After much consideration, I have decided to put PennyPinchingDiva.com up for sale. After three years of pouring my heart and soul out into this website, I am no longer able, nor passionate enough, to keep it up-and-running like it should be. For the past few months my heart has been elsewhere, and this website has suffered. I have built up a great community of women that contact me on a daily basis and they deserve to have a website on frugalness that has current, up-to-date, information on it.

This website earns me a really nice income. For serious inquiries only I will be more than happy to forward screenshots of the income potential from PennyPinchingDiva.com. (In 2010 I earned at least a part time salary from sales, sponsorships, and advertising revenues on this website.)

What comes with the sale?

• The website itself and the domain name.
• All graphics. (The header will be customized with your pictures, along with the photo watermark. If you are looking for an entire site redesign I can do that for an additional fee.)
• The Google Pagerank of 4. (When searching for key terms, such as “penny pinching”, I rank high in Google’s search engine. Right now I’m number 3. This looks good to advertisers.)
• All informational posts, downloads, and tutorials. (I will be removing all personal posts and photos once the website is for sale.)
• Webhosting for three months. (After that, you can secure your own hosting or continue to be hosted on my server for a monthly fee.)
• An online, coupon eCourse that was written and designed by me. (This eCourse can earn the potential owner residual income over the months/years depending on how you market it. It includes an eBook and several smaller lessons. Also, some PowerPoint presentations.)
• Subscriber list of 1200+. (This may, or may not, be included. It depends on how you choose to market to the subscribers and whether or not they choose to opt out of the list. I will send out a mass email to all of them and give them the option to stay on the list or be removed, so the number may/can decrease.)
• Emails from potential advertisers and companies for product reviews forwarded to you for two months. (I am on the data list of several big companies, advertisers, and PR firms for continuous inquiries for product reviews and advertising offers. They no longer solicit me through my contact form so I will forward all potential inquiries to your email address for the first two months. After that, it will be your job to update them on your new email address and ownership of the website.)
• Media Kit outline. (This will help you secure sponsorships, advertising, and review opportunities on your own.)
• My help, behind the scenes, for 45 days to help with the transition. (I will stay on, behind the scenes, to help with the transition of this website. I will also explain the ins-and-outs of running PennyPinchingDiva.com because it is built on WordPress, BuddyPress, BBPress, and several other premium add-ons that I paid for out of pocket.)

Most of the fields below are required, so if you are hesitant to give out this information then I am hesitant to hand over this website. Three years this website has been up-and-running. I have been interviewed on several radio shows, spotlighted on several websites, and had a feature on me run in the August 2009 issue of Essence magazine. (I still get traffic from all of those different places.)

Any inquiries submitted through the comment form will be deleted. I will only respond to those sent to me via the contact form. I’m really sad to let this website go, but I feel that it is time for me to move on. I will keep this form open to my readers until the end of January. If no serious inquiries, or a sale, is made by then then I will list PennyPinchingDiva.com on Flippa (an online website that assists in the sale of websites and domain names.)

I will not sell this website to the highest bidder.

Money is nice, but it will not be the OVERALL factor on who I sell PennyPinchingDiva.com to. I want someone with the passion and drive to continue this website and hopefully take it to the next level. So if someone bids smaller than another, but has the passion to keep this website up-and-running with its integrity intact, then they will overall be the new owner for PennyPinchingDiva.com.
