a week. This would just give me the extra time I need and want so I can spend more time with my children.

  543. I would like to nominate my friend Kim. She has four little ones (5 and under) and is busy with them all day. It would be a huge blessing to her and her family.

  544. My favorite meal to prepare is anything Italian. My kids especially love baked ziti and lasagna. My husband will eat anything, and I’m thankful that he is not picky!

  545. A favorite family meal is Lasagna. We would love to make it more, but it takes a little time to prepare.

  546. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The 1 year old always gets cranky around dinnertime. So it would be wonderful to have 1 night off from cooking each week! I could just focus on my kiddos instead!

  547. save money not worried about dinner that day

  548. I could treat my husband, Michael, like company and give him the royal treatment by serving Michael Angelo’s dinners on a candle lit table.

  549. I work full time and I a a full time mommmy to 3 wondferful kids ages 10,4 and 2. Between work and the kids my husband and I are always on the go. Have a free night with no cooking owuld be AWESOME!

  550. I would like to nominate my good friend Debbie P. to receive the free meals for a year. She is a stay at home mom and is homeschooling her two boys. They live on a very tight budget and she works hard trying to provide healthy meals that are within their budget. She is the one that introduced me to all these great coupon sites and how to save money buying food and groceries. She definitely deserves it.

  551. We have 7 children and homeschool, so having an extra hour or two to spend with the kids either doing homeschool or just playing with the younger ones would be great. Two of ours are working on reading, so sitting next to them as they read to me (without me being sidetracked wanting to begin/continue working on dinner), would make me smile. :)

  552. Not having to plan a meal for one night a week would be awesome for our family because we have a lot of night events! My husband is a high school band director which means lots of concerts, rehearsals, and meetings in the evenings. I also participate in a few singing and dancing groups which equals many evening rehearsals. A dinner planned and on the way would be AWESOME!!!

  553. With six kids, you can see how we would love to win this contest!! Maybe I can leave hubby home with the kids and I can get a little break!! Oh how lovely that would be! ;-)

  554. We love Italian dishes, such as baked lasagna.
A meal each week would help us a lot. We are so busy these days taking care of aging relatives, a dad with cancer and an aunt who is almost 98 and unable to care for herself. These are busy days, and not having to cook every day would be a blessing. Thanks!

  555. I would relax with a good book!

  556. I would love to have one meal a week prepared so I can spend more time with my family.

  557. Having one night a week free from cooking would allow me to play more games with my family. We love charades and pictionary and having the extra time would be great!

  558. My children LOVE stromboli. It Is delicious, but it takes several hours to prepare and bake.

  559. My husband would love it if I won this, as we have a very needy baby and I don’t get much time to cook. It would give me a little more time for everything and give me a little piece of my sanity back ;)

  560. I would be able to spend more time with my baby boy who is 3 months old!

  561. I love preparing personalized mini pizzas for my family. It’s easy and everybody can have the toppings they like so everyone is happy!

  562. I WOULD LOVE TO WIN THIS! I WORK 3-11 SHIFT AND I ALWAYS TRY TO HAVE FOOD FOR MY FAMILY PREPARED BEFORE I GO TO WORK. THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR MY HUSBAND TO POP IN THE OVEN.

  563. Not having to worry about dinner for a night would be WONDERFUL!!! Less stress and more time to play with the kiddos!

  564. I would nominate my sister to win a year of meals. She is a stay-at-home mom of 4 little ones. She is a Wonderful hostess and will go Out Of Her Way to make others comfortable. She is also Very considerate of others. Probably if she won 52 coupons, she would share some with me. :)

  565. Favorite meal is a chicke noodle stir-fry. Has just the right amount of veggie to protein to pasta proportion and everyone loves it–we like to spice it up and change it around too. Best of all, it’s easy enough almost anyone could make it with very little direction!

  566. My favorite meal to cook is burgers on the grill b/c it is easy and everyone enjoys it!

  567. I want to nominate my sister. She is the sweetest person I know. She is very self-sacrificing. She works part-time as a physical therapist, volunteers part-time at her church, and is the mother of a beautiful 6 year old girl. She also takes care of her husband. She truly deserves an easy meal one night a week!

  568. My favorite meal to make for my family is saucy meatloaf. This was always a favorite my mom used to make and I am happy to now make it for my own family!

  569. MY FAVORITE MEAL TO MAKE FOR MY FAMILY IS SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS. IT’S SOMETHING I CAN MAKE IN THE MORNING AND COOK IN THE CROCKPOT ALL DAY. ANOTHER REASON I LOVE TO MAKE IT IS BECAUSE MY KIDS LOVE IT AND EAT IT SO WELL.

  570. My favorite meal is taco casserole. My husband begs me to make it all the time. Then we enjoy the left over Doritos with cream cheese as a snack.

  571. Having a night off would be wonderful. It would give me time to cut and orginize my coupons.

  572. I would like to nominate my daughter for the meals. She struggled 5 years as a mom of two, and an Oncology nurse, to put her husband through college. During those years, she got her two year degree by juggling her 12 hour hospital shifts and took care of their two girls and husband. A meal a week would help them a lot. Her name is Deborah. Thanks!

  573. I am a busy mom and wife. My husband works M-F 67 hours a week, leaving me home by myself from early in the morning till late at night with 3 children (3, 18 months, 7 months) Having 3 children from 3 and under I am extremely busy meeting their needs. Making dinner at 10:30 at night for my husbands schedule is very difficult. I WOULD LOVE SOME DINNER RELIEF!!!!! :)

  574. I would be able to get my house cleaned every week instead of just the weekends my mother can help me for a few hours!!!! Busy homeschooling mom of four boys!!

  575. I am an extremely busy mother with a only a high school senior at home. I volunteer at church as secretary for three committees, as substitute Sunday School secretary, historian and other duties as assigned plus work closely with the high school band director as part of the Band Boosters, which raised enough money to send the marching band to New York City for the Veterans Day Parade in November! I have my own medical transcritpion business and am a Creative Memories Consultant! I would be so happy not have to cook just once a week because, since starting Dave Ramsey’s Total Money Makeover, we only eat out when I have a mystery shop and we can eat for free!

  576. I’d have to recommend my friend, Liz. She’s got a full house with 4 kids, and they are working on moving, this would be a real blessing to her to have a few meals taken care of for a while!

  577. My sister would love this! She has three little girls and is always cooking for me when I go down to visit them. She’s always been there to help me with my new mom problems and deserves something nice.

  578. It would save the kiddos from a cereal night!

  579. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is spaghetti and meatballs. With my son just starting to eat table food, it’s his favorite too!

  580. My favorite meal to prepare for my family are tacos. They’re easy and everyone loves them!

  581. Having 1 meal a week that I would not have to cook would give me more time to spend with my amazing children!

  582. With one less meal a week to prepare, I’d spend more time with my husband after the baby is in bed. And now with #2 on the way, we’ll need even more available time!

  591. If I had a free night of not cooking I would use the time to jog/work out, which would improve my health, lower my stress level, and be some good me-time.

  592. This is not for me but for my sister n law who has a 1 /1/2 year old girl and has just gotten out of the military. Her and her husband have served this Country faithfully in Iraq and other places and are having a hard time finding a job to pay the bills and even sometimes buy food. They both have jobs now but are low paying. They have cut corners, no Tv, one car, couponing etc…Our family has/is helping out but also we are tight due to the economy. One night a week for them would be a blessing and if I know her like I do, she would be moved to tears to be able to have a meal out of this and make a lunch out of it the next day. Please consider my sister n law and her family. God Bless

Being young parents has caused us to make many sacrifices, and giving us a break once a week will give us more time to focus on our family and will also help us financially.

  605. With all the running around I do with 3 kids, one being only 4 months old and will only sleep if I hold him, I would just cherish these moments with my kids if I win. That one night a week I wouldn’t have to worry about dinner and could snuggle with my kids a little longer and not feel guilty!

  606. My family loves when I prepare Chinese food. My husband and I spent time volunteering at a school in China, meanwhile I learned how too cook some delicious items from our Chef. My girls love to make eggrolls with me… from scratch. They are delicious and are made with potatoes, cilantro, carrots, garlic, mushrooms, and green peppers. The wrap is made out of eggs and cornstarch.

  609. I would like to nominate my friend Jana. Two of her children are getting married this summer. She is remodeling the house to prepare for family and has 3 school aged kiddos at home. She just became a grandma for the 2nd time and is an amazing woman. She always feels like she can do it all on her own, but I always try to find ways to help her. This would give us a day to relax and enjoy each others company over dinner without having to worry about cooking or a big mess to clean.

  615. My husband and I work opposite schedules, so it would be nice for him to have something easy to make when I’m not there to make dinner and eat with him.

My favorite meal to make for my family is meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans because it reminds me of my Dad and is my favorite comfort food!

  616. Not cooking for a year………..a dream!! I work fulltime and have 3 kids, one of which is in college. I would be able to use my time to clean so that I will have more time to spend with my kids, YEAH!! And this would be great for fixing something quick to take to a sick or incapicated friend. 626. I would love to nominate my daughter for this prize. She works so hard raising four wonderful children while working full-time. She definately needs a night off from cooking! Thanks!

  627. I would have a little ‘me’ time with the one night off from cooking! Thanks for the giveaway – these meals are really good!

  632. I would love to nominate my mother-in-law for this prize. She cooks for our family once a week and I would love to return the favor! Thanks!

  633. I am a mother of three children (5,7,9). They are all active in sports, dance, scouts, etc. so I am always on the run. I am going to school full-time. I clean my church house every Saturday and I clean my grandmother’s house every Friday. I am trying to run a jewerly business and stay on top of everyone’s homework, especially mine. I am a teacher of 18months-3years old children in my church. I have an auto-immune disease so there are days were cooking is imposssible. My husband works full-time, takes night classes, is a volunteer fire-fighter and is helping to start up a search and rescue team, so he is hardly ever home. A meal that is easy to make but delicious would be a blessing. Thanks for considering me.

  634. I am a mother of 5 young children. We have three that are adopted and I work full time. My husband works part time and helps with the kids. He is good at entertaining but not so good at cleaning up or getting dinner on the table. It would be great to come home after a long day and just be able to stick something in the oven. We love their vegetable lasagna. My favorite meal to fix is Mexican Soup quick and easy. It also cleans out the refrigerator

  635. I am a homeschooling mother to five. Between the cooking and cleaning up it, I feel like I spend most of my time in the kitchen. 636. One meal a week without having to plan would be awesome. I work a full week and my son works late hours, so most of the time we are eating dinner around 7:30 or 8:00. Needless to say I do not feel like making very big meals, so it would be wonderful.

  638. Having one less meal would give me that much mroe time to spend with my family and to not have to stress! Anything that gives me more family time is key in my book!

  639. Right now I work full time, have young daughters and am helping care for my mom who was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. finding time to cook meals everyday is a challenge and freeing just one night a week would give me a more time to just spend with my kids. I feel like they take the brunt of all the business.

  640. Honestly, I would get the kids fed and put to bed and throw it in the oven. Then have an hour to cuddle up with my husband and a glass of wine in peace. With two toddlers we don’t get out that much or get time to ourselves. Then I would give the leftovers to the boys in the morning :)

  641. Hey, I work until late Friday evenings and then have to pick up our child. I usually don’t get home until 8:30pm. My husband does not think he can do anything that is considered “woman’s work” but he does like these dinners and he will pop one in the oven if I call and remind him. It is such a blessing to come home and have dinner ready when I get there. Much better than trying to cook at 8:30 at night after working a 12 hour day.
    KAT

  642. Not having to cook one night a week would free up time to spend with my fiance and plan our wedding.

  643. Having a break from cooking at least 1 night a week, would be a nice change. I would be able to spend some time with the kids and husband playing before the meal instead of me preparing the meal. It seems the boys like to play differently when daddy comes home and I would like to be there in the action. Thanks.

  644. I spend most of my time working in a research lab, and after getting home, I’m exhausted. This would help feed me a lot and I don’t have to focus too much on ccooking.

  645. I would nominate my mom. She has worked very hard through the years raising our family and cooking. She is now divorced and recently lost her fiance to cancer. She lives alone and has nobody to cook for. This would be great for her and easy too. She is also having money troubles and I know she could use some free dinners.

  646. I have a flexible schedule during the day, but have evening meetings at least three nights a week. How wonderful to know that dinner is covered without thought one night each week! I love an easy lasagna, that’s for sure!

  647. my favorite meal to cook for my girls is my one pot spaghetti and meatballs. They love it, the clean up is easy and I add frozen spinach and a couple jars of baby food veggies to hide some extra nutrition in there.

  648. Not having to cook for one night a week would impact me greatly cuz im currently just taking care of my son who is 18 months old and myself since my husband is deployed. Makes dinners easy but not so very put together.

  649. My mom would love to win this too. She devoted all her youth time for her family and children

  650. I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys ages 3 and 1, we eat nearly all of our meals at home and i often spend 2-3 hours a day on supper prep and cleanup, winning this would save me a ton of time and i would still know that my family was getting good nutricious food. Hope i win!!

  655. I would love to have a evening every week without cooking a huge meal. I am a mother of 4 girls, 25, 24, 9, and 10 years old…I am also a grandmother of 3. While the two oldest ones no longer live at home, they are here alot picking up their children from their NANA’S house. The children and I spend ALOT of time on homework, and after school activities. We also do fund raisers all year long for Relay for Life, (we HAVE got to find a cure)…We also do a fundraiser for children that entails, making sure that every parent in our community, has the toys to put under the tree for their children. We give toys, food, blankets, clothes….We have done this every year for 4 years…
This takes alot of planning and the day without having to cook supper would be awesome…

  656. I am a non-traditional student and mother who has just finished her teaching degree and would love the opportunity to have a meal planned for me one night a week. My husband and I volunteer throughout our community and church and would like the opportunity to catch our breath.

  657. My Aunt, Jeanette, deserves to win because she works full time and has 3 kids to go home and tend too. By the time she is done cooking and gets the house cleaned up and kids in bed it is after 10:00pm and then she still has a million things to do.

  658. I would love to spend the extra time with my family!

  659. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is chicken enchiladas. They’re easy, can be prepared ahead of time, and they’re so yummy!!

  660. I would like to nominate my father for the Michael Angelo’s free meals for a year. My mother has been in a nursing home for over 5 years. My father is such a devoted man. He goes to the nursing home, which is about 30 minutes away from his home, each day before lunch and sits with my mother until after supper. He takes care of all her needs. He washes her clothes and makes sure that they are ironed and that she looks nice. He takes her to all doctor’s appointments. He brings her flowers from her yard and surprises her with her favorite foods. After he gets home, he takes care of the house, the yard, and the never ending loads of laundry. He does this out of deep love and honor, and he never complains!

My dad is also active in his church, and was honored last year by the Presbytery. He is also active in all of his grandchildren’s lives. He has been a god-send to my sister-in-law since my brother died eleven years ago, leaving her with 3 small children. He has had a large influence in their lives.

Dad is so busy taking care of mom and everyone around him, that he does not always take care of his own needs. He has never been a great cook. Many nights, he will puts some of the oddest meals together. Having a year’s worth of Micheal Angelo’s Meals would really be a treat for him, and my mother. I hope that you consider him for you giveaway.

  661. One of my favorie meals for my family is Meatloaf, baked potatoes, corn, and a yummy dessert!

  662. One night a week not cooking would be one night a week to really spend quality time with my twin boys instead of them asking me over and over when I am going to be finished cooking.

  663. I love preparing anything for my family that is quick, easy, and healthy. I love using my crockpot especially!

  664. I would love to not have to rush dinner on Tuesday’s to get my sons to karate. That would be a HUGE treat for me! Thanks!

  665. I would love to nominate my own mother as someone who deserves to win a meal a week. She has four children (two grown, two still at home). She takes great care of everybody, as well as my father, who has been very sick for almost 6 years now. She herself has various health problems, which makes it even more difficult for her. If anyone deserves this, she does!

  666. Whithout having to prepare a meal once a week would allow me to spend more time with my 3 children or take a long bath and shave All my legs!Oh and our favorite dish would be lasagna.

  668. My husband teaches guitar & drum lessons on Monday nights, so getting dinner on the table before lessons is always a challenge. Sometimes he doesn’t eat until 8:30 (after lessons). I would love to be able to eat together as a family and having quick and easy meals would make it so much easier!

  669. One free night a week would allow me to get caught up on everyday chores or have more family time, or get to bed earlier, maybe. My new addition wants to cluster eat and take quick power naps so I lose a lot of sleep at night and Im unable to sleep during the day, sleep would be so great.

  670. If I won this, it would give me less time in the kitchen…such as preparing the meal and doing the dishes!!! I would love the dinners – my teenage boys eat constantly!

  671. Being a working mom of 2 …i am poooooped! I would love to open my box of goodness and say viola dinner is ready! What will i gain…more time to surf the web for great deals and promotions!!!

  672. I have a 6,4 and 1 year old! I am busy!

  673. My fav meal to fix my family is chicken & rice casserole, green beans, fruit, and bread. We really don’t like casseroles in general, but this one particular recipe is a winner all around in our house. I’d then finish things off with some yummy dessert, like homemade pound cake or brownies!

  674. It will give me a break one night a week from the “witching hours” when I am trying to prepare dinner while keeping my 3 1/2 year old and 17 month old happy and safe!

  675. Having 1 night off a week from cooking would really help with meal planning, I would spend more time with my family.

  676. My sister Jane would be a deserving mother for this. She is a stay at home mom for 6 and 3 year old boys. She is very active in her church and her son’s school. In addition to all that is already on her plate, she agreed to allow my 21 year old son stay with her while he completes an internship for college. Taking care of her family is her #1 priority. Anything that can be done to help her with that would be greatly appreciated.

  677. My husband works full time M-F. He then comes home and does his school work as he went back to college. When i work it is at night, so these dinners would be great to pop in the oven between him getting home at 4 and me leaving at 6:30. !!!!

  678. My favorite meal to make would be lasagna because its so easy, makes so much leftovers, and tastes great reheated.

  679. I would be able to spend more time with my very active toddler and maybe work on his scapbook

  680. One night free from cooking would be great. As much as I love to cook, there is only so much time in the day for it and everything else. If I knew that one night per week I could feed my family something healthy and delicious without much effort, I would direct my housekeeping efforts for that day into really cleaning well (as opposed to my rush job) and then I could use the time after dinner when I am normally cleaning up to interact more with my family – an evening of board games sounds fun.

  681. Our favorite meals are anything I cook on the grill, even if it is just hot dogs!

  682. Wow, one night a week no cooking would be awesome!! Let’s make that a Friday, nice way to start the weekend!
I love to make my Mom’s german potato salad, which was passed down by her Mom….!

  683. My favorite meal to fix for my family is pork tenderloin with an herb and garlic rub and some homemade rosemary foccacia.

  684. We’re pinching our pennies just like everyone else. Having a meal provided weekly would make our money go a bit farther towards everything else. Michael Angelo’s meals are also something that both of my children really like, so less fussing at dinner time too! Thanks for providing this giveaway!

  685. My favorite meals are anything that can be baked in the oven and forget about it.
If I win this giveaway, I would like to give it to Alice Coleman’s father. (her comment #439)

  686. My husband has been without a job for 7 months, so having one free meal a week would be so awesome for us…it would save us money, plus, since we homeschool and are involved in music and teaching at our church, it would be a great time saver. It would give us more time with family, less time in the kitchen, and one less thing to worry and think about.

  687. One night free from cooking would make me happy! It gets to be drudgery to plan and cook meals every day.

  688. I am so bad at planning what we are going to have for dinner. So having something already would be a nice break from standing there trying to figure out what to make! lol

  689. I’m sure there are so many deserving women. But this would really be for my kids, no me. I have 2 boys, 10 and 3. Their dad left, so I have to work a ton to support us. My 3 yr old still cries every time I drop him off at daycare. I always feel guilty that they don’t get enough quality time with me because I’m always working and it’s not fair to them. I would LOVE to give them the gift of Mommy-time, a chance for me to make THEM feel special, for that one night they are the focus of my undivided attention. That’s what this gift would give our family!

  690. One night of no cooking would give me a moment to plan meals for the following week and time to whip up a little after dinner dessert for my sweet boys!

  691. As a mom of a 10 yr old and an 8 month old dinner is hard enough. Put a hubby that works nights ontop of that and you can see how nice it would be to not have to cook dinner.

  692. I’m an unemployed single mom with 2 teens. A meal every week would mean so much to us. It would be so much less for me to worry about plus give us a fun night together.

  693. I am a busy mom of three. Anyone that knows me knows I do not like to cook, but because I have kids its part of my job. So I would be so grateful to win this. It would give me more time with my kids.

  694. Not having to cook one night a week would give me more time to spend with my husband. Both of our schedules are so busy, and dinner is usally a last minute thing.

  695. I like to fix breakfast for dinner. My son loves it and I make extra pancakes for the freezer

  696. It would give me more time to spend with my girls, instead of trying to keep them out of the kitchen while I cook.

  697. The ‘other’ mother I’d like to submit for is my friend Heather F. She’s a mother of 3 (one male teenager, one special needs child, and one little girl). She and her husband work full time and this would be a tremendous blessing for them. Dinner time at their house is never calm and I think having a meal like this once a week would provide Heather some needed quiet. Thank you!

  698. What I would do with 1 free night a week? More yardwork right now! lol I am trying to plant about a zillion trees. After that there is always more work to be done. Or I could plan my no cook night on game day and have more time to play with the kids. This is great, thanks!

  699. I homeschool 3 wonderful kids. The chore I dislike the most is cooking so it would make me happy to not have to think about dinner!

  700. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is supper because we often prepare it together and enjoy sitting down together and eating as a family. (Plus, I love to see their eyes light up and the compliments I get from my guys.)

  701. I would love to win this prize since I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls under 2 and I am a daycare mom to 8 more beautiful kids. I love my job since I get to spent the important moments with my children. If I would win this prize it would mean I would get to spend more quality time with my girls and husband.
One of my families favorite dinners would have to be Lumpea a vietnimese egg roll.

  702. My favorite meal to cook for my family is French’s Onion Crusted chicken, Jalapeno-Squash Fritters, mixed vegetable casserole, and homemade pop-overs.

  703. I am a stay at home mother of four kids 5 and under. I rarely get a night out with friends or my husband. If I do get an evening away, I still have to cook before I go. My husbands idea of dinner is a cheese sandwich or hotdogs. That is fine but they need at least a good healthy hot meal once a day. I would love to be able to “cook” by putting a healthy meal in the oven and leave. It would actually give me a night off. It would be great if it came with paper plates so I don’;t have to do dishes when I get home.

  704. We have a tendency to do take out one night a week to give me a break since I work full time and have a toddler. It would be a big money saver for us.

  705. My favorite meal to fix the family is chilli. I fix it in the crockpot. It’s quick, easy, and everyone loves it! My kind of meal!

  706. My additional entries:

My favorite meal is Garden chicken salad – i dice chicken and all kinds of veggies – tomotoes, bell peppers, green onions, etc. It’s my favorite to make with my kids because each of my boys likes to pick a color of vegetable and they LOVE to help with the chopping, we make a game out of it and by the time we are done they totally forget they are eating a ton of vegetables!!! It’s great!

I would also nominate my mother to receive this prize. For the last 6 years since my dad was laid off of his job she has had to carry all the load of supporting her, my dad and my brother financially, and she still does all the other duties as well. She does it without ever complaining, but I see the tiredness in her eyes. She has had many health problems to work through, and on Monday she goes in for a total knee replacement. she has been cooking extra meals to store in the freezer for when she can’t cook for the family!!! because she wants to make sure everyone is taken care of. I love her cuz she’s my mom but she deserves this prize because she is just that amazing of a woman always putting others before herself!!!

  707. Normally, it takes me at least an hour or a bit more to put supper on the table seven days a week….so giving me back an hour on night a week…wow…what would I do…LOL…it would be nice to spend time on just me, but, I would probably just do more of the stuff that I didn’t get done from my list that just keeps putting back on the next days list!!!

  708. Having one night free of not cooking would be amazing!! My husband works 2nd shift so it is kind of aggrevating to cook a big dinner and eat by yourself. By having these wonderful meals on hand it would be wonderful to cook, eat, and save with little time and dishes!! ps. I loooove these meals:)

  709. My favorite meal to fix my family is roasted veggies, either chicken or pork, apple sauce and a pasta or rice. They love roasted veggies (asparagus, beets, sweet potatos, )yummy…

  710. I would nominate my mom for these free meals. She is widdowed, on a very small fixed income, and she recently had a really bad fall. This would be so great for her to just pop into the oven and not have to worry about preparing.

  711. I have 3 children 3 years old and under, and my husband works long hours 6 days per week to support us. One night off from cooking per week would give me a little extra time to connect with my husband and enjoy our children together.

  712. It would be great not to have a one year old hanging on my legs while I try to cook.

  713. A meal a week would free up some one on one time with my littles. Oh how we’d all appreciate that! Thanks for the chance!

  714. My sister Joyce definitely deserves a night off each week. She has 6 kids (ages 21, 18, 14, 9, 7, and 1.5), she homeschools all her school age kids – currently 4 of them- she raises chickens for the eggs and keeps a vegetable garden. She’s active in her church and is one of the pianists on Sunday mornings. She teaches piano lessons at home to about 40 students to supplement the household income. She is one super busy mom! So, I’d like to nominate my sister, cuz she definitely deserves a night off each week!

  715. My favorite meal to prepare is Pioneer Woman’s Chicken Spaghetti. It’s quick and simple (even my littles loves to help with this one) and everyone loves it. It’s always gratifying to have an empty serving dish at the end of a meal with happy full tummys all around.

  716. I love making homemade Chinese food! We all love eating Chinese but lets face it, its expensive! So, I make beef and brocoli, crab rangoon and fried rice at a fraction of the price!

  717. One free day a week not to cook would give me more time spending it with my little one outside while the weather is great, and watch my little one play in the barn with the animals when the weather isn’t so nice.

  718. I love to cook but at the same time, I don’t always have to time and energy to even though I wish I did. I end up getting takeout or having cereal on those nights. But if I could just pop a Michael Angelo meal in and still have something healthy…that would be wonderful! Help me to stress less about what meals to make and let me focus more on my kid and other things.

  719. A free meal once a week would do wonders for our household of 5. We’d be able to make some free time for an extra Game night or go on an after dinner walk or maybe some extra TV time! Yay! Thanks!

  720. Our family, in the last year and more recently have moved more and more into eating even more healthier than we already do…we are trying to eat sustainable foods, organic/natural foods, less to no meat, fresh veggies that we grow or get from the local farmers market, less meat or no meat…and, trying to go with greenwise products that don’t have antibiotics and hormones…These would be the best ways I can cook for my family…because I love them and although eating this way is way more expensive, its manageable and in the long run people will pay now or later by what they eat…most of the foods we eat today sadly is terrible for us…giving us a slew of health problems even cancer…YIKES…!!!
That being said and how we eat most of the time..on occasion, I will revert back to my roots and eat good all southern food…its comfort food that reminds me of my family/roots and those who have passed and how we use to eat…or, I will make Chicken Paprikash in honor of my bf mom, who has passed when he’s missing her.

  721. I’d like to nominate C White to win. She’s a selfless hard working mum that always does for others. She sooo deserves to win this so she could have a little time to unwind for herself each week. Hope she wins!

  722. Stay at home mom, youth ministry among others part-time, work from home, and work part-time at a spa. This would be heaven to not think about dinner.

  723. We live at the soccer field so a meal that could be prepared easily and quickly before or after all the practices would be great! thx

  724. One meal a week I don’t have to think about would be priceless!!!

  725. I would LOVE to win some free meals! Not only would it help my budget, but it would also give me some much needed free time! Also, it would give me the opportunity to share some meals with some some friends or neighbors who could use a helping hand as well!
Thanks for the opportunity and the chance to win!

  726. Each afternoon my three kids get to watch a short video while I prepare dinner. If I didn’t have to make dinner, I could sit down and READ A BOOK during that time! Boy would I love that. :)

  727. My fav meal to prepare is Grilled Cheese Sandwiches & soup! Only because, with 5 in the family, we tend to have at least one picky eater every night and when I make these, NO ONE complains and everything gets eaten up! Plus,We all love cheese, we’re in Oregon, home of the Tillamook Cheese! Thanks!

  728. having one free night a week where i don’t have to cook dinner would give me just a little bit more time to be with my 4 kids…getting homework done, reading, playing… and not rushing them or feel rushed myself.

  729. My favorite meal to make?…Homemade lasagna and store bought garlic toast. Delicious, fairly inexpensive, and there are always leftovers

  730. I am a full time employee, a full time student, a full time wife, and a full time mom. With all that I have to do everyday, knowing that I wouldnt have to worry about dinner at least one night would be wonderful. I could spend that time with my 4 year old sweetheart and my wonderful husband.

  731. Not having to cook one night a week would allow me to have a meaningful conversation with my husband instead of trying to cram everything in over a few short sentences while trying to get everything else done!! ;-)

  732. i love to make bbq chicken and roasted potatoes with a veggie… my kids LOVE bbq sauce and small bite size roasted potatoes… and who can argue when the first thing they finish on their plate is their veggie??? I’m very lucky!!

  733. i work full time, and seem to always be on the go, and have a grown son living with me and two 5 year old girls. it would greatly be appreciated, especially by my husband who most of the time does the cooking.

  734. I would love not to have to make dinner, even just if it’s one night a week. With our busy schedules–school, Brownies, sports, etc.—it would be nice to know I can feed my family a healthy and tasty meal that is also quick and easy!

  735. I would love to win these meals. I could spend more time with my husband and daughter at night if I was not cooking dinner one night a week. My daughter likes to go on a walk with my husband and our dog when he gets home from work and I usually have to stay here to finish dinner.

  736. Having one night a week free to have a healthy dinner and not prepare it would mean that I too might take a bath and be able to enjoy some me time and not just my kids. :)

In addition I would like to nominate my mom for the meal as well as she struggles with rheumatoid arthritis, but still cooks for herself and my dad ( who has Parkinsons disease) every night. A break would mean the world to her as it is becoming more difficult for her to stand for the length of time it takes to prepare a meal. A michelanglos meal could last a couple of nights for my parents.

Thirdly my favorite meal to prepare for my family comes from an old recipe my mom used to fix when I was a kid and is my favorite breakfast food of all time. It is called oven pancakes but in reality is nothing like a pancake so I have no idea why it is named that.

    Happy Mothers day to all!
    Hope I win! :)

  737. Not having to cook would allow us more time together to catch up on our day, eat without the looming need to rush because we have to get baths done at a certain time, clean up would be quicker and my husband and I might actually get some time to converse!

  738. I love making picadillo for my family! the reason why is that I cook it and it lasts a few meals and everyone loves it!!

  739. My best friend Tracey Martin is who I nominate for this. She works a hard full time job and is a mommy of a 6 yr old who is very very active. She could use a night off once a week to spend some more quality time with her daughter and hubby. Plus she just bought a new home, which she’s still unpacking, this would help her find some more time to keep unpacking! A never ending job, in my opinion!

  740. Spagetti w/ a side salad, my girls LOVE it.

  741. I would love to win this for it will give me more quality time with my kids – 4, 2 & 5 months.

  742. My favorite meal to make is chicken and mushroom Enchiladas…with taco salad and homemade guacamole for the chips! Pretty easy, and makes a LOT of food for having friends over!!

  743. WOW!! One night off?!?! What would I do?!?! I’d spend it paying a game with my husband & kids. They all love playing board games, but we seem to run out of time due to dinner & then dishes.

  744. A free evening from cooking would give me a lovely evening to bike with the family or do other things with them that i can’t very often. I would like to put my own mother down too. they work at a mission and in some ways busier than i am with my own family. A meal i Love to make 4 my family?…. I love to have fresh veggys and pork chops done on the grill with fresh bread hot out of the oven …very few dishes, and my man helps with the grilling!!:-)

  745. If I had an extra night a week to not cook I’d do a craft project with my kids. They love it when I have enough time (and energy LOL) to pull out the craft “buckets” and get a project going!

  746. I would nominate my neighbor Stephanie – she has 6 kids ranging from 18 thru 7…. lost her husband to cancer 3 yrs ago and just found out her hours at the school where she works have been cut for next year…. anything that could help make things just a little easier for her would be a blessing!

  747. I nominate my mom to win a years worth of free meals!! I know everyone probably feels their mom is the best, but I really do think my mom is!! She always put our needs before hers and I was actually thinking this morning about the fact that I never remember seeing her frustrated when I was little!! I can only try to be as wonderful of a mom as she was and is to me!

  748. This would really help on Wed. nights when we have less than 30mins. to prepare and dinner before getting to church. I don’t know how many times we’ve arrived late or just hungry because we didn’t have time to eat!

  749. Whoo-hooo, I love any night that I don’t have to cook. More time for me or for the family. Our favorite meal lately is salsa meatloaf made with ground chicken. Yummy!

  750. My favorite dinner to cook is burritos/tacos. My family loves it because they can all have something different and I don’t have to cook 5 different things :)

  751. Our favorite meal to prepare is pizza. We make the dough from scratch. While the kids like to help measure out the ingred., spread the sauce and sprinkle the cheese, their favorite part is rolling out the dough. The pizza is very tasty, inexpensive & pretty healthy.

  752. Having one free cooking night a week would enable me to doze off for a bit while my kids play! I always get exhausted in the late afternoon- right when it’s time to start preparing dinner. Sometimes I get some shut-eye in our recliner IF my kids play nicely until dinnertime.

  753. That would be awesome… I could have even more time with my 3 little boys!

  754. I would have more quality time with my family without having to worry about burning something! :)

  756. I love making lemon chicken pasta for my husband because it’s his favorite, and I love making grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup for my kids because they love dipping their sandwiches in the soup.

  757. I wish every poster here could win this contest, as well all deserve it therefore, I would nominate all the other women in my life…and, one male relative too as he is as busy as us women as he is a single male raising his kids…but, the rule here is one…so, it would be my elderly aunt…who lives close to her son but alone in her home because she wants to stay self sufficient…good for her…she has many daily challenges and health issues…one of her biggest challenges is being able to stand long enough to cook dinner and do dishes (diabetes/fiber myalgbra) so if Aunt May won this she would get one good health meal a week and no cooking. With left overs so couple days she wouldn’t have to cook. Thanks, Good Luck All.

  758. I would love my mom to win. First she is an awesome, selfless person. She has 14 kids. She has always put us first. At the current time, she has one in high school and three coming home for college break. She could really use this to free up some of her time and save a little $$$ for college tuition.

  759. My favorite meal to cook is fried chicken, mashed potatoes and biscuits with gravy.

  760. I would nominate both of my wonderful sisters to win! =)

  763. It would allow me to spend more quality time with my son and husband.

  764. I believe I am the busiest mom, not only because I am a mom and wife but because of the crazy schedule I have on top of that! I live in a 700 unit apartment complex (the largest in the upstate of SC) where I am in charge of planning all the events and welcoming each new resident into the community. This is a lot of work! If you have ever lived or worked in an apartment complex you know that people are constantly moving in and out! On top of that my husband and I lead the youth group at our church (which is like having that many more kids!). So between holding down the fort at home, taking care of my three year old and husbands needs, and between being the responsibilities of the CARES Team in the apartment complex and the youth group….. I believe I am the busiest MoM! So keeping busy wears me out and I would LOVE to have this free meal a night to give me a little break! :)

  765. It would help me so much to have one free night a week. Between ball practice, church and other vaious social events that my children keep me running to, I am constantly having to come up with dinner in a hurry! It would be freedom to think of other things between work and practice besides what we are going to eat. What a wonderful day that would be!

  766. This would impact me so much! I am such a busy mommy and soon to have baby number two! As a homemaker I do ALL of the cleaning, paying the bills, running the errands, doing the laundry, taking care of the kids, organzing my coupons, coupon shopping, babysitting my best friends toddler and newborn for free, making christmas stockings year round for family and friends, and yes the COOKING! So a night off once a week would be sooo lovely!

  767. If I had one night a week where I didn’t have to cook I would make that night my grocery shopping week so I can get out the door earlier and stop being the last customer at the grocery store before they close!

  778. This would free up one night of cooking (and worrying about what to cook) so that we can have our weekly Family Home Evening. We like to play games and have a little scripture lesson. It’s special family time. It’d make it easier to have this on a night when dinner isn’t a worry. =)

  779. This would be great for one of those nights that is either soccer, boy scouts or church.

  780. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is: anything filling that has less than 15 minutes prep time before oven time!!!!

If anyone can remember what it’s like to need help with dinner when you have new babies, you’ll know how much she needs it! 806. My husband works at least 3 evenings a week, so when he IS able to come home to eat supper with us (my 2 kids and me), I am usually frantically rushing around the kitchen trying to make a meal that is homecooked, and not spending time with him like I want when he gets home from work. 853. I would have to nominate my mother as someone deserving to win. She raised 6 of us and always had dinner on the table. Im the onldest of the 6 and my youngest brother is still 5 so my mom has her hands full with 5 in the house ranging from 16-5.

  854. I’ve been a mom for only 5 months now but, boy, could I use a free night! Since I’m away from my baby all day, having a free night a week would give me just a bit more time to cuddle with my little one.

  855. My favorite meal to make at home is Chicken Adobo. Everyone loves it, and it is soo tasty, even the next day.

  856. If I didn’t have to cook 1 night a week, I’d use that free time to play with my daughter and hubby when we get home from work.

  857. It would help me have more free time

  858. I have 1 year old twins and a five year old so one night a week without cooking would give me more time to get things done around the house!

  859. Not having to cook one night each week would be awesome!! It would give me something to look forward to every week…the evenings are the most hectic/stressful time of day for me and cooking dinner is something I dread. Knowing that I didn’t have to cook one night every week would give me a weekly reprieve from the monotonous life of wife/mother (don’t get me wrong, I certainly wouldn’t trade it…breaks are good though!).

  860. I have a 1 and a 3 year old…If I had one night a week without worrying about dinner I could get more done around the house! Thanks!

  861. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is home-made sloppy joes. They’re yummy, quick, and easy, so less time spent in the kitchen and more time spent together.

  862. It would be a blessing just to be able to spend a few extra minutes with my husband without the rush of coming up with dinner. We have an almost 3 year old precious angel with extensive medical needs and she requires around the clock care only provided by my husband and me. We would love that one night a week of a little less stress!

  863. Not having to cook one night a week would allow me to spend some time with my newborn daughter (she is 2 weeks old), my three year old son, and my husband. We both work full-time so the weekends are the only time where the four of us can spend quality time together.

  864. I’m a busy mom of two teenagers. Also a minister’s wife, needing food handy very quickly at times. Also work outside our home, cleaning 17 houses & 1 auditorium. A meal once a week that I don’t have to worry about for our family, or to take to someone who needs it more than I do that day would be a wonderful blessing!

  865. PLAY*** outside with my son, plus the extra savings could be used for us to have even more FUN*** I love being a mom and love saving money.

  866. I am a full time student and stay at home mom and a lot of time spent with my boys is while i am at the computer, if I didn’t have to worry about cooking dinner i could spend that time with them instead. I miss my conversations with them!

  867. * I think that not having to cook one night a week would impact my life in the fact that my newly wed hubby and I could send more time togther!
    * I love to cook an easy, healthy meal of steamed fish and veggies. Low in calories and healthy!
    * My sister deserves to win this give-away b/c she has 3 kids under the age of 4!

  868. This giveaway would be so great to win! I work night shift and my husband works days. When I come home at 7:00 am I sleep until 2:00 pm. Wednesday night my daughter has her track meet at school (they last forever) and I never have time to make dinner before I run out to watch her. She is normally starved afterwards and we most always run out to a fast-food restuarant. I thrive to feed my family healthy meals everyday and feeding my family these meals for dinner does not rest easy with me. So winning this would not only make this so much easier for me but also make me feel so much better about taking care of my family.

  869. Our favorite meal to prepare is meatloaf with mashed potatoes. My husbands favorite.

  870. I would nominate my mom, she has one child left living at home, but she also shuttles her fiends to church and school activities, substitute teaches at church, is involved in boy scouts, and shuttles both sets of my grandparents to doctors appointments an hour away! I would love to surprise her with this! :)

  871. My favorite meal to make for my family that they love is chicken ceasar salad. I usually plan ahead and cook extra chicken breasts another night earlier in the week to add to the salad.

  872. My favorite meal to cook for my family is spaghetti and meatballs, greanbeans, and rolls. I make the spaghetti sauce from scratch because I can put loads of veggies in it and puree it so that my kids don’t know what they’re eating. It also freezes well, so I make a huge batch and freeze it to use later (works great on pizzas too!)Everyone in the fam loves it and I don’t hear any complaints AND my picky eaters are getting their veggies!

  873. I would love to be able to give this to my pastor’s wife, Jeanne N., who has been cooking for work crews rebuilding flood damaged houses ON TOP of caring for her own family AND helping with every church activity.

  874. Having just one meal a week already planned would help me out tremendously. I am busier now as a stay at home mom than I ever was working full time away from the home. Keeping up with a little boy who will be walking soon is just the tip of the icerberg.

She runs herself ragged and is so good about making sure she cooks no matter how tired she is.

  882. I would nominate my Mom to win a year’s worth of free meals. Having faced many serious medical issues in the past there were many times when she simply didn’t have the energy to prepare a meal for herself or the rest of the family. I truly believe she would enjoy having these meals.

  883. Between taking care of the house, husband, child, mother and in-laws, I hardly find time to breath. Getting someone else to prepare one meal a week will be absolutely wonderful.

  884. I nominate my sister who is caring for 4 special needs children. 2 from her first marriage and 2 step children from her current boyfriend. 1 child is bi-polar, 1 is autistic, 2 are mentally challenged. She’s a great person but financially broke. This would provide greatly for her family of 6 (sometime 8 when her boyfriends other 2 kids stay over.) She also has a single mother staying with her who is recuperating from domestic violence. That makes 8 on a daily basis she has to feed. Like I said, she’s a great person, big heart and could use a break. Thanks for reading this post.

  888. I would love for my wife to have a prepared meal one night a week, that way more time could be spent as a family.

  889. My friedn Akua could really use this prize. She and her husband work so much and the IRS has garnished their wages so money is still tight. THeir little boy would relly benifit from the extra time she could spend with him if she just had a no-brainer delish meal. I wiuld make her promise she would use the extra time on her family and she would.

  890. I would also nominate my mother-in-law to win. One of my sister-in-laws and her family live with them and she cooks for all of them (4 adults and 4 kids).

  896. I know the night I would use this on: Wednesdays!!!! I have three teenage daughters [with friends in tow usually] and they all have youth group on that night in two different locations. Additionally, my husband has a men’s group that meets at our home on Wednesdays so dinner has to be quick and done early to get everybody fed and on their perspective “ways”. Thanks!!

  897. Not having to cook one night would be so great! We used to do pizza night but that got too expensive for our 5 person family. It would give us some well deserved play time with the kids before dinner. :)

  900. I could use this to take a break from cooking for our busy family!! There always seems to be something going on, somewhere to go, things to do, and no time to cook!

  901. I have 4 kids and my husband works out of town Mon. through Fri. Between being my sons scout troop leader, doing homework, running everyone to their afterschool activities, and teaching at our church, it’s always a chore to make sure that I have a healthy meal prpared each night for my family. It would be wonderful to be able to spend that much more time with my children.

  902. How would it impact me?? It would make me very very happy to not have to think about/fix dinner one night a week :)

  904. Having one night off from cooking each week would really help my stress level :) I’m a stay-at-home mom, homeschooling 2 children and caring for 1 potty-training toddler and 1 special needs baby.

  905. Being a cop/mommy to 4 boys and a Great Dane and living in the house with them, my husband, and both my parents means times are chaotic. I try to balance a job and giving my time to church, and one night free a week could equal a family game night with my precious boys!

  906. I have a picky-eating family, but I know they do like lasagna! It would be great not to stress about what to make at least one night of the week!

  907. Our family’s favorite meal is grilled chicken ceasar salad. there is nothing better than warm marinated chicken on top of fresh greens with tomatoes, cheese and croutons.

  908. Not having to cook one night a week would give me more time to spend with my kids!!!

  912. An actual night to get to bed early with my husband! That would make my week!

  913. Not having to cook one night per week for a year would allow me to enjoy my family and actually get to choir practice ON TIME on Wednesday nights! Lol!
My favorite family meal to cook is chicken marsala. It’s just so time consuming, but totally worth it!
I would like to nominate my own mother for this award because she is 67 years old, has raised 3 daughters and has raised my sister’s kids and is still doing so today. She is the most self-less person I know, which is why this would be perfect for her. She is a saint, my role model, my hero.

  914. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is spaghetti because my husband and daughter can work together to make it!

  915. Thanks for the chance…..Having one free meal a week would greatly impact my family and my time. We could spend so much more time with each other and not worry about cleaning up too much. Also, I could begin to “train/teach” my kids how to use the oven!!!

  916. My favorite meal to make is spaghetti and meatballs because I love to eat them.

  917. My mother desires a night off because babysitting my 2 girls and tending a large garden in the summer the nights get long!

  918. I would eat chicken parm every friday night..yummy!!

  919. Having one night free from cooking would be so awesome! Everyone needs a little break once in a while. Dinnertime is the craziest time of day.

  920. I am mother to a teenage son with special needs. A few months ago, I quit my job to go back to college full time on my GI Bill (I’m a veteran) to become an English as a Second Language teacher, and MAN, I never anticipated the study hours needed to learn a foreign language! I would be able to pop something into the overn and actually spend some quality time with my son instead of throwing a bowl of soup or cereal in his face, then rushing back to the books.

  921. I have a new baby, a hungry husband and a full time job. Is it pathetic that I make my living cooking for other people but am usually just too tired to cook for my family?

  922. One night of “no cooking” would enable me to create a game night for my two children and husband!

  923. I would love one free night a week….ie me not slaving over a hot stove. It would give me more time to visit my mother.

  924. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is my own Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole. Cooking the black beans in the pressure cooker is super quick and very cost effective. My family loves it and we usually get three days worth of dinner/lunch out of one pan :)

  925. My family love’s Mexican food. We like to make burritos, tacos and beans with a nice salad. I like it because it’s quick and easy.

  926. Expecting my 5th. My husband works full time and is working on a masters. Could definitely use a night of preparing meals.

  927. If I had a meal for free for a week for a year,
Didn’t have to cook, I’d have to cheer!
I’d have some time, one night a week
To sit with my honey, it’d be a treat
No clean up, no scrubbing, maybe watch some TV,
Save some money, cause the meal is free.
Finally get the kids to bed on time
If I didn’t have to cook, and it was on Michael Angelo’s Dime!

  928. I would like to nominate my mother. She feeds EVERYONE! They are on a limited budget yet they always have a pantry overflowing (good shoppers) and always find a way to squeeze just ONE more chain up to the table. Is there a way submit her name into this contest?

  929. Having a meal prepared for us once a week would allow me to relax with my precious triplets after teaching special needs children all day.

  932. A favorite meal at our house is homemade pizzas. Everyone can put their favorite toppings on and they’re getting just what they want!

  933. One night off a week would be heaven. Our three children 16, 10, and 10 months keep us going in all different directions. Having a Michael Angelo’s meal once a week would mean a little less craziness and a little more time to enjoy our family.

  934. I am a full-time working mother of 2 children, a 4 year old and a 9 month old. This would help on those evenings when my husband works late, and I am trying to get dinner ready for everyone by myself.

  935. This is a most welcome opportunity to get out of the hot Florida kitchen one night/week. Thank you for this chance!

  936. I work 48+ hours a week to still live paycheck to paycheck. Sometimes I end up working 12 days in a row with some 12 hour days. I rush to get home by 7 to cook, bathe, read to, and put the kids in bed by 8 oclock. No easy task, so I tend to end up going through McDonalds or heating up soup. The one day I get off a week is spent on housework and shopping. I want to buy and cook healthy for my children, but theres not much time. I’ve started trying to learn to cook on my day off and store in the freezer, but Im no chef. Michael Angelo would save the day, every week!

  937. I would be so nice to not have to cook one night a week! I could actually get all my laundry done that sits in the laundry basket and get wrinkled…and I could spend some quality time with my family!!!

  938. I am my husbands caregiver and he is unable to eat alot of different things—so I often don’t cook me any dinner—this would give me some variety for my self. Thanks for the opportunity

  939. I love couponing, and having a free meal every week for a year would be absolutely fantastic! Love saving money and feeding my family.

  940. Several nights a week we scramble for dinner because of the kids activities. Having something in the freezer ready to go would be great on those nights!

  941. I would love have some easy meals to throw in the oven. With 4 children under 3 years, the hour or so before dinner is the roughest time of our day. I could spend that time giving my children extra attention instead of worrying about what’s for dinner.

  942. I say that I would use that one free night a week for “me” time, but let’s be realistic! There is ALWAYS more laundry, cleaning, etc. to do!

  943. I would nominate my friend, Michelle, to win. She has a baby on the way and all of us mommies know how tough that first year can be! Her email address is snowski824@aol.com if she wins.

  945. My favorite meal to cook is Chicken Supreme- it’s so yummy and everyone loves it- I don’t cook it often, though, because it is more involved than I have time for at this point in life.

  946. I nominate my sister-in-law, Tammy Reed. She is the go-to mom for everything. I call her when I need advice on which doctor I should go to or when I need a cake baked for a birthday party. If there is an emergency, she’ll be there for you. She has the biggest heart, and she goes out of her way to make sure everybody is cared for. You’d just have to meet her to know what a wonderful person she is.

  947. A free night to not cook would be heavenly.
It being FREE is just an added bonus!!

  948. well, i hate cooking and i’m not good at it! so nobody wants to eat it! i have 4 kids, ages 4, 11, 12, 18 and they keep us busy! and a husband in constuction so he sure doesn’t feel like cooking!

  949. i guess the only thing i really like cooking that everybody actually likes is spagetti! with garlic cheesy bread! and green beans

  950. it would mean that we’d have an actual dinner at least one night of the week. sometimes i’m just too tired to cook and we end up eating junk food, fruits, or cereal for dinner!

  951. One free night a week would really lighten my load! I could spend more time with my four daughters: helping with homework or practicing the piano, watching my two year old sing and dance, teaching my five year old the alphabet (getting her ready for kindergarten).

  952. my favorite dinner to make is chili because i just toss everything in a crock pot in the morning and it’s done when i get home. easy peasy!

  953. Wow! Having 1 dinner everyweek paid and planned out would be such a huge advantage. That would have to be used on our family fun night so we have more time with the kiddos(ages 1, 3, and 13). We could skip straight to the fun since I wont be having to worry about whats for supper.

  954. We homeschool and are frequently gone on field trips until late in the afternoon. Having a meal per week would allow me to have a hot meal ready for my husband before he heads to his 2nd job. Thanks!

  956. My sister deserves a night off. She has six children and she home schools them!

  957. OUr family’s fav. meal right now is crescent chicken and veggies. :)

  958. Hi. I’m nominating my mom. She is awesome. She is always on the go. She takes care of her mom and her mother-in-law. She shops and cooks for both, takes them to doctors appointments, plants their flowers, etc. She doesn’t take time for herself but she never complains. She never misses the 5 grandkids school events and sports. She’s always their to cheer them on. She’s is wonderful.
    Thanks,
    Tina

  959. I am starting a new job Monday and I’m back in school getting my masters degree. Not having to cook one night would be super helpful on the nights I get home late and have tons of school work to do. Thanks!

  960. I would be able to relax in the evening for once. Once my husband gets home, I cook dinner, we eat, then give kids baths and get them in bed. Having that hour free would be great.

  961. I have a friend who has 2 girls and is expecting twins next month! I know this would be a HUGE blessing to her and her family!

  962. I am a grandmother but I am busy all day long. I have 4 grandsons, 2 which I help with everyday. I pick both of them up at school everyday plus help their parents with taking them other places. I also have one daughter at home. If I had just one free meal a week to give me some extra time just for myself and for my husband (We have been married almost 38 years this august) it would be so nice!! Thanks.

  963. I’ll be having baby #5 in 2 weeks, and that’ll make 5 kids under 6. This would be an amazing blessing for our family! Might even give me a little more sanity around here. Our favorite food here (homemade and take-out) is definitely pizza!

  964. My friend just had her 3rd baby and being a military wife, it’s not always easy to juggle the kids and the craziness of that life. She would definitely benefit!

  965. My husband and I both work full time. I am also a full time student taking night classes. He is a part time student and hardley knows how to boil water. It is difficult enough balancing work, school, and life in general to worry about waht to fix for dinner every night (we usually have cereal). Free, prepared meals every night would be a blessing in our home.

  966. Seeing as how I am gone two nights a week, and my husband one night a week, often our dinner time is just an overlapping 20 min. after I have finished the cooking before one of us leaves. Seeing how we have a three yr. old and a one yr. old I would like to instill in them the concept of a family dinnertime. Hard to do when you only have 20 min. to eat……..

  967. Between charity work and my full time job, I would like to have some free time to relax with my children.

  968. My mother is always doing nice things for me and my family. I would like to say thank you by nominating her to win. Maybe if she wins, she’ll invite us over to dinner!!!!

  969. I’d love to use the time not needed to prepare a meal for my family of 7 to get my coupons organized and caught up. I must coupon in order to get by right now, and with 5 kids ….whoooooo what a job! Thanks for the chance!!

  970. We are all busy moms who need a night off once in a while and I seriously doubt one could say I am more deserving than anyone else. That being said, my story is that I am full time kindergarten teacher with 49 kids here at school and two at home. My husband is a police officer and rarely home in the evenings, so it’s just me. A little help could be nice.

  971. Our favortie meal is Salsa chicken with cream cheese over rice. Just cook chicken breasts in the crock pot with a jar of salsa all day and stir in cream cheese before you eat. Easy and healthy if you top with tomatoes or guacomole.

  972. I always cook from scratch for all meals, except for breakfast. So, winning this having a night without cooking is a every day mom’s dream come true. Not to cook a night’s dinner will make my day by enjoying with my 2 daughter and husband and having peaceful/free time to talk, watch movie with my family! NAd also not worry aout rushing to kitchen to finish up cooking inbetween.

  973. Our favorite dinner now is Italian cheesy baked pasta with veggies and bar-b-que chiken, all homemade:)

  974. My sister Juanita is in the middle of a difficult pregnancy. She has been very sick. She will than have all the adjustments of a new little one to care for so I am sure she would be ever so grateful for 1 nights meal being taken care of for the next year!!!

  975. With one, free no-cooking night a week, I could leave the girls with my hubby and take a painting class.

  976. That extra night would give my teen aged son and I a chance to volunteer together together. Not sure where yet but we need to find something and we don’t have a lot of individual time together without the other kids around. Thanks! :)

  977. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and have made these many times for me and my husband, I love and crave the Lasagna all the time. With a little one almost here i know i will be short on time and energy to cook great meals like these!

  978. Any excuse not to cook is a good one!

  979. I love making home made burrito’s. It brings the entire family together!

  981. my favorite to meal to make is pulled pork sandwiches. So delicious and everyone enjoys eating it. It’s also a meal where we always have leftovers so we can either invite people over or keep the leftovers for lunch the next day.

  982. Maybe. . .just maybe I would get some more of the house cleaned if I weren’t cooking!!! mkw

  983. Having one cook-free night an evening would help me get past my weight loss plateau. I’ve lost 80+ lbs so far but the last 20 just won’t come off. I would use that one free evening a week to really put in a huge workout effort every week. I’m sure that would jump start me into dropping these last few!

  984. My favorite meal to prepare for my family is home made pizza. We don’t do the gough, we buy that prepared, but we each pick our own toppings. I love this meal because we not only eat together but we spend time before hand working together on the meal. It adds more “us time” to the day.

  985. More time to scrapbook, clip coupons, and love on my munchkin! Yay!!!

  986. Love to make pasta casserole for my family.

  987. I nominate my friend Melissa, she has two kiddos and a hubby that travels a lot. She also has a home business so the meals could help her focus on her home business a bit more.

  988. One meal that my family and I enjoy having together and making together is breakfast. We are always so rushed in the morning that we find it really fun to have breakfast for dinner. We can sit back and relax and just have fun.

As a new mommy, wife, full time student, and stay at home mom, this would be beyond great for our family. With a limited income, and trying to balance all of “life’s” activities, I’d love to have a day a week to not have to worry about where the meal was coming from!

1040. Delicious, Easy, and Quick – what else can i say? Between work, school, sports, church, and maybe family time there’s no time to plan a meal and prepare it too. we love Michal Angelo’s – definitely one of the best frozen meals currently available!

1058. I’ve got four kids. My oldest is only 5, and already our schedules have gotten rather crazy. 1073. With another baby coming in August, a night without having to cook would be great.

1074. My favorite meal- because it’s easy, healthy, and the crockpot does all the work for me!!! My husband and I call it “Crock Pot Chicken”. You take frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts and put them in the crock pot. On top of that, you put a tub of sour cream, a can of cream of mushroom soup, and a packet of onion soup mix (mix all these first). Give it about 8 hours on low and you have major comfort food. It’s great over egg noodles or rice- or even in a bowl by itself. yummy! :)

1075. I’m nominating my wife to win. She takes care of our 16th month old and 30 month old kids while I work. Unfortunately, I am out of town 3-4 days every week on business. 1078. Oh my gosh, it would definitely give us a break from the crock pot! Working full-time, I have to find the time to make lunches, breakfast, coffee, and put the crock pot together. Having a day/night off a week for a year?? How awesome would that be!!

1079. Well, due to our schedules, my husband tries to get dinner ready for when I get off work and pick up the kid from day care and head home… To say the least, he struggles with finding things he can cook that are quality… This would give us one guaranteed good meal a week!!

1097. My mom could totally use these free meals! She still has five boys at home that keep her on her toes. She homeschools two of them, runs five miles a day, keeps up a huge garden in our backyard, and now raises chickens! This fall she is going to have surgery on one of her feet, which will keep her in bed for 3-6 months, so she could definitely use this. My mom is a powerhouse and totally deserves this! Please pick her!

1098. I would love to win this it will give me more quality time to spend with all those I hold dear to my heart,,,my family.

1099. If I could have one free night of not having to cook, it would allow me time to spend with my husband & 2 year old.
