NEW FEATURE: COMMUNITY FORUMS ON PPD.COM

I am excited to announce that I have added a new community aspect to Penny Pinching Diva. In the navigation bar at the top, you will now see a link that says “Community.” If you click on that, it will bring up a new page containing a message board.

Anyone that has already registered on the website, or wants to register, can participate in the forums. The good thing about the new community aspect is that it will allow you to have direct contact with me, as I plan on participating on the forums on a daily basis. (If you were a part of the old social network, you already know that I basically lived on there. *smiles*) You will be able to ask questions in the forum, and if I can’t answer them right away, I know someone else will be able to jump right on in.

There’s a forum for everything. There is also several forums to give me a chance to get to know you, my readers, a little bit better. I have made SO many good friends from the old social network that I’m hoping that everyone will migrate over here. Currently there are no rules on the forum, because I’m hoping that everyone can follow the golden rule of: “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” If not, I’ll put some in place and implement my new “no explanation, just delete and ban” rule.

These boards are not private, which means that any visitor to the website can read what is posted on there. The only way that you will be able to participate in any of the discussions though is if you register. I’m also bringing back the Member’s Only giveaways that I had on the message boards as well. I have a lot of ideas for this new aspect and I hope that everyone will join me over in the new community.
