SORRY I HAVE BEEN M.I.A. – I’VE BEEN TAKING ON FREELANCE JOBS

I have received a few messages asking me if everything was okay. I apologize for being missing in action these past few days. I have been taking on quite a few freelance design and writing jobs and that has occupied a lot of my time. So much so that I wake up at 7am to get started and don’t often go to bed until 1 or 2 in the morning. I have always wanted to be a WAHM (work at home mom). That is my dream and I hope to accomplish that by December 2011. I just never thought that I would have an assistant by my side constantly:


This is my Baby Girl, pulling long nights right alongside me. I’m starting to get this one handed typing down to a science. I’m almost as fast with one hand as I am with two. (*smile*) I’ve been taking on quite a few design jobs lately (I use to do this full time a few years ago) so to drum up business again I’m running two design specials:

  1. The first special that I have is my design/hosting special for $80. This includes a blog design without an illustration, a .com domain name, one year of WordPress hosting, and if necessary a Blogger-to-WordPress blog transfer. If you needed any additional graphics for your blog, such as a Twitter background or a matching link-me button, that would be extra and I would be able to quote you a really good price on that.
  2. The second special is a design special only for $40. This includes a blog design without an illustration, blog color customization, and installation

These are not my normal prices. I’m just running this special until the end of August, so if you know of someone who needs a new design, or an entire blog, refer them to me. I’ve also been working on my business site Penny Pinching Media, and have been picking up some writing and virtual assistant jobs as well. So, once again, if you know of a busy business owner that needs to outsource some of their work to a third party I’m their girl. I’ll be updating this website soon with a new page in the navigation bar called “Blog Services” so all of my prices, specials, and portfolio will be online in one place.

    hey mama, i miss ya! i have been so busy with packing because were moving into a new place next week, to try to save money, school starts next… I hav been trying to scrape money for new school clothes! how hav u been? im gonna call you tomorrow evening, if ur not busy!
