VLOG: FAMILY IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT SO WELCOME TO MY FAMILY

Today I discuss “my” definition of family; the people that make up my family. Family doesn’t necessarily have to be defined as the people who share your DNA, family is what you make it; it’s who you’ve welcomed into your life. I give a shout out to my “family”. Thank you Kat, Priscilla, Mona, KO, Kenesha & a new friend Tamarah for becoming my friends and like family to me.

    Awww shucks! Never in a million years would I have thought that I would enjoy being a part of an online community with people I’ve never set eyes on..but such is the age of technology to bring you into contact with people you wouldn’t have otherwise met.

    I know you probably have anxious and excited butterflies about seeing Kat but I just know you guys are going to have a fabulous time. Hopefully one of these days we can all get together!

      Dear Mona,

      I agree with you. I never thought in a million years that I would look forward to, on a daily basis, interacting with an online community. I was shocked but you will never know the comfort that I found in talking to y’all on a daily basis through the message boards. I miss them SO much and I am working on bringing them back.

      It is my hope that one day we can all get together. That would be SO much fun.

      Dear Priscilla,

      You are just like family to me. Anyone who cares enough about me to check on me, or rejoices with me at finding out I’m having a little girl, is family to me. :) It is my plan to have us all meet one day. I would LOVE that.
